Super comfy spot with fast service! Got the pistachio latte and it was very good. They have lots of seating so my friends and I got to hang out and play jenga. Easy parking across the street. Looks fancy but also family owned. Cute spot.

Amazing atmosphere definitely a place for gatherings and to focus on any business venture.

I came back here and the service was absolutely amazing again! Clean and vibrant atmosphere and beautiful aesthetically pleasing to just feel like you're in the upmost absolute comfort. I order The Tiramisu's latte which was a solid 10/10! Def thinking about ordering something else while I'm here! If I do I will update you all in another review!

The inside of the tea house is very large and has plenty of places to sit and relax while eating/drinking. They have a large variety of choices of drinks from hot or cold. My favorite is the Kashmirie chai tea which is a beautiful pink color. They have a couple small dessert options for sale. The service is fast and all the drinks are carefully made to order.

This is my favorite boba place in the city of buffalo and I come here pretty much every week/every other week. First off, the staff are very friendly. They remember my name, my order, and the fact that I order double boba with everything. The tea is really fresh, and they have a variety of flavors that you can add. This is a cute little spot that is perfect for studying or just hanging out in general. Parking is a little tricky and limited because of street parking, but it's really worth the walk :)

Out and about and needed a quick warm up, this spot came up in the search and it was perfect! There's a nice variety of drinks and desserts to choose from so obviously I'm gonna have to go back and try some of the teas and other lattes lol. Oh! not only that but they have games and little lounge areas as well. This is just what downtown needs and I'm glad we stumbled upon it!

Enjoyed a cup of tea with friends here. Unique selection of teas. There was an art show going on the day I was there so it was quite busy. There were areas with tables and chairs, couches and lots of space. Service was good. They had homemade Pop-Tarts and other amazing desserts. There was one that we tried with honey all over it and it was delicious! Free parking is a little difficult as is right in the Chippewa district.

The service was great! The ambiance is chill great to study & enjoy some tea or coffee, I didn't taste the snacks but they sure looked scrumptious. I just wasn't in the mood for baked goods. I definitely would come back for the great quiet vibes!

The vibes be vibing in this cafe. Really cozy atmosphere and spacious place with quite a few seating options around the entire cafe including the bar style seating, and giant bean bags. Also a large selection of board & card games. Music volume not too loud. Reasonable prices with good menu options. Haven't tried their other drinks & pastries yet, but the iced strawberry matcha that me and my partner ordered.. IT WAS AMAZING!!! The guy in the counter is friendly and accommodating, treated us like regulars. Delighted we stopped by and ended up staying longer playing cards. We can't wait go back. Great place for unwinding, studying or catching up with friends. If you're reading this, check this place out.

My daughter wanted Boba and we were in the downtown area already so I told her to find a Boba spot close by and The OTH populated. Well, long story short, it was worth it. That spot is a place to decompress and get away from whatever and whoever! The ambience was indescribable! You have to see for yourself! Have a cup of REAL coffee and this dessert that decadent cannot describe! Try the caramel Tres-leChe! Keep it up OTH, you will go places!!!!

    Chocolate Dubai cake

Amazing legit masala chai! The best I've had in the States. I also got the Dubai chocolate cake which was delicious. Can't wait to go back and try a different chai.

The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly cool, the kind of place that makes you want to linger for hours with a good book and a great cup of coffee. My fiancé and I each ordered one of their specialty coffees along with bagels, and everything was fantastic. After a less than stellar experience at Tim Hortons earlier in the trip, Seven Hearts completely redeemed our coffee expectations. It was exactly the aesthetic and experience I had been searching for. What really made it special was how quickly it felt like a place I could make part of my routine. If I lived in Buffalo, this would absolutely be my go to coffee shop. Before leaving, I picked up a couple of honey sticks and a bottle of their house made lavender syrup to bring home. Now I get to enjoy a little taste of Seven Hearts, and Buffalo, with my morning coffee for a few more days.

Upon entering, no one greeted me, and I felt rushed while looking over the menu. When I asked questions, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee rather than being helped. I ordered the blueberry lemon bar matcha and hoped the drink would redeem the experience, but it was disappointing. The flavor combination didn't work well in a matcha drink, and it left a strange aftertaste/coating in my mouth. I also specifically requested no dairy (asked for oat milk) yet it still came topped with cold foam, which upset my stomach. It looked cute, but for nearly $9, it wasn't enjoyable. I had originally planned to order food as well, but the overall atmosphere and interaction felt so uncomfortable that I decided to just take my drink and leave.

Fun coffee shop in the heart of downtown Buffalo, definitely worth a visit…read more I was staying at Hotel Lafayette for a couple of nights and right before I checked out I decided to swing by to grab a coffee. While you can enter from the street, it's also connected from inside the hotel, which is honestly how it caught my attention. The space is actually pretty big, bigger than I expected. It's open, colorful, there's a ton of natural light, cool murals all over the walls, luscious greenery, and a variety of seating options. The counter where you order is nice and open, with a big menu, and a sheet of glass between the customers and what I quickly came to know is their staple item, the cruller - a donut-like pastry that's super airy on the inside with a delicious icing glaze on the outside. Along with my oat milk latte, I had to try one... ok two. I got a seasonal Pride one and I can't remember the other one. Both were dreamy and it was easy to see why they are so popular. If I lived in the area this spot would totally be a go-to for working out of when I want to switch up my scenery.

The location makes sense as the residents of Williamsville are generally well-educated and worldly enough to appreciate authentic Yemeni cuisine; the same cannot be said for most of Buffalo suburbs, unfortunately, so I'm grateful the Buffalo metro now has one. Ordered the Qamaria latte, traditionally-spiced with cinnamon and cardamom. The spice notes were potent, but not at all overpowering and the beverage remained balanced. Had a chicken malawach as well; flaky and savory, and also well-spiced. It was a bit greasy which was the only regrettable thing about the experience, but not extremely and it didn't compromise the flavor or texture. The dining room itself was clean and elegantly decorated with Arabian and Gulf motifs, and the staff were friendly and helpful when my mother had questions about the menu. (I give any practicing Muslim props for working in food service while fasting during Ramadan.) All and all, grateful they're part of the community; I just hope they don't overexpand and sacrifice quality for quantity like many others.
