WOW! As a spur of the moment decision for Super Bowl Sunday, we decided to go order some lunch before the game. We had a whole crew with us so we were all able to try some more food off the menu. We called ahead with the order and then went to pick it up. It was still piping hot when we got home. We tried the BBQ eggrolls, the ribs, the brisket fries, and the pork nachos. We also got a couple of brisket sandwiches but those were eaten so quick, we didn't get a chance for a picture. The meals came with tots and cornbread. Both of those sides were so delicious. The jalapenos in the cornbread made for a nice surprise when we bit into it. The service was super quick, the food was delicious, and when it gets warmer, I can definitely see us hanging out here more in the spring or summer. We will definitely back! read more

Our favorite barbecue is TSGBBQ. It's close to home and conveniently located along route 16 in the little town of Springbrook. I always love that the pitmaster gives us a hearty greeting as we stroll past his smokers to enter the building. The brisket here is to die for. There are other wonderful meats on the menu, such as chicken, pork, ribs and burgers. But I love the brisket. The sides are very delicious, including the cornbread, the baked beans, and the coleslaw. Went to East Aurora and on our way home seen all the smoke and the aroma and took a quick left turn in their parking lot. With it being our first time the employee gave us a quick tutorial of how to order. Wasn't sure if that was my cup of tea but so glad we stopped. Food was awesome. It came out really quick. If I could rate this place 20 stars I would! By far one of my top 3 places to eat in WNY. This was my second time here, it was a packed Saturday night, our fear was that it was so small we wouldn't find a table, but suprisingly for a little place they have pretty good size seating area upstairs. I got the two meat platter, I chose smoked turkey and their famous brisket. The smoked turkey was the star of the show for me, delicious, tender, smokey and served with a side of honey mustard. Brisket was also phenomenal, and served with their traditional bbq sauce on the side. Corn bread was good, and as a side I got Mac and cheese and it was delicious ! Ordered takeout at the restaurant on a Sunday, four meals, and it was ready in 5 minutes! My kids love their smoked burgers. Note, they are pink on the inside, but that's because of the smoking process. So glad I was able to try the smoked bologna, it was one of the specials of the day. Thick cut with a great char. We opted for no seasoning on their fries and tots, because it's a bit too sweet for our tastes. For not being a big mac and cheese fan, I found theirs to be quite tasty. It has a secret ingredient that I can't quite pinpoint. The baked beans are also good, definitely on the sweeter side. And I said this before, but their smoked meats are top-notch. The turkey blows my mind - I almost don't want to eat it any other way. TSG always serves up some of the best BBQ in WNY. One of my favorite restaurants in the area. The meats are always fresh, perfectly smoked and have mouthwatering flavor. Tonight, 6-15-25, the house staff were the stars of the evening! Sign outside said "Reservation only", which we did not have but we were welcomed in anyways. The staff very friendly and cheerful. Service was top notch. The waitress was great with letting us know which meats were out already and apologetic even though we didn't have reservations, completely understand within being Father's day how busy they were earlier. On top of being the best staff around, they gave us a generous order of smoked wings as an apology for being sold out of brisket and ribs. That was so nice of them and greatly appreciated! Fair warning about this food: it has a VERY strong smoke flavor. I understand this is a bbq joint and that I ordered smoked wings but I was expecting them to be edible. They literally tasted like an ashtray and were not enjoyable. The wings were also very fatty. I would not recommend those. As far as the other food, it was tasty. The cheesy potatoes and the Mac and cheese were good sides. Corn bread was just average. For the meats, I enjoyed both the pulled pork and the brisket and I felt that they're bbq sauce was great. The "mini" sandwiches were actually huge to me! You will definitely be full from that meal. The brisket Mac and cheese did have good flavor but I feel like it was missing extra bbq sauce and the green onion or whatever garnish was supposed to be on it. Service was good. Lots of young kids working but they were all very kind and helpful. For ambiance, the seating area inside looked small. There seemed to only be a few tables but there might have been more in the back. They do have an awesome looking deck with a nice view which would be nice in the summer or fall months. I really like this place from every angle. The location, the interior, the people who work there, and, of course, the food. Everything was joyful and satisfying. First you order food and drinks at the counter. Pay in advance. Grab your drinks. Receive an order number, and find a free table. There are a bunch of tables downstairs, but the upstairs seems to be the most popular spot. With an additional terrace overlooking the Cazenovia Creek, plenty of seating is available. This place has a really nice vibe. Our food came out quickly. Everything looked very appealing and desirable. Even I, trying not to eat too much meat lately, couldn't resist having all the items on our order. This was our first time at TSG BBQ, and trying all the meats available was our goal. The meat combos were perfect options for us. We also tried the Brunswick Stew and believe me, it was outstanding! Also, all the side dishes were really good. I even enjoyed the side of the day. It's still "Buffalo good" for a BBQ place, but those who have tasted anything authentic in Texas may be a little disappointed. I opted for the 2 meat combo of pulled pork and smoked turkey. The pork was great - had a few pieces with nice seasoning on the outside and it comes with their bbq sauce. The turkey was a tad dry and not my favorite but it still had a nice smokey flavor. I definitely loved their cheesy potatoes. Cool local bbq spot. We happened to find this place because it's near our vet and we bookmarked it as a place to try. We were not disappointed when we finally got to try. They have a variety of smoked bbq meats including ribs, turkey, brisket. There is also pulled pork and roast beef. You can choose any meat on a sandwich, starter or add them up to make a combo plate. All the meats were fresh and delicious. My favorite was the turkey. The only thing I wish was that the brisket had a little char on it. I highly recommend the sweet potato fries and the bbq honey they offer as a condiment. The plates were very generous and were several meals of food. Service was quick and staff was sweet and helpful. There are tables to dine in or you can also do a take out order. There is a lovely state park behind to look at or enjoy a walk before or after your meal.
