Solid egg rolls, and my partner liked the garlic noodles so much that he looked up how to recreate the recipe at home. It's definitely not something you see on a lot of Vietnamese menus, but it's such a unique, Vietnamese-American creation that I'm glad we were able to try it out here! Main course: I got a banh mi xiu mai, because that's something that's almost impossible to find on the east coast, and it was done exceptionally well. The bread (which I was told they bake fresh in-house!) was light and airy on the inside with a thin crispy crust on the outside. I also got an avocado smoothie, which was not too sweet-- everyone saw me get one, taste-tested it, and proceeded to order one as well LOL. Between the 30 of us, we essentially got everything on the menu, and everyone was pleased with their food. I got a lot of comments saying, "This is the best Vietnamese food I've had outside of California," and if you're in the know, you know that's a crazy high compliment!
