I love Haven Brothers- great late night place that hits the spot when you need it! I'm not a native Rhode Islander, but this place has the vibes that make me feel like i'm right at home and the service is always super friendly. Good burgers, fries, and hot dogs- a must visit late night spot in Providence- especially after a night out on the town!

The cheeseburgers are not like they use to be it more bread than cheeseburger. Jordyn and Diego are doing a very good job with serving the people but after drinking people are just hungry and the do an excellent job dealing with these late night people. It's a mobile diner so you can only have so many people in there but it's maintained. The ambiance is laid back because there isn't but 4 seats inside.

Really yummy hot dogs:) I also find the chefs very welcoming and friendly. I've only had their hot dogs but enjoyed them each time!

Service - 4/5 Food - 3/5 Ambiance - 3/5 Total - 3.5/5 been wanting to stop by and try this prov staple. glad i did because it was a cute experience. stopped by on a saturday night to grab some fries. they weren't salted enough and the portion could have been more generous for what seemed like frozen fries in a styrofoam box costing me $7. i am lactose intolerant so couldn't try the milkshake but the menu looked fun. i prob won't be back often but i wouldn't be against coming back.

This place is so cool!!! Allie was super sweet and was super helpful in teaching us about the menu!! The food was great and you can mix flavors together in your milkshake!! Super fun!

It wasn't 1am and I was not drunk. The Haven Brothers truck was at my job and I tried a cheeseburger and fries. It was good. I mean fresh bun! But I need a little grease on my burger and I felt it lacked that. The ketchup was empty (I know they were slammed at my job) and the fries were fries. I have been told it tastes better at 1am after a night out.

Never been disappointed here. So historic. Well-priced, fresh bread for the hotdogs so they're super tasty. The milkshakes could probably be thicker though. Cajun spice doesn't taste like anything at all.

Haven brothers diner is a staple in Rhode Island so I was really excited to try it. Inside the diner, you can see pictures of famous people that visited. There is a menu outside so you can take a look at the options before you go in and order. I ordered the western burger with no bacon and mozzarella sticks. The burger buns was a roll and not the traditional bun. Thankfully no mold like a few reviews mentioned. I wish there were more bbq sauce and onions in the burger. The mozzarella sticks were good. Service was nice and he even gave us samples of Oreo caramel milkshake. It was nice to try, but not sure if I would be back.

Solid place- great for late night... a Rhode Island staple! Can even call your pickup order ahead of time to avoid the line. Love the burgers and seasoned fries!

One of my favorite places to grab a bite after a night out. Haven Bros is a Providence icon and have tons of pictures with celebrities that have stopped by. They operate out of a roomy food truck parked next to City Hall. Their menu is the basic late night drunk food, with burgers, hot weiners/dogs, chicken tenders, fries, and shakes. The shakes are delicious, they have pretty my h every flavor you can think of and in my opinion are the best part of the menu. Their food is usually satisfying, can be a bit hit or miss and is definitely a little pricier than it should be. Overall, a good spot to hit after a night out, and one that you should at least stop by to see if you're in Providence.

WTF is this??????! I ordered a burger that was supposed to come with bbq, sautéed onions, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo... look at this atrocity!!! It looks disgusting and very bland and like cardboard. My brother who is 18 years younger than me can make a better and JUICIER burger than this. Why pay $10-$12 for these thin ass burgers that don't taste like anything and the burgers are crafted like shit????!!! It's beyond ridiculous.

Regular Western Burger, that 2 patty's, cheese, bacon, grilled onions, and a few napkins worth of BBQ sauce! Single order of regular fries, and a amazing chocolate shake. Sever was super friendly too! When I'm Providence, you gotta eat here!

The first time I came, it was a rainy weekday and this time it was a sunny weekend, so I was expecting an even larger crowd; and my prediction was correct. The line was just out the door but because of their awesome staff, the line was moving very quickly. While we waited in line, we could watch them making pastries through the glass, a couple feet in front of us. I admired that level of transparency. When we were third in line, the kindest lady asked us whether we'd be eating in or taking out and she took down our name to help us find a table when it came time. She did the same for the rest of the people in line. She also gave us some recommendations, including the cinnamon bun - apparently they're so good kids cry when they sell out. I didn't intend to order anything with my drink, but I couldn't get the cinnamon bun out of my head so I ordered it along with my iced spiced chai latte. The hen (I think it's their logo) on the aprons of the employees are super cute. We did secure a table. The tables are close together to maximize the number of people who can sit down but I didn't mind. I love their art all around, mostly of birds which I am obsessed with. I love that they have a lot of natural lighting coming through their tall windows. I also like the navy blue and white theme they have going on. The chai latte was perfect. It was the right color (a dark tan), meaning the ratio of tea and milk was good and I could taste a lot of the spices. The cinnamon bun blew my expectations away. The second my teeth made. contact with the icing, it was a magical feeling. I couldn't quite put my finger on what it tasted like, but the closest I got was dulce de leche. It is truly unlike any other cinnamon bun I have ever had. The dough is soft and there is a good amount of cinnamon. It's also $4 which is not bad. I had a bite of their canelé, which apparently requires a lot of work to make. It was very moist, with a great caramelized finish. I am super excited to try their new weekend dinner menu, but also more of their all day menu items.

It feels like her place in the best way -- warm, proud, hands-on. Pastries are legit. Super buttery, flaky enough to make a mess, clearly baked that morning. No sad, sitting-around-all-day vibes. Ordered the breakfast sandwich and that tomato jam needs to be illegal. Sweet, savory, slightly tangy -- it completely makes the sandwich. I kept trying to figure out how to recreate it at home. Not happening. Crispy chicken sandwich was properly seasoned and not dried out (why is that so hard for some places?). Fries were solid too -- crispy, not limp. And the kale salad with roasted chickpeas and chicken made me feel like I had my life together. Fresh, simple, and actually satisfying. It's one of those places you stumble into while traveling and then immediately start googling whether you can justify going back the next day.

We were greeted when we entered and told to sit any where. It was a chilly, twent-something degree, January afternoon during our visit and trust me when I say there is *zero* insulation in those walls. Guests were wearing hats and sweater inside. Do dress warmly if visiting in winter. The menu has lots on offer. We chose a couple of burgers which come with fries or coleslaw or pasta salad or potato salad. So options. I ordered a regular burger which allears to be a premade patty, cooked 'well done'. This is literally a burger on a bun. No mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, etc. Add lettuce & tomato or cheese for a dollar each. Ketchup was brought to the table, but if you want some other condiment, so ask. My companion ordered the southern, aka bacon cheese burge. This also has no condiments so do be sure to specify. Fries are tasty, crispy outside, fluffy inside and delivered hot. The Caeser salad was fresh cut lettuce with a nice amount of mild dressing, crunchy croutons and grated cheese. A very nice side salad portion. The waitress was friendly and capable. Restrooms are updated and clean. Prices reasonable. Standard diner fare and 100% old school diner vibes.

The mushroom omelet was cooked to perfection and served with fresh red-potato home fries and multigrain toast. Coffee was classic diner fare. The massive Rodeo Burger came on a soft roll, topped with cheese, bacon, and onion rings, with a side of perfectly mashed red potatoes that tasted homemade. When we walked in, the staff told us to grab a table anywhere we liked. Inside, there are about 10 tables, bar stools facing the kitchen, and decor on the walls like pictures of the staff and famous people and unique statues. Outside, there are three tables as well. A few tables were occupied on a Wednesday afternoon. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and my husband ordered steak and eggs and a coffee milk. We didn't have to wait very long for the cheeseburger and the steak and eggs to come out on colorful light plates. Unfortunately, the greasy fries came about 15 minutes later and I was almost done with my cheeseburger by the time they came. The steak and eggs were a big portion; there were 2 pieces of steak, 2 eggs cooked how you like, potatoes, and bread. My husband really enjoyed his meal. The cheeseburger was a typical diner cheeseburger, but the meat was a little dry for my own personal taste. I did enjoy the sesame bun. Maybe I should have tried their pancakes or more breakfast type dishes. After completing our meal, we bought our yellow order receipt to the cashier. Our whole meal came to be $24.84 prior to tip which is a great price. If you are interested, you should visit Louis Family Restaurant just to try it for yourself and check it out since "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" was shot here and it was mentioned in a episode of "The Afterparty," the Apple TV murder mystery and comedy.
