Honeydew milk tea and Almond flavored milk tea with boba
Marissa M.

That honeydew milk tea was outta this world! The almond was good too. This place was packed but they got drinks out pretty fast! There's just nowhere to sit in there, but I guess it's in the mall so you just grab it and go shop. And it's in the name - just a stop!

Service was quick. I got the crème brûlée boba and it was amazing! By the time I realized that I didn't take a picture, my boba was gone. Oops, I hate it when that happens. Guess you will have to go get one and try it for yourself.

Randomly beside Macy's in the mall is a bubble tea place. The surprise menu item are bunh mi sandwiches, which are good. The fresh bake bread are from ovens right on site. The bread is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside..which makes for a perfect vessel for the meat and veggies. The first bite is very satisfying but after additional bites the conclusion is the sandwich lacks flavour. I guess we are spoiled because there are a few really great banh mi places in Toronto - so our benchmark may be different than others. It was missing the daikon, and the jalapeño didn't have any kick to it. Also the pate they used wasn't rich in flavour. It is still a good place and great additional to the mall. Service was friendly and efficient and you can see they took pride in the product they put out. -SS We went to Walden Galleria and saw Boba Stop. I love boba, so of course we had to get some. I got taro milk tea with tapioca and coconut jelly. It was pretty tasty it was a little too sweet but it had a good amount of toppings and a nice size. I tried a bit of the bunh mi too, the bread was delicious, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I didn't get much filling but it was pretty good.-MS

Shrimp Summer Rolls with Peanut Sauce

Boba Stop was actually the best thing that happened to me at the Galleria Mall. Their food was good, and I don't like malls. My Shrimp Summer Rolls looked yummy. Too bad the lettuce wasn't the freshest and I had to struggle with the cilantro's stringy stems. The peanut sauce was delicious. 'Banh Mi with BBQ Pork' was pretty good, too. I had just one bite, but it was full of flavor and the bread was crunchy and fresh. Boba Stop is located on the second floor next to Macy's, so don't look for them around the food court. It's a perfect spot to grab something to eat or drink when you're on-the-go.

At most boba tea places, the milk tea options are made from a powder that has dairy milk in the powder itself. But NOT at Boba Stop! Boba Stop milk teas are non-dairy, and you can add a dairy or non-dairy milk of your choice. This is great for those who are vegan and/or dairy-intolerant but still want to enjoy a creamy bubble tea. My vegan daughter enjoys the honeydew milk bubble tea with oatmilk. Boba Stop is inside the Galleria Mall. When you are in the mall and in the mood for a quality bubble tea, Boba Stop has you dairy or non-dairy covered! :-D

I was excited to see that a boba shop opened up in the mall. It definitely adds to the variety of cuisine /drinks available. I had the original milk tea, I'd love to try more flavors after social distancing restrictions are slowly lifted

My sister text me to rave about this place.

Last Friday I received a text with a pic of a Bánh mì from my sister that said this: Best sub ever. From Bobba stop where we get our bobba tea. Fresh sliced cucumber, shredded carrots, tender beef with no fat at all. Fresh baked roll crunchy outside, soft inside and the best flavor. Its family owned, Vietnamese subs, egg rolls, spring rolls, and bubble tea. So today I checked it out for lunch and enjoyed a Bánh mì with an iced coffee and it was fantastic. I absolutely agree with my sister's review. I text her to thank her for the recommendation. She added a drink recommendation stating that the caramel milk tea with tapioca was her favorite but that the fruit tea with bursting boba is good too. Of course, I already had my iced coffee which I knew to ask for based on yelp recommendations. It was not on the menu but they had it when I asked. Bobba stop is inside the mall, upper level near Macy's. It's a counter situation, no dining area, but there are benches nearby. I hope this place is wildly successful and can move into a place with seating because that is the only thing that could be better. The food and drink were certainly worth the trip to the Galleria and the price for the quality was more than affordable. Delish!

I'd like to qualify this review with a few things to really explain my 5 star rating of this place. 1 - I was born in Vietnam and grew up in Los Angeles where good authentic Vietnamese was very prevalent. 2 - I've been living in Buffalo for 10 years now and all this time, I've been searching for a legit Banh Mi sandwich that can hold its own compared to what I've had in LA. For these reasons, I had to bump what really is a 4 star spot to 5 stars because I have to say that I have finally found that Banh Mi sandwich that hits my cravings for Viet food comparable to LA. Now there are other good Viet restaurants in Buffalo, in fact some of my friends still like the other Banh Mi's better....but to me...this spot gives you the same feels as eating your mother's home cooked meal from childhood. I know it's a random spot at the mall without seating, but it's definitely legit when you see the Vietnamese Aunties making your sandwiches. All other Banh Mi sandwiches in Buffalo are now dead to me. The other thing that hits home that they serve here, is the fresh pressed sugar cane juice. So that all being said, the bubble tea and the other food items are very good but basically on par with the other good Viet restaurants around. Get the B1 - Banh Mi Special and a sugar cane drink ... your welcome!

If you enter in from Macy's top floor Boba stop is only a few steps away! There is another boba stop at the Niagara Falls outlet which I have enjoyed. This one has food along with it! My husband and I ordered the bahn mi, fresh rolls and one bubble tea! Our total was ~15 dollars so each item was around 5 dollars. I will say that the bahn mi was pretty good. The bread was great, along with the filling, tasty and exactly what I would expect. Is it the best bahn mi I've had? No but it's still pretty good to satisfy my craving. The fresh rolls were pretty good and I enjoyed their peanut sauce. Onto the bubble tea, wow this place is extremely sweet! I had 0% sugar and I'm not sure if I got that or if they make their tea sweet but I thought my tea was sweeter than what I'd expect for 0%. The pudding was not sweet like I'd expect pudding to be. Overall it was a 3.5/5 for bubble tea, I have rated this a 4 because I enjoyed their food and the service was quick which is what I'd expect for mall food service. I would probably get it again but try their tapioca and a different bubble tea flavor!

Love boba tea so decided to stop by. Had the coconut milk tea and the lemongrass beef bahn mi sandwich. Fresh, quality ingredients with a crusty roll. Boba tea is excellent. Great mall stop!

We got rose milk tea and oolong milk tea. Both were delicious!! They are also able to adjust the sweetness and were very nice about it.

This has the BEST banh mi in the area. It's almost as good as the one in Toronto. I always get the traditional one with extra pate.

I went with my usual favorite with the lemongrass beef banh mi, while my wife opted for the chicken ramen. We ordered it for pick up and it was ready so quick. I am a creature of habit, when I find something I like, I usually eat that every time. That's the case with the banh mi. The flavor of the beef is phenomenal here. The toppings are always fresh here too, making this sandwich one of the best. My wife also loved her chicken ramen and said it was one the best she's ever had. First thing to note is if you're coming here parking choices are limited as it's on the corner of Broadway and School St. I believe I heard they're moving into the Village Of Lancaster that should help, but FYI. Arrived about the time my food was supposed to be ready ( 25 Mins after ordering ) and was told it'd be right out. Sat and waited another 10 minutes and finally received my food. Dug in to the Banh Mi and while it was tasty, it was half cold....probably due to the fact it sat and waited while the spring rolls I ordered were ready ( which were piping hot when I got them ). Tasty sandwich but how hard can it be to time the food together if this is what you do all day / every day. Disappointed. Gave them 3 Stars because the food itself was tasty, but wanted to give them 5 Stars but simply wasn't enough to compel me to give them another try

10/10 Experience at Tea Leaf Cafe!…read more Tea Leaf Cafe in Buffalo is easily one of my favorite spots in the city. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is cozy, clean, and welcoming. It's the perfect place to relax, hang out with friends, or just enjoy some quiet time. The drinks are AMAZING. Whether you're getting classic milk tea, fruit tea, or something more unique, everything tastes super fresh and perfectly balanced -- not overly sweet, just right. The boba texture is always on point too. You can tell they really care about quality. The staff is friendly, patient, and fast with orders, even when it's busy. They make you feel appreciated as a customer. If you're in Buffalo and love bubble tea (or even if you're trying it for the first time), I 100% recommend Tea Leaf Cafe. Mango Smoothie: I decided to go for a mango smoothie since it's a safe option. Pretty big size portion, more than enough for what I was looking for. It was exactly what I expected from a mango smoothie. Lots of seating and a very chill spot to go with friends. The cafe also had some board games too. They were pretty quick with their service. I certainly see why it's a busy spot for locals here!

That includes clearing of items you're done with immediately and no waiting for your bill. I was never rushed; they were just great at their job! Honestly hard to find over the last few years and I was very grateful for that experience alone. The ambience was a very cozy-casual. As I was dining alone this time, I enjoyed the 80s music and videos playing on the TV haha I have to be honest ... I really really wanted to order a roll! But I'm trying to do better about trying other things. So I ordered the Atlantic mussels and the pan seared scallops with veggies with fresh ginger sauce and rice, at a spice level of 3/5. The mussels were very generous and in a large bowl. My biggest pull, aside from the mussels themselves, was that in the description it had a creamy coconut sauce. But I did not taste any coconut and it wasn't creamy. It was broth. It wasn't bad or anything, just not quite what I was expecting. I did appreciate, in general, that there were a couple of mussel options. I hadn't had them in quite some time. The dinner entree was very good. I loved that there was a 1-5 spice scale to choose from. I picked level 3 and was a little worried it wouldn't be spicy enough but it definitely was! It was perfect. The sauce was good and the scallops plump. Veggies were fresh and rice sticky. I had water to drink and it was also very good (felt it deserved a mention lol). I would definitely come back here, but I would definitely order rolls next time! It's what my heart really desires! Side note: great place to indulge in for a whole food diet! I felt very satisfied from my seafood and veggies!!
