When I've been out this way, I saw the green sign in the plaza, that caught my eye: Milk Tea'Rapy . This past Saturday, decided if it was open to stop in see the hours, support local, and get some bubble tea. The shop is open, inviting and welcoming, recently opened not even a few months ago. I'm not huge on bubble tea, I do enjoy it every so often. Lately have been finding more places popping up in WNY area. I spoke with the owner, her name is Bing, very hardworking, excels in customer service, people person, and takes the time to listen to customer recommendations. Even though as I arrived there were others waiting, and a few Door Dash orders, that were priority; she still took the time to keep apologizing and thanking me for my patience which meant a lot, especially as a first time customer, and a YELP Elite. I feel if its a new business, and the service is genuine and good experience to take the time to get the word out. Yes, Google is great, but YELP reaches just as many people, looking for honest reviews as well. A brief history of the owner and her story, she loved to cook, and took an interest in the art of tea and bubble tea, and is from the Philippines, seems very hard working and was doing everything on her own, upon my visit. What I appreciated on my visit was her and her family listening to the customer suggestions for flavors: I'm a fan of fruit tea, made with green tea, no sugar or light sugar.. I tried a small grape fruit tea with candy apple bobba. What sets it apart are specialty flavors: Grape, Honey Dew Pomegrantae, loyalty card and the time to chat for a few minutes with customers. I wish her success and hope everything goes well, check it out when your in the area. Oh, and there are different snacks too at the counter to purchase.

Very good teas and great environment. Kept clean and prompt service. Will definitely be back. They have a loyalty program as well.

My pinacolada boba tea with passionfruit bubbles. This is a picture taken after I brought it home.

Really cute place! Ordered a Pinacolada Boba Tea, with choice of three different milks, or fruit tea. I had it with Coconut Milk, and Passionfruit bursts. They also had some desserts and snacks you could get there. There is really cute seating in there. They had Cheesecakes, Mochi, Macaroons, and Cassava cake.

I went with my usual favorite with the lemongrass beef banh mi, while my wife opted for the chicken ramen. We ordered it for pick up and it was ready so quick. I am a creature of habit, when I find something I like, I usually eat that every time. That's the case with the banh mi. The flavor of the beef is phenomenal here. The toppings are always fresh here too, making this sandwich one of the best. My wife also loved her chicken ramen and said it was one the best she's ever had. Excited to see how the new bistro they are moving into soon keeps churning out great food and excellent service.

First thing to note is if you're coming here parking choices are limited as it's on the corner of Broadway and School St. I believe I heard they're moving into the Village Of Lancaster that should help, but FYI. Arrived about the time my food was supposed to be ready ( 25 Mins after ordering ) and was told it'd be right out. Sat and waited another 10 minutes and finally received my food. Dug in to the Banh Mi and while it was tasty, it was half cold....probably due to the fact it sat and waited while the spring rolls I ordered were ready ( which were piping hot when I got them ). Tasty sandwich but how hard can it be to time the food together if this is what you do all day / every day. Disappointed. Gave them 3 Stars because the food itself was tasty, but wanted to give them 5 Stars but simply wasn't enough to compel me to give them another try

I got the B5 Banh Mi Bo (Lemongrass beef) - the bread was soft, the beef was tender and flavorful, and the veggies were crisp. No notes! Tapioca pearls can be hit-or-miss in my opinion, but these had the perfect bite vs chew ratio that only fresh, perfectly-prepared boba has. I usually find myself struggling to find something unique and delicious when it comes to mall food, and I don't look forward to in-store shopping as much as I used to, but Boba Stop is really doing some heavy lifting for Galleria Mall - I'll come for the Banh Mi then stay for the mall walks and window shopping every time!

While we were walking around, I had a feeling it was time for lunch. Nothing against the food court in the Galleria but Boba Stop just hits the spot and isn't super fast food like a few of the other choices. We ended up getting a dirty milk boba with tapioca, a pineapple fruit tea, and a couple of banh mi sandwiches. The bread was crispy and baked beautifully. The toppings tasted fresh. The lemongrass beef was delicious. This is a masterpiece of a sandwich and it seems to be my favorite when I go. The service here is always friendly and fast. Their spot in the mall is pretty central and it has a good vibe inside. It is very open and doesn't feel like the other mall food options as much. This stop will always be on my list whenever I am at the mall.

That includes clearing of items you're done with immediately and no waiting for your bill. I was never rushed; they were just great at their job! Honestly hard to find over the last few years and I was very grateful for that experience alone. The ambience was a very cozy-casual. As I was dining alone this time, I enjoyed the 80s music and videos playing on the TV haha I have to be honest ... I really really wanted to order a roll! But I'm trying to do better about trying other things. So I ordered the Atlantic mussels and the pan seared scallops with veggies with fresh ginger sauce and rice, at a spice level of 3/5. The mussels were very generous and in a large bowl. My biggest pull, aside from the mussels themselves, was that in the description it had a creamy coconut sauce. But I did not taste any coconut and it wasn't creamy. It was broth. It wasn't bad or anything, just not quite what I was expecting. I did appreciate, in general, that there were a couple of mussel options. I hadn't had them in quite some time. The dinner entree was very good. I loved that there was a 1-5 spice scale to choose from. I picked level 3 and was a little worried it wouldn't be spicy enough but it definitely was! It was perfect. The sauce was good and the scallops plump. Veggies were fresh and rice sticky. I had water to drink and it was also very good (felt it deserved a mention lol). I would definitely come back here, but I would definitely order rolls next time! It's what my heart really desires! Side note: great place to indulge in for a whole food diet! I felt very satisfied from my seafood and veggies!!
