Pretty good ice cream! I chose the graham cracker flavor with strawberries on top! It was delicious ice cream with great toppings. The waffle cones looked huge; very glad I got a cup. My biggest complaint is the price; it was pretty pricey for what it was, even the waffle cones. The service was quick and easy once the line got moving! I do wish there were more flavors to choose from too

Absolutely delicious matcha ice cream with really yummy marshmallow like thingies with fresh strawberries! I personally don't like ice cream that is overly sweet (crazy I know) and this actually hit the spot of being just an overall delicious taste and not being TOOOOO much of a sweet treat either!!! Love love The staff was very efficient with their service and you could that everyone was thoroughly enjoying their ice cream at their outdoor seating! I look forward to coming here again!

Split ice-cream scoop--2 flavors in one scoop + chocolate chip waffle

I would choose other ice cream spots over Kow Kow. The bubble-waffle is what makes their product unique to competitors. I did a split scoop of black raspberry/graham ice cream in a choco chip waffle, and that was $9.95... Not really special. I wish I went to The Inside Scoop instead. Not trying to bash the business btw. Everything was fine. It just wasn't special, and for that, I do not have interest in returning.

I came back to Kow Kow for their Graham Canyon ice cream and original waffle. I got the ice cream and waffle separated this time. The Graham Canyon ice cream consists of graham cracker ice cream with graham cracker swirls and sponge candy pieces. DELICIOUS! My friends and I came here on the Saturday of move in weekend for Fall 2024 Brown University returning students. It was packed with students, but we were able to grab a table and chairs. It was a beautiful breezy night and perfect for ice cream. I really enjoy coming back to Kow Kow!

Kow Kow has always been a dazzling 5-stars for me. Shotgun review: - Young crowd - Young & hard-working staff - Easy to navigate menu - Outdoor seating available - Gluten-free options* - Totally photogenic ice cream** *No upcharge for a gluten-free/vegan cone. Can you believe it? I barely can. **Not only is the ice cream a work of art, it's also delicious, crave-worthy, & totally satisfying.

A group of us went to Kow Kow about a year and a half ago on a visit to Providence, RI. I was just thinking about how unique it was. The ice cream cones are huge. The cone is made in house and looks like it has bubbles around it. The mix-ins are delicious. We had one with blackberries, one with Oreo cookies, one with strawberries, and one with chocolate chips. all were extremely fresh and the ice cream is good too. I will certainly visit there again the next time I go to Providence!

Mango Sticky Rice

A great place for unique ice cream flavors in bubble waffle cones. The mochi topping is a MUST. My favorites are the Mango Sticky Rice special or the Strawberry Matcha. It can get very crowded here, with little sitting room inside.

While visiting Providence, from the free state of Florida, a family member took me to the KOW!!!KOW!!! Super duper cones and magical ice cream creations! May you stay in business forever. You are hereby Colonel Ingus approved!

Delicious ice cream with great seasonal creations! We love going to KowKow for special occasions and celebrating! We always enjoy the location, eating on the patio outside and we started visiting them at their food truck initially. The staff is great with making recommendations! My only wish would be for them to offer more coffee ice cream creations!

Got the persimmon flavor but didn't really taste the persimmon. Otherwise liked it, the waffle was crunchy and reminded me of my childhood. Size was good.

Had to come here after seeing this place all over Yelp! The cone was delicious and the strawberry cheesecake with extra graham is where it's at. The cone was gigantic but I nearly finished the entire thing! You gotta have it! But beware of the crazy lines! We came here on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and the place was completely packed and the line seemed like it would take an hour but it actually went pretty quickly! So don't let the line deter you from trying this- because it's amazing!

This was my second time here and Kow Kow doesn't disappoint. While they may not have dozens of flavors, whatever they do have is sure to hit! I typically go for chocolate based ice cream but this time I tried the Graham Canyon. I love how fresh the strawberries were. Bubble waffle cone is top tier! Ice cream is great quality! Definitely will return when I am in the area.

The ice cream here has a perfectly chosen flavor profile. The ice cream is creamy and delicious. The cones are awesome. Although it was busy, the service was quick and they all were great. The ambience is well a grab and go ice cream shop. They do have outdoor seating but could be limited at times. There are lots of lovely local restaurants to have dinner and stop at Kow Kow for dessert. I enjoyed my experience. It's hard to go wrong with ice cream!

First time visiting and we were greeted warmly right away. We checked out the menu on an iPad,…read morewhich was really convenient, and they also had a cute handwritten menu. After placing our order, an employee asked what other dessert we might have chosen. My partner said mint chocolate chip, and the employee surprised us with two mini mint chocolate chip sandwiches on the house. We took our treats to a nearby park. They were very cold (in a good way), and we were advised to wait a few minutes before eating them, which was perfect since it was such a hot day. We didn't talk at all while eating our ice cream sandwiches , they were that good. It's also great to know they offer catering. A must try spot. The banana pudding sandwich was my favorite - I couldn't believe how good it was.

Simple in design, but rich in flavor and creativity. Their menu is comprised of pre-made ice cream…read morecones, tacos, push pops, and sandwiches ranging between $4-$8. The menu is drawn onto a chalkboard and does list all the flavors and toppings in each one. I chose the red velvet ice cream sandwich this time which had red velvet ice cream swirled with cream cheese frosting stuffed between two chocolate cookies and partially dipped in white chocolate coated with cookie crumbs. They do tell you to wait about 10 minutes before eating it since they are really frozen, so in that time, my friend and I drove to the pedestrian bridge to eat our ice cream by the river. I wish the cookie could be soft, since it does make biting into a little tricky in the beginning. They had a slightly dark chocolate flavor with a hint of saltiness. The ice cream was really good, but the frosting made it even better. I thought it was the white chocolate dip that was added the additional creamy and sweet goodness but it was the frosting the whole time. I enjoyed everything about this flavor. My friend got the chocolate taco. I am personally not a fan of chocolate ice cream, but it was still decent to me. The toppings of shaved coconut and nuts was tasty.

It was raining, I wanted dessert, but I wanted something new to me. I randomly found this place…read morewhen doing a google search and based on their nearly perfect reviews, decided I had to give it a shot; I had a BIG FEELING I'd love it. It is located next to a school so traffic can be heavy depending on the time of day. I went around 5 pm and the weather wasn't great so not as much traffic and parking right in front. It is metered parking which is a downside but I believe there are side streets without the fee. I loved a lot of the details when I walked in such as the ice cream cone chairs along the wall, the art on the wall, the citrus colors all around, and a water station. The menu isn't very extensive, but | actually love this about them. Each flavor is very unique and when every flavor sounds and tastes good, a dozen options is perfectly fine. They also have it broken up into regular hard ice cream, dairy free ice cream, and sorbet. I couldn't decide on what I wanted but I was allowed to sample different ones before committing to one. They offer 4 different sizes: mini (golf ball scoop) - $4, scoop (baseball) -$6, half/half - $7, and double -$8. During my sampling session, I tried the horchata, thai tea, and dulce de leche. I ultimately opted for the dulce de leche because of its sweet, creamy, and intense caramel-like flavor. It almost tasted like a cold Werther's caramel melting in my mouth, so I needed more of it. However, I loved that the horchata had a strong cinnamon and vanilla presence with a hint of coconut since I do think the non-diary flavors are coconut milk based. The thai tea literally tasted like a frozen thai tea as it was milky but also the black tea undertone was there. I did not get to taste the london fog but I also heard it was a black tea flavor. Just based on internet pictures, it looks like the menu is constantly changing (some staple flavors don't seem to leave) and there are seasonal flavors. This motivates me to come back more often to see what treasures I come across. They had a few tables inside to enjoy your ice cream there. There were two people working so I did not wait much for my turn. They also do offer pints to go, but from what I could see only two flavors: cookies and cream and mango sticky rice.

That part comes down to personal preference... I can tolerate a taste I don't love. What I can't tolerate is bad service. The employee working on 5/25/26 was extremely rude and had no customer service skills. She acted annoyed whenever someone asked for samples and made customers feel like they were wasting her time. She handed over cups of ice cream without spoons or any explanation of where to find them. After running the register, she simply turned around and walked away before the payment even finished processing. Like I said, taste is subjective. How bad can ice cream really be, right? But poor service is something I don't overlook. I won't be returning to this place. In my opinion, 3 Sisters and Sacred Cow offer a much better overall experience.

They even have pup cups now! I went tonight with some friends. A little bummed because you can only try one flavor before ordering now. I was between two vegan options and try the coffee Oreo. It tasted like banana to me and they informed me it is a banana and coconut base. I don't think the sign said banana so just be warned if you have an allergy. But I think the banana also helps keep it really creamy! I couldn't really taste the coffee so I ordered the other vegan option which is black raspberry Oreo! I asked them to clean the scoop before scooping mine for an allergy and they did and really did a fantastic job cleaning it, as I did not get sick (yay!) buuuuut they did give me the coffee vegan ice cream instead of what I ordered. Not the end of the world because it was still non dairy which is most important but wasn't what I wanted. I think she just forgot after she cleaned the scooper what I asked for.
