When you first walk in, there is an array of pastries and sweet treats. I opted for the raspberry cream cake but was disappointed. It was dry and bland. My friend ordered the Biscoff cake that came in a soda can and hers was delicious. I probably just picked a bad one that day. The coffee was delicious and the latte art was very cute. I would like to return and try other pastries!

The location makes sense as the residents of Williamsville are generally well-educated and worldly enough to appreciate authentic Yemeni cuisine; the same cannot be said for most of Buffalo suburbs, unfortunately, so I'm grateful the Buffalo metro now has one. Ordered the Qamaria latte, traditionally-spiced with cinnamon and cardamom. The spice notes were potent, but not at all overpowering and the beverage remained balanced. Had a chicken malawach as well; flaky and savory, and also well-spiced. It was a bit greasy which was the only regrettable thing about the experience, but not extremely and it didn't compromise the flavor or texture. The dining room itself was clean and elegantly decorated with Arabian and Gulf motifs, and the staff were friendly and helpful when my mother had questions about the menu. (I give any practicing Muslim props for working in food service while fasting during Ramadan.) All and all, grateful they're part of the community; I just hope they don't overexpand and sacrifice quality for quantity like many others.

The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly cool, the kind of place that makes you want to linger for hours with a good book and a great cup of coffee. My fiancé and I each ordered one of their specialty coffees along with bagels, and everything was fantastic. After a less than stellar experience at Tim Hortons earlier in the trip, Seven Hearts completely redeemed our coffee expectations. It was exactly the aesthetic and experience I had been searching for. What really made it special was how quickly it felt like a place I could make part of my routine. If I lived in Buffalo, this would absolutely be my go to coffee shop. Before leaving, I picked up a couple of honey sticks and a bottle of their house made lavender syrup to bring home. Now I get to enjoy a little taste of Seven Hearts, and Buffalo, with my morning coffee for a few more days.

Upon entering, no one greeted me, and I felt rushed while looking over the menu. When I asked questions, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee rather than being helped. I ordered the blueberry lemon bar matcha and hoped the drink would redeem the experience, but it was disappointing. The flavor combination didn't work well in a matcha drink, and it left a strange aftertaste/coating in my mouth. I also specifically requested no dairy (asked for oat milk) yet it still came topped with cold foam, which upset my stomach. It looked cute, but for nearly $9, it wasn't enjoyable. I had originally planned to order food as well, but the overall atmosphere and interaction felt so uncomfortable that I decided to just take my drink and leave.

He helped me choose what would work best for my espresso machine and even ground a full pound for me on the spot, which I really appreciated. My latte was perfection!! I also grabbed a chocolate chip cookie that was absolutely amazing. I can't remember the name of the bakery, but he mentioned they're made by a local baker out of Tonawanda, and it definitely showed. Overall, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and you can really tell they care about both their coffee and their customers. I'll definitely be back.

I had specifically made the stop here to grab a quick coffee & a breakfast "sang-which" on my way to run errands; only to find out upon arrival they offer no food here. ONLY COFFEE. Kind of a bummer. Due to busy Main Street in Williamsville and parking difficulties don't know if I would stop back because they don't have any food to sit and enjoy with your coffee. Seemed popular, long lines waiting to be served. Posting an updated menu on Yelp, as coffee shop has no paper menu (to-go menu) and they also do not have a website displaying their menu online for customers to view. That would be a nice update.

One of the staff that helped me was Kaymya. She was amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful!. She made this a fantastic first experience for me. Everyone was kind and seemed genuinely interested in their engagement with customers. It makes a big difference and is a huge reason I'll be a regular. The coffee - I got both an iced latte and a hot latte- I did marshmallow and vanilla in bit and the hot was sugar free and the iced was regular sugar syrups plus whipped cream. Both were delicious! The brew itself is smooth and a solid medium blend I'd say - not watered down or bitter. Very easy to enjoy. The sugar-free didn't have any odd aftertaste at all and I usually can pick those out right away. The whipped cream tasted homemade to me. Yummy As far as value goes, I think I paid the same or similar price for both and the iced latte was much bigger. But that said, the large hot latte was in a cup that probably rivals the Tim's XLarge. So the value is really good all around. I've been waiting to go because they e been pretty busy and I was so happy I finally made it. Saturday at around 6:45 andI was in line for about 15 min which was quick moving. Every step of the process was smooth and moving along well. There is a website where you can collect rewards too. And I read that certain days have better deals. Looking forward to adding this to my routine. Nope you go soon and enjoy your brew!
