Went back for more Vietnamese comfort food. This time I tried rocket shrimp and garlic noodles. Everything was so good, I might have to go back again very soon. If you haven't been there yet, what are you waiting for?!
I probably don't need to write much about Pham's Kitchen to encourage someone to visit. I'm surprised I waited so long to visit Pham and her kitchen. I really like Vietnamese cuisine, and this place has a very high rating. Our original plans fell through, and this restaurant was nearby and had long been on my list of places to try. Not only was our food very tasty, but the whole experience made me feel satisfied from all angles. After ordering our meals at the counter and paying the bill, no one disturbed us. Only, I believe Pham, came to our table once, and asked whether everything was good. Yes! Thank you for the yummy food:). I had a sip of the beef pho broth, and it was oh! so good. Of course, my partner would prefer more like Phở Đặc Biệt version with all kinds of meets and beef parts. Pham's didn't include the tendon and tripe, but his feedback was very positive anyway. My Grilled Shrimp Vermicelli was a beautiful dish. I smiled at my plate, and then I couldn't stop eating until everything had disappeared into my stomach :). Their Vietnamese Vinaigrette could have been more 'fishy', but still, no complaints. The dining area felt cozy and truly inviting. I am sure this is also thanks to the staff, who were very friendly and smiling. I really liked that.
Went for lunch, but called before I went to make sure they are open. I didn't want to drive 30 minutes to find put they decided not to open like the last time. Got the beef pho, coffee ti dine in and the banh mi to go as usual. And the food is still delicious.
Finally got to try Pham's in person! The restaurant is super cute. The staff were extremely friendly, and even gave us some free spring rolls with our meal! I worry that I will be here at least once a week now... the food was so good.
Food was really good. I had the pho and combination bahn mi. I was totally surprised that there was a Vietnamese restaurant of this caliber in Buffalo NY.
Got the house special bahn mi for lunch and it was really good. The flavor mixed well together and the homemade pate was pretty good. They give a good amount of pickled radish which I appreciate and the service was fast. Would come again for their bahn mi which are also so affordable.
Absolutley amazing banh mi's! Fresy baked Vietnamese style french baguette, cant beat it, one of the best sandwiches in the area, amazing pho and fresh rolls as well Highly recommend
ordered pho for takeout: it hit all the requirements, packaged in an innovative way to keep ingredients separate that needed to be separate. flavor was terrific, all the ingredients were delicious. will return for the pho! Also ordered a banh mi. The roll was the best part, unfortunately. the filling was scanty, i thought.
Friendly and well informed staff, great vegan and gluten free options, and affordable prices! We loved it here and will definitely be back

Hands down the best pho I have ever had. I'm usually a ramen girl when it comes to noodle soup dishes but the broth of their pho converted me. Plus the portion was huge, I ended up having it for 3 meals. My husband absolutely loved his bahn mi with the bbq pork. We also got the crab ragoons which made me cry a little when they came out with 5 tiny pieces for $8 but once I bit into it and realized there was REAL CRAB, the price made sense. They were so delicious! We went a week ago and almost every day since then my husband has asked when we can go back lol
What a lovely community space and restaurant. First of all my sandwich was delightful - great bread, tender spiced beef, pate, and lots of jalapeños and carrots - all the textures and flavors you hope for. Service was excellent. I would happily return here, what a nice fresh dinner.
This is a nice Vietnamese restaurant with a variety of menu options. I got a grilled pork banh mi and it was great with all the standard toppings of pickled radish, cilantro, jalepenos. The owner is very kind and positive. The overall vibe is casual dining and there's plenty of seating, natural light, and plants. They also have boba!

Simply the best in Buffalo. The owners are the nicest and most friendly. Make you feel like a regular on your first visit. All of the food is incredible. I try to make it at least once a week. read more
We arrived in the middle of a Saturday lunch rush: Nearly every booth was occupied with a multigenerational Vietnamese family. Our waitress was very attentive, checking on us multiple times during the meal. Although it's an "order at the counter/ seat yourself/ bus your own table" kind of place, food is brought to the table from the kitchen, and the waitress keeps the place clean. Prices are very reasonable: About $2-$3 dollars less expensive per item than other pho places. On the cashier's counter is a small statue: "Voted best place to eat by Yelp Elites". read more

I grew up eating a lot of home cooked Vietnamese food so I was excited to try this place out! When you enter, you seat yourself and you also pay at the counter. I ordered the #1 sandwich which was a mix mosh of cold cut meats. It was really good and pretty on par with the sandwiches I've had in NYC. It was decently sized and reasonably priced. I love pho but don't really care for beef so I opted for the chicken. It was delicious and definitely hit the spot. The waitress was nice, ambiance is casual. It's a great place to grab a quick meal. I came on a Monday and it was packed! Would return again. read more

I was introduced to Pham's at an elite event in 2024. We had several samples of their tasty Vietnamese food. I also ordered a bowl of pho as I wanted to try that, and I was impressed with the flavor. I returned last week to get a bowl of beef pho, and I was not disappointed. The restaurant is bright and clean. The servers are friendly and helpful. You place your order at the counter and they bring it to your table when it's ready. It is accompanied by some extras like jalapeno slices and what I believe are bean sprouts that you can add if desired. There are also bottles of siracha and hoisin sauce on the table. I am not good with chopsticks, but there were also soup spoons and forks on the table. The bowl is huge. It is a full meal in itself. The pho was hot and delicious; a great treat on a cold winter's day. I am looking forward to my next visit. I like the pho so much, I might order some other dishes to take home so I can try them. read more
I forgot to take a picture because I was too hungry but this is a little place in Buffalo that serves some of the freshest pho and banh mi. A bit embarrassed about taking so long to write this. My excuse is that every time I visit I'm so happy with the whole experience it's really all about me. Man that sounds selfish but I assure you it's all the businesses fault. I'm always welcomed so warmly, treated so well and enjoy the food so thoroughly feel so lucky. I originally visited for the first time from a recommendation. I asked my new Doctors office personnel where I could get a good meal and they all said Pham's at the same time. As a fan of good Vietnamese cuisine a bowl of Pho sounded just about right. They were spot on. It was as good a bowl as I've ever had. Not bragging but I've had a lot of Pho across the USA in a many cities and towns, upscale and simple and this bowl was excellent. I was so happy. As I live over 20 miles away it wasn't exactly on my usual rounds. Only after a Drs appointment to start. Then a bit more often if I found myself at least half way there. Then I started getting Pho and a Special Bahn Mi sandwich (w/extra pate') - togo. Then a couple of sandwiches to go. Then I treated my wife who now loves the Lemongrass Beef and now considers visiting a legitimate destination meal. If you knew my wife you'd know this is a pretty big deal. So now I'm becoming a regular and couldn't be happier. I know there's other wonderful menu items but for now they'll have to wait. Oh another guest turned me on to a Vietnamese Egg coffee, WOW. If you like a strong, sweet, creamy, flavor filled coffee give it a try. I've had both iced and hot and they're equally good. read more

Look, I realize that I get the same thing at a lot of places I go. I have said before, I am a creature of habit and I eat what I know I like. Sometimes I get a little adventurous and change it up but this time, I kept with my favorite order from here. It's a Bahn Mi and a juice tea with tapioca. The Bahn Mi was incredible as always. I love the bread and the lemongrass beef is so flavorful and tasty. When I couldn't figure out which flavor of tea to get, they came up with a combination of the juice that tasted PHENOMENAL! As always, the service here is quick, friendly, and they really put a lot of care and attention into every order. You can tell whether you get it to eat there or to go, they make sure everything is prepared perfectly. There is a very peaceful vibe here and plenty of seating to dine in. I keep saying I need to try the Pho but I cannot get away from that Bahn Mi. It's too good! read more

They have 9 different Bánh Mi, we picked the Char Sui. (it was not mentioned on the menu, but I think it was pork). The baguette was nicely filled with seasoned pork, veggies and fresh jalapeños. Also a great sauce with a really nice kick to it. The Phó comes in a big bowl filled with bouillon, chicken (veggies or beef are other choices) and plenty of noodles. It comes with a little plate with bean sprouts, jalapeños and mint leaves to add to the Pho. It was really good. The service was very attentive and we were really surprised when the (I think) owner stopped by. Not just for the "how is your meal?", but after we mentioned we had some trouble eating the long noodles, she explained that we have to try chop sticks. Just like the Vietnamese do! I will start practicing at home and next time will eat Phó like a pro. read more
Wow! What a great Bahn Mi sandwich they make. How can you go wrong with fresh bread made daily (starting at 4am!)? The sandwich was loaded with tons of perfectly seasoned tender pork and fresh toppings. So good! I also got a side of chicken spring rolls. They were ok but the star was the Bahn Mi sandwich. Great service! Yummy food... I ordered a p grilled pork Bahn mi and an offer of fried spring rolls All very delicious!! The spring rolls were very crispy and had a great meld of flavors... a bit small for the $5.00 The sandwich was on freshly made, in house rolls... so soft and melt in your mouth delicious... go here, try this new business... you'll be glad you did! There is a God sized parking lot and outdoor seating. The interior is tastefully fine and, drum roll please... the bathrooms are clean and stocked with the necessities!! read more

All the food tastes amazingly fresh. It is also less salty than typical Asian foods. The people here are very friendly and will come and chat with you if it is not too busy. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and comfortable with booths and table seating options read more
