It has something for everyone! Seafood, beef, chicken, pork, a wall of vegetables, fruits and desserts. The strawberry lychee drink was amazing! I ordered the spicy broth bowl and added the seafood and vegetables to it while my meat cooked. We opted for both, but I personally only used the hot pot since I'm pregnant. Then you get to pick your broth, and I chose the mushroom. It was nice and flavorful! Then you go to the buffet and choose anything you'd like to put in your broth or on the grill. I put ramen, green onions, chicken, and garlic in my broth. It was really good! The pot was huge, so I was not able to finish since the portion was big for me. There was a dessert bar too, so I got some fresh fruit and jello. I ordered a bubble tea, but the flavor was kind of floral, which wasn't my liking. Went to K-BBQ and got pot for a friends birthday and seeing as we drove 1hr out of the way because he specifically wanted to go here I knew it would be good. When you walk in there's a cute lobby with a little waiter robot who takes you to your seat. I would suggest making reservations if you have a large party or plan on going at popular times. This place can get busy during peak times. Once inside you are given a choice of 6-8 different soup bases from mild to spicy (base price for hot pot is about $30 per person-which includes all the side bar stuff). I'm not a spicy person so I got a milder base but tried my friends spicy base and it wasn't overly spicy The topping and ingredients bar was pretty expansive so it will have something for all. A lot of veggie, meat and seafood options. You could go up as much or little as you wanted. So if you're a big eater you can do some damage here. Only caveat is a 90min limit at peak hours. At the end you get a choice of a small chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry ice cream with your bill. Overall a great place and I see why my friend wanted to go out of his way to come here! read more

Came here after hearing so much about it on the radio! Slightly long wait but thankfully once we were seated, the food is buffet style so we were able to grab our meats and such then begin to cook! What a fun experience! We were given a tour on arrival and showed how everything works. They only offer all you can eat which includes ice cream. I hope they add more tofu or meatless options. The marinades for the bbq meats were on point. I just wish they had more sides for the people that pick bbq. Each patron gets their own pot brought to the individual heated plate at the table. You go to another area to select what you would like to put into the hot pot from an extraordinary variety of items such as different kinds of noodles, seafood, and an assortment of meats, dumplings and vegetables. For the BBQ, there was every meat and fish item you could think of to cooked on the bbq plate at your table. It was abundant and fun. So exciting to have this kind of dining experience in WNY. First of all let me say if you haven't heard of Korean Bbq and hot pot you might want to learn about it a little bit. They are both a hands on dining experience where you participate in making your food. And since this place is all you can eat you will be heading up to a buffet and picking out your own ingredients while you dine. You are able to control the heat on your burners and grill to make sure you get the right cook on your food. If you aren't sure just ask your server. There was a lot of delicious food to choose from. All fresh and delicious. It was fun to be able to try everything and not have to commit to 1-2 things. The marinated meats and shrimp for K Bbq were delicious and it was awesome to be able to choose whatever and however much you wanted for hot pot. I will say there were not a ton of veggies. I usually do like a little more vege in my hot pot. But I get it that most people are there for the protein. They have a 90 minute time limit on tables which is plenty of time to stuff yourself. You can choose one or both for an extra few dollars. Cocktails, wine and beer were pretty reasonable and service was good. Pro tip: make sure to bring extra empty plates back to your table to place your cooked meat on. read more

I came here with my husband and his friend to have the experience of Korean Barbecue. We were a little underwhelmed, but full and in good spirits as we left. The food is not brought to you, first of all, so be prepared for that. There is an extensive buffet of things you can cook for yourself, however. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs and we heaped plate after plate full of meat, seafood, and vegetables. The grill was hot and we buttered it so nothing would stick. We had opted for no hot pot, though we realized later we probably should have. The food was what was underwhelming, unfortunately. We cooked it to death and half the time it was still raw. The other half of the time, the food was just boring. We even added sauces to it, to no avail. We still were full at the end though, which is what you ultimately want at a restaurant. The place itself is clean and the staff were attentive. It's just missing some pizzazz. I balked at the price for person, but considering how much food you get to choose from, it was understandable. Food waste is not appreciated, which I agree with completely. Ultimately, I won't come back because it was a one time thing to even go. My husband and I can't afford this kind of food, even if it had been the best meal of our lives. We were disappointed, but it's not the restaurant's fault that the food we cooked ourselves didn't come out right. Ah well. I get why others love it here, however. read more

The food is set up in a buffet style and you can choose as much or as little as you want from the items. They have various marinated meats for the KBBQ with kimchi, garlic cloves, seafood, and lettuce for wraps. And rolled meats, seafood, tofu, vegetables, noodles, tripe, fish balls, etc. for hot pot. I loved the decoration of the restaurant too. It was very pretty and they had a cute little robot guy who led you to your table for a little whimsy. The service was wonderful. Today was a soft opening before K-BBQ & Hot Pot opens for their grand opening later in the week. The service from when I first walked in to the end of the meal was exemplary: our server was dedicated to our needs and taught us the ins-and-outs of Korean Hot Pot and Korean BBQ, a new thing to the region. The food selection is wide and fitting of a hot-pot style offering, and the meats for the BBQ are tasty and varied, including some that are for the more adventurous, if you like different types of tripe. Also, everything is super fresh and kept ready to go. The ambience is wonderful; the music popping and the lighting and mood extremely conducive to a wonderful meal and fun with a significant other or party. The drinks are great and I look forward to when they bring Soju in on Wednesday. The soup bases are tasty and loads to choose from, and let me tell you, cutting your cooked meats with scissors is truly a new and fun experience. I had the Tom Yum base which was spicy, sour, and awesome, and my fiancée had the medicinal which was like the basic soup base with floral additives like goji berries and the like. The air quality is horrible. I wonder how they can pass a health inspection when in operation. THE SMOKE NEEDS TO BE VENTED OUT AND NOT RECIRCULATED which is the case here. If you do eat here it will be fine if you wear an N95 or hold your breath since it will take your breath away. The employees should report this to OSHA. Bring an air quality monitor and it will show you how polluted the air is. read more

Went here to grab lunch with a friend for the first time. A little different than any other of the Korean bbq places I been to, I'm used to all the sides being brought out to me such as the seaweed salad, kimchi, rice, lettuce, and sauces and ordering the meat. Here everything is buffet style and you go out to pick your own meats and sides. There was chicken, pork, beef, and shrimp options for the bbq. It felt a little confusing to me as I'm used to sauces and sides being at the table but I figured it out. I got a type of garlic soy sauce I didn't really know what any of the other sauces were. I had the chicken bulgogi, beef bulgogi, and pork belly and a few other chicken and pork marinates as well. The beef bulgogi and pork belly was really good, I liked that a lot. I tired two different chickens at same time, one I really liked and the other not so much but once cooked they looked completely different than it did at the Buffett and I couldn't remember which was which so I just grabbed some more beef bulgogi and pork belly once I went back up. I also was a side of white rice, seaweed salad and kimchi. I thought everything I had was pretty good. Definitely need the sauce to add more flavor to meat while eating. At the end they offered ice cream. Oh yeah before I forget the waiter I had was very nice and sweet. He was very attentive and helpful. Western NY's first AYCE. Came in today @ 12:45pm & people were already in line waiting to be seated. The place is new so it's pretty busy (especially weekends). Be prepared to wait a bit. No reservations. First come first serve. As soon as you come in, you can see the bar(?)/waiting area & and ipad where you can do self check-in. When we finally sat down, our server Joanna came to us and explained everything we needed to know, took our drinks & hotpot broth orders. She is very friendly, and did an amazing job making sure we were taken care of. Other staffs who picks up the dirty plates moves so quickly and were also friendly. The host robot is also cute. :) Their concept is great. You either choose a KBBQ or Hot pot for $30.99/person or get both options for extra $5!! with desserts included. Now we move on to the food, it's AYCE with 90 minutes limit- they have all the ingredients set up in a buffet style, so you can go get a plate as many times as you like! A freezer with raw briskets (pork, beef, chicken & lamb). Beside it, is a noodle area together with the vegetables section. There was a broad selection of condiments/dipping sauces. Buffet tongs or laddles for selecting each items are available. Meats & vegetables are fresh, crisp, tasty & easy to prepare. I enjoyed the shrimps, clams, & Marinated short ribs. They weren't very attentive when we needed refills. I ordered rice which never came. I had to ask again after a long wait.
