I went with my usual favorite with the lemongrass beef banh mi, while my wife opted for the chicken ramen. We ordered it for pick up and it was ready so quick. I am a creature of habit, when I find something I like, I usually eat that every time. That's the case with the banh mi. The flavor of the beef is phenomenal here. The toppings are always fresh here too, making this sandwich one of the best. My wife also loved her chicken ramen and said it was one the best she's ever had. Been wanting to try this place for a while. The Bubble Tea doesn't do much for me but I'm always up to try a new place for Banh Mi. Ordered online for pickup. First thing to note is if you're coming here parking choices are limited as it's on the corner of Broadway and School St. I believe I heard they're moving into the Village Of Lancaster that should help, but FYI. Arrived about the time my food was supposed to be ready ( 25 Mins after ordering ) and was told it'd be right out. Sat and waited another 10 minutes and finally received my food. Dug in to the Banh Mi and while it was tasty, it was half cold....probably due to the fact it sat and waited while the spring rolls I ordered were ready ( which were piping hot when I got them ). Tasty sandwich but how hard can it be to time the food together if this is what you do all day / every day. Disappointed. Gave them 3 Stars because the food itself was tasty, but wanted to give them 5 Stars but simply wasn't enough to compel me to give them another try read more

The milk tea is delicious! There special drinks, especially the Selina is just amazing. The owner is super kind and made the drinks for us fairly quickly and with quality. I visited their Grand Island location which has recently closed and they are moving or have moved to a really nice spot on Main Street in Lancaster; it looks like it will be quite spacious. I was greeted right away when I came in and shared in some friendly conversation when he was making my boba. I ordered a matcha brown sugar boba tea and a lemongrass beef bahn mi bowl. I sipped on my boba tea while I waited for my food for takeout. It was tasty and not too sweet, though I felt the brown sugar slightly overpowered the matcha and I would prefer the opposite. My bahn mi bowl came out hot & fresh. It actually stayed warm my whole drive back to work, which was around 20 minutes. The vegetables were crisp & fresh, the beef was tender and flavorful and the rice was perfectly cooked. I look forward to visiting their new location in Lancaster. I have been DYING for a great local Ramen place and this hit the spot. Vinh & Michele are the NICEST people you'll ever meet. I rented their "back room" for a birthday party and while I protected the kids' faces, I promise they were super happy. Everyone got boba drinks, nearly everyone got croffles. There was lots of laughter and fun. There are so many choices on the menu. Vinh & Michele agreed to bring the ingredients for shaken beef because I saw it on their Grand Island webpage & wanted to have it as my meal. TOTALLY worth it. I love Vietnamese food so when I heard this restaurant was in Lancaster, I was thrilled! We had a lemongrass beef banh mi and a banana, pecan and Nutella croffle. The bread for the Bahn mi was delicious and definitely the best I've had locally. The fillings were fresh and tasty and it had the perfect amount of sauce. The croffle was yummy. It's basically a croissant that is placed in a waffle iron and then topped with whatever you choose. It's savory and buttery on the bottom and sweet with Nutella, bananas and pecans. The food is absolutely astounding. The five-spice pork bahn mi (pronounced "bawn me") is not to be missed, 10/10. The lemongrass bahn mi was also wonderful, of equal quality but a matter of personal taste for the 5-spice. We had ramen in addition to the bahn mi, and boba tea with so many choices of flavors and bobas. To top it off, there were croffles (croissant waffles) with a variety of toppings. The perfect end to a fantastic meal! The staff was charming and pleasant. The family that owns the restaurant is beautiful, and all the kids helped out, either in the kitchen or bussing tables. The restaurant is small, and the menu is purposely limited to better serve customers, but the food quality is never compromised. They do a few things and do them excellently! I was thrilled to find a boba place in Lancaster but was a bit worried when I realized that this was a Vietnamese place since Boba drinks are originated from Taiwan... But of course this place is a must try for me as a ramen lover and a boba drinker. It's a small establishment with a few tables and order at the counter service. The owners Vinh and Michelle are super nice and we learned that they have another Simply Boba restaurant in Grand Island that offers fuller menus. We ordered Tiger boba tea, lemongrass beef ba minh, miso ramen with shrimp and tonkatsu ramen with tofu. The ba minh was delicious and the ramen noodles are not the typical Japanese style ramen. The noodle is a Vietnamese style white noodle (less chewy, not curly), surprisingly we really enjoyed it. We'll definitely be back!!! Just a sidenote, all ramen comes with a Vietnamese chili spice. If you can't take the heat (the miso ramen was a little spicy for my 10 yrs old), ask for them not to add to the soup. read more

Had another delicious meal at Simply Boba. I had the tonkotsu ramen which was very tasty and full of pork and noodles. My wife's lemongrass banh mi sandwich was equally as good. The strawberry boba yea was so good! Service is extremely friendly! We love the owners!! They are definitely there to please you either the delicious food! New family owned business in Lancaster. I ordered the fruit and milk tea with the caramel and coffee. This was amazing! We also got the build your own Banh Mi and Tonkotsu ramen. These weren't great. Maybe it was just me, but when one of their daughters brought our food out, mine wasn't even warm. At this rate we had already waited at a dirty table for about half an hour, so we left. For what it's worth, every table was dirty. Unfortunately, the tables were all dirty. The atmosphere felt like a daycare, they should really put a curtain up because you can see into their living room. There was a baby being cared for by another young child, and several other young children running around unsupervised which was concerning. The pho broth tasted off, maybe prepackaged or the fish sauce was added to close to service, the bahn mi was a okay. The boba was excellent, that's about all. Stopped in today a few minutes after open. Banh Mi was the best I have ever had. Cooked perfectly and a great balance of flavors and freshness. The Brown Sugar Matcha was soooooo good, they were able to make it with oat milk for me. It's something I would drink as a treat as it is quite sweet. We came in right before close for our first ever time! It was amazing...the lady explained the menu, told us how it worked and suggested some things. I highly recommend the rare beef pho it was the best!!!!
