It's a cute cafe and convenient for grabbing a coffee for a walk through Delaware park or the zoo. They have a pretty big coffee menu , a few breakfast choices and fresh baked goods to go with your coffee. I tried the sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich but it had a really weird seasoning on it that I did not enjoy and it covered the whole egg so you couldn't take it off. The coffee was ok but tasted very fake from the caramel syrup so I didn't end up finishing it. When I went to dump out the remainder, the plastic lid sliced my thumb open so that just confirmed I will not be back. It may be a good fit for others though and the staff was very nice, the place is clean and they had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating so there are some positives.
It was my first time going to gym today and I was very excited, but the service that I got was absolutely terrible. I was looking at the pastries to match up with a latte the cashier had said "are you ready? with a complete attitude. Horrible service for my first time being there I was a little confused where to get the coffee where to stand so I just followed others and when I got up to wait for my coffee, they called it down at the other end by the register and that's not where they were handing other coffees out so I will no longer be seeking coffee from this place or referred it to anybody I know
Just coming in out of the cold with a hankering for a hot drink. This is such a cute quaint spot, we loved it! Came highly recommended and I'm so glad. The cashier/ barista was pleasant and made sure we knew of the non dairy options which was perfect. The chai latte was made perfectly and the vanilla bean muffin was a hit! Definitely coming back!
Cute coffee shop located next to the zoo. My friend who I haven't seen in awhile and I were catching up , sharing pictures if my mom and chatting. Not crowded on a rainy day, perfect place to do school work, grab a sweet treat, breakfast sandwich, hot or cold beverage. Picked up a sausage breakfast sandwich and steamed cider, my friend a coffee. The guy who was working was pleasent, friendly didn't mind us being there awhile.
Nice size corner café in the Parkside area. Drink wise get at least a medium because the sizes run small... Also, only street parking available. I had a latte and of course had to try their jam, since that's in the name, so I also had an English muffin with butter and strawberry jam. Latte was great, the muffin and jam weren't anything out of the ordinary but they were delicious regardless. I will say that the "small" on the menu is more of a baby size and the "medium" is the size of a small at any other café. My friend ordered a small latte and it was dinky. Nice atmosphere, good Wi-Fi, good lighting and plenty of plants. Good spot to get some work done. I will be back.
Had an oat milk latte. It was great. The service was good and the space is cute. There's a whole shelf of great kids books, great light, and a nice place to sit and spend some time.
Tasty treats and such warmth whenever you come in. Tape marks to label six feet are smiley faces and bright, happy objects. Recommend the homemade pop tarts and during cooler weather, the peanut butter hot chocolate. Music is always chill. I look forward to hanging out there in the future, again.
I've been wanting to try this place out for quite some time and I was excited to finally get the chance to try this cute little coffee shop. So this place specializes in different kinds of toast and jam. Obviously they have coffee and a couple of different pastries. I ended up getting their sausage, egg and cheese on an English muffin, which was pretty good. I tried their chocolate chip scone and my girlfriend tried their blueberry turnover. All were very tasty, Light and flaky, well made. The staff were very attentive and nice. Prices weren't too bad and the coffee shop itself was super cute and a great location right across from Buffalo Zoo. Parking over here will likely Probably a challenge and you're Looking at street parking for the most part. Overall, a nice little place to have a cup of coffee, relax, or just grab a snack.
Finally made it over to check out Jam Parkside. This is an adorable coffee shop in the Parkside neighborhood. They have a nice selection of hand-crafted drinks, kombucha, baked goods and a small menu of food. The atmosphere is fresh and calming with cute decorations. I got the latte with oat milk latte and split the toast platter. The latte was very tasty and the toast platter allowed me to sample the different jams they had (4 of them). The toast was thick and also tasted very fresh. The service was so friendly! This would be a perfect spot to catch up with a friend or get some work done. I will definitely be back! The prices are a little on the higher end but the atmosphere and quality make up for that.
My mom and I ventured to jam. Parkside this past Thursday as I was visiting the area and my mom had been wanting to check this place out for a while now. We stopped here right from the airport and got a quick bite to eat. The coffee was great; we both got pour overs and two orders of toast with jam. I opted for the orange marmalade while my mom got a strawberry jam. I absolutely loved the orange marmalade and am starting to wonder if they sell the jams! While I wish there were more food options here (perhaps something more substantial), what I did eat was fantastic. Overall, this is such a great spot in the Parkside neighborhood. If I still lived in the area I could totally see myself setting up shop here and getting a ton of work done - much like I saw other young people doing, working away on their laptops. I didn't connect to the wifi but I saw it was available which is great. The lighting is great, the music was at an appropriate volume, the service was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant and bathrooms both appeared clean! jam. makes for a perfect addition to the Parkside area.
A small place with a good ambiance. Love their cookies. The staffs are so accommodating and very friendly
If I could gatekeep one Buffalo spot but also want it to thrive forever, it's Jam Parkside. This place has become my go-to for slow mornings, creative resets, and "I need something that feels like a hug but tastes elite" moments. The vibe is cozy but elevated: natural light, warm tones, the kind of space where you can journal, edit photos, or have a soft life catch-up with a friend. Let's talk orders: Rose Matcha -- This is the drink. Lightly floral, perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and somehow both calming and energizing. It feels grounding without being gimmicky. I may have even gotten my boyfriend hooked to matcha off of this drink alone Cupid's Latte -- Seasonal but unforgettable. It's sweet without being cloying and tastes like a cozy little love letter in a cup. The kind of drink that makes you romanticize your entire day. Sausage, Egg & Cheese Breakkie Sandwich -- Absolute classic done right. The sausage is flavorful, the egg is cooked perfectly, and everything melts together in that satisfying, messy-in-the-best-way breakfast sandwich experience. It hits every time. Chocolate Muffins (and baked goods in general) -- Soft, rich, bakery-level good. Not dry. Not overly sweet. Just the right indulgence to pair with coffee while pretending you're being productive. What I love most is that nothing feels mass-produced. It feels intentional. The staff is always kind and efficient, even when it's busy, and the quality is consistent. Jam Parkside isn't just a coffee shop, it's a ritual. A reset button. A soft, delicious pause in the middle of a chaotic week. If you see me there with a rose matcha and a breakfast sandwich, mind your business. I'm thriving read more

The staff was so kind and my food and drink came out very quick. The place is cute. I got a iced vanilla latte and the vanilla was very fake tasting which is not the best but can move past that, but I got my coffee and there was barley any ice in it so it was room temperature which is disappointing. The sandwich on sourdough was good for the price after realizing it' is just premade egg bites on bread hive sour dough with cheese. Not what I had envisioned and probably wouldn't get again. Overall maybe I am just one bad experience of a million other good ones. read more

Prepare to have your coffee socks rocked right off! Jam Parkside is definitely hot and new and about to change how you drink coffee in this area of Buffalo! Not only is it clean, bright, and with amazing staff but prices, taste, and quality are all brought together to deliver the ultimate coffee cafe! Jam has only been open for a week but they are definitely here to stay! Beautiful interior and good amount of seating with ergonomic design, great for studying, meeting people, or just relaxing. Right across from the buffalo zoo also provides plenty of people watching and a lot of doggos passing by on their walks. Jam had fantastic prices and a nice little selection of baked goods from a local bakery. Sweet and savoury options and fun Breadhive toast selection with of course a wide selection of jams. They serve tipcio coffee and their house blend is awesome and smooth, a bottomless cup only $3!!! Baked goods a tad more expensive but worth the price because they are delicious! Definitely try the jalapeño egg muffin if they have it and some house coffee :) All the staff is super knowledgeable and they are so friendly, it feels like family greeting you! Bustling place on the weekend and fun to see how happy people of the community are to have Jam open. I will certainly be returning! Cannot wait to see what Jam has in store! read more

Before you even walk into this place conveniently located across the Buffalo Zoo, there is a dog bowl filled with water for your fur baby to get their thirst quenched! That right there just brightened up our day right away. Note that however parking js really limited to street parking. This beautiful little gem of a café that offers a cozy and comfortable atmosphere to start the day has nice seating to allow you to people watch, enjoy the company of the person in front of you where it isn't too loud or too quiet, or get some quiet studying in. For what this place is, I didn't expect the basic breakfast sandwich to be prepared to such good perfection. Soft bread, egg and even the sausage was juicy. However, I just wish the menu was slightly larger and offered a bit more. read more

I love working here. It's always quiet and cozy. The music is relaxing and not distracting, coffee is good, and wow I am going to have to order a few more rounds of this toast from Breadhive. It's nice being right across from the zoo too, I may get to see some giraffes on the way home read more
A good coffee shop close to the zoo/Delaware Park was long overdue. Welcome to the Parkside! I absolutely fell in love with the vibe of the place, clean lines, simple decor and they have the friendliest staff. On top of it they serve my favorite "tipico" coffee. Folks you have to try the LATTE here, it's made to perfection. I can see this place getting packed over the summer. Best of luck Team Jam! read more

Jam had a soft open today ! ~ March 30, 2018 ~ As a resident in the Parkside neighborhood I'm extremely excited to have a great coffee house so close to home. Hours currently are listed as 7am-7pm daily. It's located across the street from the Buffalo Zoo and Parkside Meadow. For my first experience I chose to have a cappuccino and it was delicious!! . They're serving Tipico Coffee- a local roastery here in buffalo. It's fabulous, highly recommend. They also had a great variety of teas in the menu. I'm looking forward to going back and trying the chai latte next. Baked goods and toast with a variety of jam options were available as well. read more

The poptarts here are sweet and yummy. I like the feel of the interior decor as it's light, airy but also welcoming. It's a great location, right across from the park so I can't wait to come back and explore the park across the street. read more

Nice place to have a good cup coffee. Tried a Colombian Pour over which was super smooth. My son had a cold chai latte with almond milk that he enjoyed very much. We also shared a farmer's breakfast muffin. It had a whole hard-boiled egg in it. 'Twas a bit dry and lacked salt so it was not our favorite thing here. But the pros outweigh the con so this place is deserving of 5 stars. Good coffee, nice bright & airy interior with a chill vibe. Also, the gentleman that was working there was super friendly and affable. read more
