We ordered take out over the phone. We had to wait until 3:30 when they opened. We got eight smoked pork ribs to share, with sides of baked beans and collard greens. The ribs were the biggest I'd ever seen, but not the tenderest. The meat had to be gnawed off the bone. The beans were good as were the collard greens but the greens were not chopped as fine as I've usually seen. The real hit of the dinner was the chicken wings. We got them with buffalo sauce instead of their sticky teriyaki sauce. They were large, well cooked, and just great. I would definitely come back again for the wings. read more

I've heard some good things about sticky face from my bbq friends. We took a drive out here and we walked in to a quaint little restaurant and were immediately greeted and asked if we wanted to dine in. We got our order in and got our food rather quickly . I like to think I know better sometimes but the spin dip we got, was soo good and rich that those fresh cooked chips and dip got the best of me. I barely had room for the two meat combos we ordered (brisket/burnt ends/half chicken/pulled pork). The brisket was thick sliced well done and piled high. Moist and lightly sauced. Just the way I like it. Half chicken had a thick layer of sauce, but was a touch dry but not overly done(pretty good). The burnt ends, were cooked perfectly. Fell apart in the mouth. Pulled pork, could have done with a little less sauce but again very flavorful. I opted for the loaded fries, drowning in cheese and bacon it was the straw that got me. The richness of that dip and these fries put me into a food trance. Even the buttery broccoli couldn't pull me back. Fantastic service especially considering that there was only one person running the place the entirety of our visit. Do yourself a favor and go give them a visit if you're in the area. Ordered takeout from Sticky Face BBQ...the Buffalo chicken wings were awesome...LOVED them...the ribs, however, not so much...just fine. I would definitely get wings again but no ribs...just didn't fall off the bone and were tough. Another takeout order, this time Sticky Face, we ordered grilled chicken with baked beans and applesauce, pulled pork diner with collard greens, pork lollipops and a labella panini.the panini came on a roll, kind of odd, but still good. My chicken dinner had fries, which I didn't order, but one of the other dinners were missing their fries, so it worked out. Food was good , collards could have used some seasoning. I visited an hour before closing as it was a last-minute decision to try this place. None the less, the host was very welcoming, smiled, and attentive. The service was also quick and allowed us to leave before closing. There was also plenty of free street parking in front of and across the street of Sticky Face BBQ. I ordered the Stickysaurus beef ribs with black beans and sweet potato fries and a Beef brisket sandwich with a side of fries. The portion was huge. My friend only finished his beef brisket and had to help me eat the Stickysauru beef ribs. We also took all the fries home as we couldn't finish it. They also have condiments, but you need to ask for them. The amount of foot was definitely worth $30. It was all tasty, but the food was a bit dry. We did take out for Father's Day. Some of the items have a family dinner. We did the Beef Brisket Family Dinner and it came with 6 sides. They told us on the phone it could feed 4-6 people. My family (5 adults) love BBQ and can eat until in a food coma, so I was worried it would not be enough - it was MORE than enough! The brisket was thick huge slices. It was cooked perfectly and very tender. You could cut it with a fork - we were using plastic silverware, so the knife worked wonderfully. The brisket by itself, I give 6 stars! As for the sides, we just did 2 orders of the French fries, sweet potato fries, and collard greens. We also added 4 Pork Ribs to try and an order of Fried Green Tomatoes. It also came with 4 take out cups of BBQ sauce and 2 cups for dipping the sweet potato fries. The BBQ sauce was on the sweeter side, but with just a hint of sweetness. It went perfectly with the brisket. The French fries were like most places - a little cold, but it was to go and the amount we ordered does take a while, so it was expected. The Sweet Potato fries had cinnamon on them, but not overpowering. It was just an aftertaste which was perfect. The collard greens were okay. The Fried Green Tomatoes were good and similar to most places in the area. They came with ranch on the side. I love fried green tomatoes I would definitely order them again. I did not have any ribs, but was told they were overcooked. They were extremely busy, so it may have just been a fluke. The major downside is they do not have parking and are in the middle between two intersections. It only has street parking on a busier road in NT. We went during Covid-19. They bring it to your car and we were down a little ways for them to get it to us. I know the area, so if I went to eat there again, I would probably park on a side road and walk halfway down the road to get to it. This is the reason for 4 stars. read more

This was our first time to sticky face BBQ and it exceeded our expectations. The wait staff was beyond friendly and attentive. We were a party of 5 with 3 adults and 2 kids. The kids enjoyed a huge bowl of home made Mac and cheese from the kids menu. My husband ordered the create your own combo which consisted of beef ribs, pulled pork and brisket with a side of baked beans and French friends. I ordered the pulled pork dinner with French fries (for the kids) and baked potato. Mom ordered spinach dip. Everything came out hot and ready to eat. The portions were huge for everyone. We got a Groupon for sticky face and decided to try it tonight for take out. So happy we went with our choice tonight. We ordered the bbq combo which had beef brisket, two ribs, pulled pork and bbq chicken. It was out of this world!! The brisket was my favorite on the plate. For the sides we got Mac and cheese and sweet potato fries which were also very good. I can't wait for our next meal at sticky face hoping it at their restaurant next time but it was great take out!! It is overcooked, soggy, and clearly put of a box. Watered down and tasteless. I would have been VERY upset had I not gone in with a Groupon. Would not recommend. Will not be returning. New bbq place in North Tonawanda that won't disappoint. Very well decorated dining room that looks very clean and modern. The food was amazing! Had the pulled pork dinner and the pork was just as you would have expected it, smokey, tender and delicious. The corn on the cob was really good too, cooked on a grill and seasoned? Not too sure but is was very tasty. The mac and cheese was definitely homemade and served perfectly! So everyone I know loves BBQ..and we decided to try out Sticky Face on Oliver in the old Granny's location... and we were extremely pleased! I always order the stuff I suck at smoking and wish I could do better...so I ordered the beef ribs. They are served with the sauce on the side and were beautifully smoked , I brought two home for lunch. The collard greens were home made and served in a small bowl with a vinegar based sauce and all the southern trimmings... excellent. My wife got the platter special with brisket, a pork rib, a smoked thigh and some pulled pork, again enough for lunch tomorrow! No liquor license yet ( thus 4 stars)but will be coming soon, well worth the visit! They are really eclectic on the menu with southern flair... breakfast on the weekends... can't wait to try their prime steaks and other menu oddities... shark steak and General Tsos chicken? It's an amazing place; likely one of the best BBQ's in the area. If you're one for atmosphere, it's not exactly the greatest place to step into, it's very open but you can tell that there's a lot of effort put into the interior design. Food's great, I really haven't found anything bad about it. Some things are pretty average, such as the mashed potatoes, and some things blow everything out of the water, i.e. the Ribs, or even the Charlie Brown Burger. This place is a must-go during Spring and the Summer, unfortunately I went for my first time in the winter, but the food was consistently great despite the weather. read more

I was excited to try this place because it had so many 5 star reviews. The girl who answered the phone and took my order was very nice. The food was the reason I created a Yelp account. I wasn't sure if I was being pranked. Both my husband and I ordered different meals and tried each other's meals. Both were horrible in their own way. Today was my very first time in here after reading good reviews on yelp. It's a cute little place. Nice clean dinning room, friendly staff. We started off with the sticky face nachos, a special of the day, which did not disappoint. They were amazing. And huge portions. Next I got the sticky pig burger with fries. Which was huge also. But my food had grease on everything. I felt like my burger was dripping grease. My husbands pulled pork was sitting in a pool of grease. The taste of everything was delicious overall. The cook (who I think might be the owner but not sure) came out to ask how everything was and how we heard of this place. Which to me gives them bonus points.
