Small, friendly restaurant offering selection of banh mi, pho, ramen and boba. Most of their business send to be take out, but they do have a small seating area for about 12-15 people. The pho has a excellent broth and tastes fresh and home made. Order at the counter and food will be brought to your table.

I'm speechless. You just don't find food this good anywhere. Simply boba is my new favorite food in all of Buffalo! The bonh mi - the best I have ever had. It's so fresh, so delicious, the bread is the absolute perfect texture and taste. I could eat one every day. We love the lemongrass beef - tastes amazing. The freshness of the cilantro.... the crunch of the cucumber and carrots.... Just phenomenal. The ramen - so unreal good. The broth is unbelievable. You can tell it is made with heart and soul poured into it. Everything in it is amazing, it's exactly what you want in your ramen. This is the best ramen in WNY. No question.

I am all about giving credit where it is due and my goodness, if you haven't tried Simply Boba yet on Broadway in Lancaster, you need to. I ordered to-go today! I have been DYING for a great local Ramen place and this hit the spot. The flavor in this broth was so comforting and delicious, the noodles cooked perfectly, the shrimp had a nice bold flavoring and perfect sear. Huge portion with good pricing! I also ordered the strawberry matcha latte with Boba (it had fresh strawberry puree at the bottom, soooo good!) & Pho Tai (Pho with rare beef that cooks in the broth, great comfort food for a sick day!) I understand that ordering cuisine you may not be familiar with can be intimidating sometimes (though everything is explained on their menu!) If you'd like this exact dish, it's called the Sho Ramen with Shrimp. Welcome to Lancaster, Simply Boba! I am so grateful for my new favorite lunch spot

Vinh & Michele are the NICEST people you'll ever meet. I rented their "back room" for a birthday party and while I protected the kids' faces, I promise they were super happy. Everyone got boba drinks, nearly everyone got croffles. There was lots of laughter and fun. There are so many choices on the menu. Vinh & Michele agreed to bring the ingredients for shaken beef because I saw it on their Grand Island webpage & wanted to have it as my meal. TOTALLY worth it. Lots of pepper (both the veggie and the seasoning). It was sooo good. My first boba here was the tiger tea - so tasty & not too sweet, IMO. Today, I enjoyed the Vietnamese Iced Coffee. Give this new-to-Lancaster business a try. You won't be sorry!

I love Vietnamese food so when I heard this restaurant was in Lancaster, I was thrilled! We had a lemongrass beef banh mi and a banana, pecan and Nutella croffle. The bread for the Bahn mi was delicious and definitely the best I've had locally. The fillings were fresh and tasty and it had the perfect amount of sauce. The croffle was yummy. It's basically a croissant that is placed in a waffle iron and then topped with whatever you choose. It's savory and buttery on the bottom and sweet with Nutella, bananas and pecans. Great combo I pass by this spot on my way home from work, so I will be stopping often!

A wonderful cafe serving boba tea, croffles, which is a croissant waffle mix with toppings, banh mi, and pho. The interior is cute and cozy. There is a seating area where you can read and drink and eat and enjoy your time there. Ample seating. The owners are the employees and it is truly a family business. It is delightful and you can see their passion in their product. Got a bubble tea and chili crisp. Bubblel tea was wondeful and worth the wait Can't wait to be here once a week!

The food is absolutely astounding. The five-spice pork bahn mi (pronounced "bawn me") is not to be missed, 10/10. The lemongrass bahn mi was also wonderful, of equal quality but a matter of personal taste for the 5-spice. We had ramen in addition to the bahn mi, and boba tea with so many choices of flavors and bobas. To top it off, there were croffles (croissant waffles) with a variety of toppings. The perfect end to a fantastic meal! The staff was charming and pleasant. The family that owns the restaurant is beautiful, and all the kids helped out, either in the kitchen or bussing tables. The restaurant is small, and the menu is purposely limited to better serve customers, but the food quality is never compromised. They do a few things and do them excellently! I am excited to visit their other location or to come back when I'm in the area!

I was thrilled to find a boba place in Lancaster but was a bit worried when I realized that this was a Vietnamese place since Boba drinks are originated from Taiwan... But of course this place is a must try for me as a ramen lover and a boba drinker. It's a small establishment with a few tables and order at the counter service. The owners Vinh and Michelle are super nice and we learned that they have another Simply Boba restaurant in Grand Island that offers fuller menus. We ordered Tiger boba tea, lemongrass beef ba minh, miso ramen with shrimp and tonkatsu ramen with tofu. The ba minh was delicious and the ramen noodles are not the typical Japanese style ramen. The noodle is a Vietnamese style white noodle (less chewy, not curly), surprisingly we really enjoyed it. We'll definitely be back!!! Just a sidenote, all ramen comes with a Vietnamese chili spice. If you can't take the heat (the miso ramen was a little spicy for my 10 yrs old), ask for them not to add to the soup.

Simply Boba is a fantastic new gem in Lancaster! This family-run business offers incredibly flavorful and delicious food, with options that accommodate vegetarians & vegans--something I really appreciate. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. My kids absolutely love this place and keep asking to go back! While parking isn't the most convenient, it's well worth the visit. If you're looking for great food and yummy drinks then come here!

Cute little spot in the Lancaster village. The banh mi is incredible and I really enjoyed the ramen too!

The pho soup I ordered tasted horrible. Really salty and they barely gave any beef with it .

Well, of course my husband and I had to try it and what better place to get our food from than Teton. Because we needed a lot, and definitely had left overs, we went with the love boat for 2 all variety of fish for $69.00, as well as two tuna handrolls. I love their tuna handrolls. They are scrumptious. Teton is great for gluten free people and they modify to make sure everything is good to go. There was so much food. The sushi and the rolls were great and fresh. The ordering process online is extremely easy, even when you are ordering with a dietary restriction. If you want quality fish, go here. Taka, the owner, is great. That includes clearing of items you're done with immediately and no waiting for your bill. I was never rushed; they were just great at their job! Honestly hard to find over the last few years and I was very grateful for that experience alone. The ambience was a very cozy-casual. As I was dining alone this time, I enjoyed the 80s music and videos playing on the TV haha I have to be honest ... I really really wanted to order a roll! But I'm trying to do better about trying other things. So I ordered the Atlantic mussels and the pan seared scallops with veggies with fresh ginger sauce and rice, at a spice level of 3/5. The mussels were very generous and in a large bowl. My biggest pull, aside from the mussels themselves, was that in the description it had a creamy coconut sauce. But I did not taste any coconut and it wasn't creamy. It was broth. It wasn't bad or anything, just not quite what I was expecting. I did appreciate, in general, that there were a couple of mussel options. I hadn't had them in quite some time. The dinner entree was very good. I loved that there was a 1-5 spice scale to choose from. I picked level 3 and was a little worried it wouldn't be spicy enough but it definitely was! It was perfect. The sauce was good and the scallops plump. Veggies were fresh and rice sticky. I had water to drink and it was also very good (felt it deserved a mention lol). I would definitely come back here, but I would definitely order rolls next time! It's what my heart really desires! Side note: great place to indulge in for a whole food diet! I felt very satisfied from my seafood and veggies!!

I don't know where they get their fish from but it is some of the freshest fish I've had in the area. Also had the spicy miso ramen which was another perfectly made meal. By the time it arrived it was stone cold and was stodgy and clumpy, so perhaps you either eat it hot right from the pan, or maybe it's best not to order it at all by delivery. Nevertheless the flavor was not great anyway. It really had no flavor at all other than the nori, and there was way too much bland mayonnaise on it that ruined it completely. I tried to recover it to some degree by placing it in a hot pan to try to crispen it up somewhat, which obviously did help texturally, but the mayonnaise ruined it. I was temped to try and scrape it all off and apply some better quality fresh spicy Japanese mayonnaise that I have in my fridge, but the dish was falling apart and too stodgy, so I ended up just throwing it away and making my own fresh, which is probably what I should've done in the first place. I was just being lazy and thought I'd order it in instead to save cooking. Lesson learned.
