Ham breakfast Sandwich and pumpkin foam cold brew
    Lauren S.

This place is awesome! Best breakfast Sandwich I've had in a long time. I was a little sad it was deli ham instead of carved for a $10 sandwich but once I started eating it, life was good. I do find the coffee to be a little more bitter than I typically like and prices are pretty high, but every single little detail of the concept of this place would keep me coming back. Its a large sitting area both Infront and in back. The mug club concept is absolutely awesome and if I didn't live half an hour away, you better believe I would be signing up!

The parking is a little tough if it is busy since the lot is tight and there isn't a lot of parking. I got a salted caramel dark hot chocolate which is seasonal. It was good and if you like hot chocolate I would recommend it. I don't like my drinks too hot and after like 10 minutes it was cold to me. The vibe is really neat, there's a lot of art on the walls. There are also plenty of seating available in different sections so if you wanted to have a meeting you could. They also have a couple community boards which is nice.

I placed a to go order, so I can't really speak to the staff or the atmosphere of this place, but for how expensive it was (about $30 for two breakfast sandwiches), I expected better. I was so excited to try the breakfast sandwich with that chipotle apricot jam but was disappointed. It wasn't as flavorful as I'd hoped. My fiancée ordered the Tim Russert, and that was pretty good, but the roll was a little dry. I'd still try this place for coffee, but it just wasn't my favorite for breakfast sandwiches.

Come here for the great atmosphere, service, and delicious food. We came to dine in for breakfast and had a good experience overall. Food was delicious and was ready in a reasonable amount of time, and every staff member I interacted with was polite. The only reason I'm deducting a star is because for a dine in restaurant, I was surprised that no one was walking around to wipe down the tables.

The bagels are good and fresh!

Since today's event had to be rescheduled we needed to find another new spot for coffee and this was it! The year is closing out and we have to check off as many spots in our Buffalo brews and booze passport so we chose this one lol I was so torn between getting what I know and trying something new but let me just say this - TURTLE MACCHIATO. OMG. I want to go back now and try it hot but iced was absolutely perfect! I grabbed one of the oatmeal cookies, which was good and moist also, and decided on the Ralph Wilson breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage. Not a single thing was disappointing! Definitely going back, kudos to the staff! Oh! There's also a ton of decor, merch and you can join a brewing club of sorts where you get to use one of the exclusive mugs! Don't forget to grab a loyalty card at the register!

Omg can I give 6 stars?? This place has it all! My breakfast sandwich was delicious and filling. I could only eat half and saved the rest. I also ordered a caramel latte that was delicious!! They have a little shop area with cute items and coffee pods, etc. Loved the custom member mug area with all the stars and singers. Cozy decor, cute sugar skull and jazz vibes!! Everyone was friendly as well and food came out fast.

A really neat spot with some fun breakfast options. I got the Ralph Wilson which was a very good basic breakfast sandwich. My fiancé got the Tim Russert which is a breakfast sandwich on a cinnamon roll, which was an ideal combo for him. The only thing he didn't love about his sandwich was that the bacon was not very crispy at all. He actually ended up just picking off the bacon which made it better. Food came out very quickly and was hot. Staff is friendly. Plenty of space to sit down to dine in if you desire. We'll certainly come back here!

On a Fall morning when you've got a long drive ahead of you, sometimes you just need a breakfast sandwich and a dream. I settled for the sandwich, coffee, and great company. This was my first time trying Undergrounds and I am very happy with it. I ordered the Ralph Wilson which was an egg and cheese on my choice of an everything bagel. The cheese and egg were perfectly melted together on the bagel. The bagel wasn't the most toasted and I would've liked it just a bit more but still great! The shop itself is a great building and is very clean and welcoming. It was also great to mobile order ahead and just be able to go pick it up. That came in handy on my road trip that morning. Overall, I will definitely be going back and trying many more things here!

Coffee place with lots of choices and service is fast and ambiance is quiet, some jazz music playing in the background. Great place to study and concentrate or just catch up with someone and enjoy great food and a cup of coffee. I eat the Rick James wrap and it came with pickles and chips and I sipped some Colombian medium roast black coffee. Yum!!!! Can't wait to come back...

This is a neat spot! They offer a roastery club where you can have a one of a kind hand crafted mug made for your fav deceased celeb. You'll see the wall of mugs along the wall. I ordered the Colonel Francisco, which was a breakfast bagel with a chipotle apricot spread. The spread was delicious!! Added tons of flavor to what would have been your basic breakfast sandwich. They offer a full menu of coffee, teas and lattes. I ordered from the apple pie latte, which was amazing. I would definitely go back, as they were fairly priced and had a bunch of different options to choose from, from both the drink and food menu

I have heard about this place for years and finally made my way here one Saturday morning for breakfast with a couple girlfriends. I am mad at myself for depriving myself of this place for so long - don't walk, run here! I had an iced chai tea latte with oat milk - fantastic. Next time I think I'll try one of their more unique latte options though - so much to try! And the breakfast sandwich was one of the best I've had in buffalo. No exaggeration. It congealed so perfectly together and every bite was perfection. The staff was super friendly and had great recommendations for us. And the entire shop itself was so cute and homey. We only stayed for breakfast but I feel like it'd be the perfect spot to bring a book or my laptop when I'm working from home!

We stopped here on our way to Canada. Coffee was pretty good but service was kind of weird. We told the employee it was our first time there and she instantly said, we close in 20 minutes. I figured this would have prompted her to welcome us or suggest a favorite menu item. So we ordered and quickly went on our way. It looks like it could be a nice place to work from during the day or meet a friend.

Cool coffeeshop with a lot of interesting food options. Came here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. So so so many choices of sandwiches to decipher with their involved names... after looking at the menu at the wall for a few minutes I ordered the special hanging above the cashier and a latte cause I couldn't pick anything else haha. I had the bagel with egg, bacon and fig sauce. My mom had the Dutch Smuggler - a sandwich that had cheese, apple and some kind of dill and cucumbers on it. I though both sandwiches were interesting combinations. I didn't love that my egg was not a freshly made egg, rather an egg patty. Latte was decent.

The seitan really surprised me with the texture and taste, and the sandwich was packed with so much flavor. It was way more filling than I expected. They make their own sourdough in-house, and it really takes the sandwich to another level. I also tried the peach basil hand pie (not pictured), which was a first for me because I'm not usually a sweets or pastry person. It was too cute to pass up, and I'm so glad I tried it. The filling-to-pastry ratio was perfect, not too sweet with a nice glazed crust on the outside. I didn't get much basil flavor, but overall it was still really good. I heard they switch up the flavors often, so if you see the peach basil one, grab it before it's gone. The staff was really friendly this time around.
