My friend told me about their BOGO classic burger on Wednesdays in August, so naturally, I had to try them. When we first walked in, we were greeted warmly and energetically by the manager. He took our order with such excitement and captured exactly what we asked for. In about 5 minutes our food came out. It was a pretty burger--double patties, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickles, ketchup, mayo. It wasn't the best fast food burger I have had but it was good. A couple things I think could be better is the sauces and buns. I think they need a unique sauce instead of the standard condiments. In addition, the bun was not my favorite. I couldn't tell if it was too dry, or too "wheaty" but it took away from the flavor of the stuff inside. However, the meat was very tender and tasty. The customer service is top notch, and there is a decent amount of parking in the plaza. The menu prices are a bit high in my opinion, with the classic being $8.99 without the deal. read more

Ordered door dash, they prepared the food quickly but the price was a bit much for serving size/quality of the sides. They had a promo going on which prompted me to order delivery. $10 and change for customized double meat burger is pretty good. Quality of burger was good. My son's plain ck sandwich he said was good too. But the fries were not great, $4 and change price for that size wasn't it as well as the quality was just meh. Reminded me of leftover dry, cold fries earlier made in the day. Stopped in today for the first time I was mostly impressed. The location is clean, expansive, and has a large and convenient parking lot. I liked that a lot because parking can be a pain in Providence. I ordered a soda, tater tots, and the chicken BLT. My significant other had the brownie shake, regular fries, and Cajun burger. Overall I paid $41 which was a fair price. The food came out quickly and I was mostly impressed. Tots were nice and crispy and the chicken tasted fresh. I thought the sandwiches would have been a little larger but wasn't displeased with the size. The owner was very friendly and even asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. However, he did ask us to leave a five star review "before we leave" three times as we were finishing up our food. We had the A-1 Steak Burger and Philly Cheesesteak, with a side of Chili/Cheese Fries and Fried Pickles. Wanted to try for the 1st time. What a let down! Paid $100 for 4 burgers, sm. Fry, pickles and oreo shake. Did not get the shake! Heard i was better off, last review says it tastes like plastic! Bugers were old and generic as you would get from McDs, buns were stale as if theyre frozen and thawed. Fries was cold and soggy, and pickles were ok at best! This was my first time trying wayback burgers & it was very pleasant. The service was fast, the place was clean (besides a couple of flies), and the food is cooked fresh. They have a decent variety of sides and burgers to choose from. They also have chicken sandwiches. The prices are reasonable as well for the portion sizes. There is a parking lot with plenty of parking and plenty of indoor dining seats. Good for a quick lunch or a quick dinner. read more

I went in yesterday for the first time. I've heard a lot of great things and wanted to try it so we popped on in for a burger last night. When we went in there was a big sign saying that if you signed up for text messages you could get a free milk shake, so I asked if we could do that prior to ordering and they said yes. We signed up for Text messages and when I showed them the code, they said that that wouldn't count. They took our entire order and then waited to tell us that it wouldn't count. So then I read the code and showed it to them and they said that they would not be giving us the milkshake. They were so unbelievably rude about it that I was confused. I try always to be super considerate, but this was intense. When I showed them that it said valid for in store they said they would not be honoring it. At that point we had already checked out so there was nothing to do. I asked if there was a way we could ask a manager if they would honor it, and he said he would not be asking a manager. so I asked if we could speak to a manager and he declined. It was so awkward. We just went and sat at the table. This was such an insanely rude experience I just had to write in. You guys should remove where it says in stores if that's not accurate. I asked him where it said we couldn't get it and he said it doesn't say it but they wouldn't be honoring it. It's not even about if they would honor it but how rude they were about it. Other than that: The plain cheeseburger was good but the Cajun burger was awful. The bacon was so underdone we had to remove it. My party and I had to wait about 20 minutes for our food (which isn't too bad) and it smelled delicious as we waited, but the food that came out was unimpressive. I wanted a beef alternative burger and Wayback impossible burger was beyond my expectations.

First time I went there, the food was great, the service was good. Went today and the first problem was I have a free milkshake for my birthday. The girl on the register stated "I don't know how to put that in". There were 5 people working there and she said no one on shift knew how to do it. I asked for a manager and was told "My manager doesn't speak English and none of us speak Spanish. Well it went downhill from there. I paid $7.49 for my shake and the wife and I ordered our food. Well the order of Ofries (onion rings and fries) was small and cold, I had the double bacon burger. It came on a stale bun so I ate my burger with a fork on the aluminum plate, the bacon was undercooked and chewy so I took it off and the tomato was mush. My wife had the Bourbon Bacon burger which was quite the same. This was the worst experience I have had in a long time and I doubt I will ever go back there again. My opinion, spend money on training your employees and make certain you managers speak English or at least another employee speaks Spanish. Eating should not be so tough. I'm jussayin. read more
