It's a cute cafe and convenient for grabbing a coffee for a walk through Delaware park or the zoo. They have a pretty big coffee menu , a few breakfast choices and fresh baked goods to go with your coffee. I tried the sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich but it had a really weird seasoning on it that I did not enjoy and it covered the whole egg so you couldn't take it off. The coffee was ok but tasted very fake from the caramel syrup so I didn't end up finishing it. When I went to dump out the remainder, the plastic lid sliced my thumb open so that just confirmed I will not be back. It may be a good fit for others though and the staff was very nice, the place is clean and they had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating so there are some positives. read more

It was my first time going to gym today and I was very excited, but the service that I got was absolutely terrible. I was looking at the pastries to match up with a latte the cashier had said "are you ready? with a complete attitude. Horrible service for my first time being there I was a little confused where to get the coffee where to stand so I just followed others and when I got up to wait for my coffee, they called it down at the other end by the register and that's not where they were handing other coffees out so I will no longer be seeking coffee from this place or referred it to anybody I know read more

I had a latte and of course had to try their jam, since that's in the name, so I also had an English muffin with butter and strawberry jam. Latte was great, the muffin and jam weren't anything out of the ordinary but they were delicious regardless. I will say that the "small" on the menu is more of a baby size and the "medium" is the size of a small at any other café. My friend ordered a small latte and it was dinky. So this place specializes in different kinds of toast and jam. Obviously they have coffee and a couple of different pastries. I ended up getting their sausage, egg and cheese on an English muffin, which was pretty good. I tried their chocolate chip scone and my girlfriend tried their blueberry turnover. All were very tasty, Light and flaky, well made. The staff were very attentive and nice. I got a breakfast sandwich and it was great. The English muffin was not dry and they cared to season the egg, which some places don't, for a more expensive price, and speaking of which the prices were all fair. First time checking out this coffeeshop today and really enjoyed the third wave coffee action coming into the Parkside neighborhood. Take your typically bright, beautiful and open coffeeshop with fancy pour overs, beautiful latte art, good wifi and a decent working setup (although not huge) - makes it an ideal place for meetings as well as shorter work sessions. The pourover I had (El Salvador) was smooth and tasty and although there aren't many food options, they do offer a nice colder overnight oatmeal option with jam and some toasts/jams as well. They have a nice selection of hand-crafted drinks, kombucha, baked goods and a small menu of food. The atmosphere is fresh and calming with cute decorations. I got the latte with oat milk latte and split the toast platter. The latte was very tasty and the toast platter allowed me to sample the different jams they had (4 of them). The toast was thick and also tasted very fresh. The service was so friendly! This would be a perfect spot to catch up with a friend or get some work done. I will definitely be back! My mom and I ventured to jam. Parkside this past Thursday as I was visiting the area and my mom had been wanting to check this place out for a while now. We stopped here right from the airport and got a quick bite to eat. The coffee was great; we both got pour overs and two orders of toast with jam. I opted for the orange marmalade while my mom got a strawberry jam. I absolutely loved the orange marmalade and am starting to wonder if they sell the jams! While I wish there were more food options here (perhaps something more substantial), what I did eat was fantastic. Overall, this is such a great spot in the Parkside neighborhood. If I still lived in the area I could totally see myself setting up shop here and getting a ton of work done - much like I saw other young people doing, working away on their laptops. I didn't connect to the wifi but I saw it was available which is great. Before you even walk into this place conveniently located across the Buffalo Zoo, there is a dog bowl filled with water for your fur baby to get their thirst quenched! That right there just brightened up our day right away. Note that however parking js really limited to street parking. This beautiful little gem of a café that offers a cozy and comfortable atmosphere to start the day has nice seating to allow you to people watch, enjoy the company of the person in front of you where it isn't too loud or too quiet, or get some quiet studying in. For what this place is, I didn't expect the basic breakfast sandwich to be prepared to such good perfection. Soft bread, egg and even the sausage was juicy. I LOVE JAM. They are easily one of, if not my favorite local shops in Buffalo. They are in the heart of the Parkside neighborhood, right across from Delaware Park and the Buffalo zoo. Their cold brew is always delicious and the house made syrups to add in are tasty. They have a variety of different milks to add as well. Nice place to have a good cup coffee. Tried a Colombian Pour over which was super smooth. My son had a cold chai latte with almond milk that he enjoyed very much. We also shared a farmer's breakfast muffin. It had a whole hard-boiled egg in it. 'Twas a bit dry and lacked salt so it was not our favorite thing here. Could not be happier to have a wonderful new coffee spot within walking distance of my house! I love Jam's modern, airy aesthetic and abundance of natural light (even on the grayest Buffalo days). The coffee is superb - it's sourced by Tipico, home of another gorgeous cafe on the west side. Although the food menu is tiny, there is a nice selection of pastries and toast-y treats from well-established local bakeries. I'm making it my new Sunday tradition to order a bottomless cup of coffee, enjoy some toast and jam, and read a book or chat with my neighbors (since I can't seem to drop in without seeing someone I know!).
