The vegetable rolls were straight out of a box for starters, the rest of the ramen dishes were okay at best. Definitely won't be back they replaced the spot that had the Japanese donuts.

Got the Tonkatsu Ramen and honestly pretty average but they gave 3 pretty big slices of char siu, a whole egg and bean sprouts. Unfortunately, no bamboo shoots but also have corn and scallion. The service was super nice and a good amount of seating. Overall, a pretty good spot and it is Buffalo.

In an area of Cheektowaga where you're in competition with places like P.F. Chang's and Easy Wok. Dumpling Ramen definitely rises to the expectation. We ordered a variety of different items from the menu from the Ramen with miso broth to steamed and pan fried dumplings. Our food was amazing in portions and in taste. Another great aspect to this restaurant in particular is that it is very budget friendly, making you want to taste everything off the menu. Our server was friendly and attentive to what we needed and didn't mind answering questions about the menu.

We stumbling on this place. They are new. Owners and staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Environment is clean, modern, and welcoming. Now to the ramen... delicious!!! We had the tonkatsu ramen and the broth was amazing! So rich and full of flavor. The noodles were perfect chew and not mushy. Pork, egg, bean sprouts... all perfectly cook. This might be my new favorite ramen place in Buffalo! Definitely worth the visit. The ramen was so good I forgot to take photos! The only photo I remembers to take was the cheesecake. Fluffy, bright, and very well balanced.

Hard working people working in this restaurant as we could see as we peaked in the kitchen on our way out the door. Small place with huge menu. Decisions, decisions on just what to order. Hubby chose the shrimp bento box. He enjoyed. I ended up with the Tom Kar soup and california rolls. I loved the soup. And it was the good kind of california rolls...not the fake crab stick...the salad style (see my pic). The decor is quirky and kind of a no frills type place. Nothing fancy or high end by any stretch. Quite a few tables occupied, and lots of takeout orders. Seems the word is out that they have delicious food. I do recommend if you want your sushi fix.

That includes clearing of items you're done with immediately and no waiting for your bill. I was never rushed; they were just great at their job! Honestly hard to find over the last few years and I was very grateful for that experience alone. The ambience was a very cozy-casual. As I was dining alone this time, I enjoyed the 80s music and videos playing on the TV haha I have to be honest ... I really really wanted to order a roll! But I'm trying to do better about trying other things. So I ordered the Atlantic mussels and the pan seared scallops with veggies with fresh ginger sauce and rice, at a spice level of 3/5. The mussels were very generous and in a large bowl. My biggest pull, aside from the mussels themselves, was that in the description it had a creamy coconut sauce. But I did not taste any coconut and it wasn't creamy. It was broth. It wasn't bad or anything, just not quite what I was expecting. I did appreciate, in general, that there were a couple of mussel options. I hadn't had them in quite some time. The dinner entree was very good. I loved that there was a 1-5 spice scale to choose from. I picked level 3 and was a little worried it wouldn't be spicy enough but it definitely was! It was perfect. The sauce was good and the scallops plump. Veggies were fresh and rice sticky. I had water to drink and it was also very good (felt it deserved a mention lol). I would definitely come back here, but I would definitely order rolls next time! It's what my heart really desires! Side note: great place to indulge in for a whole food diet! I felt very satisfied from my seafood and veggies!!

I went with my usual favorite with the lemongrass beef banh mi, while my wife opted for the chicken ramen. We ordered it for pick up and it was ready so quick. I am a creature of habit, when I find something I like, I usually eat that every time. That's the case with the banh mi. The flavor of the beef is phenomenal here. The toppings are always fresh here too, making this sandwich one of the best. My wife also loved her chicken ramen and said it was one the best she's ever had. Excited to see how the new bistro they are moving into soon keeps churning out great food and excellent service.

First thing to note is if you're coming here parking choices are limited as it's on the corner of Broadway and School St. I believe I heard they're moving into the Village Of Lancaster that should help, but FYI. Arrived about the time my food was supposed to be ready ( 25 Mins after ordering ) and was told it'd be right out. Sat and waited another 10 minutes and finally received my food. Dug in to the Banh Mi and while it was tasty, it was half cold....probably due to the fact it sat and waited while the spring rolls I ordered were ready ( which were piping hot when I got them ). Tasty sandwich but how hard can it be to time the food together if this is what you do all day / every day. Disappointed. Gave them 3 Stars because the food itself was tasty, but wanted to give them 5 Stars but simply wasn't enough to compel me to give them another try

The ramen had spaghetti noodles in it and the broth was muddy and tasteless. I am sad to say that I have had instant Ramen that was much much better.
