Wonderful little spot full of friendly people. Nice after a bad experience at another restaurant earlier. We will be back tomorrow. Thankyou

Awesome little spot to grab a drink! My partner and I were looking for a unique coffee shop to grab a latte on our way out of Buffalo. This place did not disappoint! The barista was extremely kind and polite, and made a great latte! There isn't much seating, so it was perfect for us to just grab and go. The neighborhood is also so cool. read more

Great place to hang out. The owner seemed cool as the workers do also. The only bitch I have is the fact that it is pricey.

My daughter, son, and I stopped into this small neighborhood cafe after breakfast at a local restaurant and we just loved everything about it. The decor and overall vibe is so funky and fun. There were tons of interesting drink options - something to make each of us happy. I got the Honey Belle, which is a honey-sweetened spice tea latte, and it was probably the best non-coffee drink I have ever had. My son got an iced caramel latte and my daugher had the cafe au lait. We will definitely be back! read more

Tiny little place for take-out coffee. I think there are 3 stools at a window but it's not an actual cafe. I got the chai Chihuahua which is one of their specialty drinks and it was delicious! But cost even more than my crazy regular drink at Starbucks. Very expensive! Really enjoyed it but can't afford it on the regular. read more

This review is based on the whole beans they sell and their drip coffee. You can't currently enter the coffee shop itself, but they're open and have chairs out front. There's a table in the doorway for ordering. I believe their pandemic hours were 8am to 1pm, but they're now open until 6pm...which is handy for stopping by to grab some beans. My husband and I are pretty snobby (and addicted) when it comes to coffee. We needed beans in a pinch so I looked up nearby coffeeshops and I found The Intersection right down the street! We get our beans there as often as possible now. They've always been under $14 for a pound, freshly roasted and delicious. They make their drip coffee strong and that's how I like it so it's perfect...not too acidic, and deeply flavorful. read more

Such a cute little hole in the wall coffee spot! The person who made my latte was very nice. Love all the bright colorful decor in there too. Latte was good too! Lots of flavor options. read more

Cuuuuteee allentown coffee stop. I just moved in down the street, and will definitely be visiting in the mornings before work. I stopped by with my dog at around 3 PM on a Monday and was served immediately. There was no line, and were a few people sitting outside chatting. They had dog treats for my baby and I got my coffee within about a minute. I got an iced mocha (iced drinks come in one size) and it was delicious and reasonably priced. highly recommend to those in the neighborhood. I can't wait to try what else is on the menu. read more

It's a nice little coffee spot to grab a quick coffee or expresso. Their smokin joe is pretty good too.

I have to say I love this place. I love coffee too. I'm not a big drinker of lattes etc though so I'm not able to review those items but their drip coffee was fresh and very good. This place is literally a hole in the wall but it has great character and a bohemian vibe that's hard to find. There's also local artists' works works for sale too. It's always nice to an establishment supporting local work. It reminds me of the small coffee shops you can find throughout the SF Bay area. Having recently moved here I needed to find someplace to buy whole bean coffee and this place is it. They have several varieties but I always end up getting their Tanzania Peaberry. If you like coffee then you know how special Peaberries are and at $13.00 you can't pass it up. It has all the signatures you typically find in an East African coffee. I'd like to try their other single origin coffees as well as they have several Central American types too. They also offer a variety of pastries but their space is limited. There's always folks sitting outside enjoying their drinks and chatting. This place has a nice vibe and is worth checking out. read more

I particularly love their chai latte. The staff is great, their covid precautions are top notch, and customers often have their pups with them when buying coffee (on the sidewalk of course). read more

I am a die hard Cafe Taza fan so I was a little nervous to check out The Intersection. Silly I know, especially when they are still offering the same EXACT drink menu. However for some reason my uncertainty forced me to try something new so I have a newly found love the Caramel Macchiato. Straight Heaven, how have I been such a long time customer and I am I just now ordering this?!?!?!!!! The new owner is very friendly and really cares about the community, they were even open on Christmas this year to prove it. The shop has some new charm, bagels and scones, has new faces with quirky designs here and there, and most importantly now offers delivery via GrubHub! They also feature a new artist & artwork once a month you can always find the price-list on the wall as well just in case you wanted to support some buffalo artists. It's safe to say the atmosphere is more eclectic then ever and you will still walk into the most entertaining, possibly offensive, controversial but open conversations so don't be afraid to chime in here and there. No judgement. Don't forget to ask about the loyalty card and stop in for a gift card to support your local coffee junkie (even if it's for yourself, we won't tell). read more

In a million years I would've never found this place! Tucked in between huge high rise buildings sits this teeny tiny little shop. Hipster vibes, friendly faces & delicious coffee. What a hidden gem! They have all kinds of milk alternative options (oat & almond) with a menu full of coffee/tea/latte choices read more

Hands down THE BEST coffee I've had in Buffalo so far!!! As someone who's from Seattle, it was like walking into a coffee shop back home. It actually feels more like a local coffee shop you'd see in Portland. The shop itself is very small with only about 3-4 stool seats and three small tables. I think it's meant for take out than for sitting in. The inside decor is SOOOOO similar to what I've seen in Seattle/Portland; very hipster, artsy, and free. Lots of rainbows and cool posters. There was only one barista, but she was very quick in making all the orders. Now, the coffee. IT IS D-E-LICIOUS. My husband ordered a mocha and I ordered an almond milk latte. The first sip told it all. The coffee is EXQUISITE. Reminded me of all the local coffee shops I used to go to. Just YUMMMMMM. We also ordered a chocolate yum muffin too. It wasn't too sweet, was good. I think I found my favorite coffee shop in Buffalo (for now!) read more

Small unassuming coffee shop in Allen town Awesome drinks! I've had their chai tea latte, another special (can't remember the name) that has chai, espresso, and cocoa* (?), and my favorite, their Honey Belle!!! Please try the Honey Belle!!! My niece was visiting me from Cali and she kept wanting to come back to Intersection Cafe just for that honey Belle! Service is great! The person working there is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. There's no indoor seating but I'd still be back in a heart beat for that honey Belle or anything else because I'm sure I'd enjoy just about anything on their menu. read more

The Intersection Cafe is a cozy place. There are approximately 4 seats inside, so when I say cozy I mean cozy. But don't let that stop you from coming to Intersection. It's one of my favorite spots to grab a cuppa because the coffee is delicious and intriguing conversations abound. They also serve the best, and maybe the only, decaf espresso. They have a punch card system so you get a free drink after so many purchases. They also import baked goods from BreadHive. Can it get any better? Yes! They are pet friendly. Also, you can grab a drink and a spot on the sidewalk and watch the world go by. read more

100 Elmwood has new life with the Intersection Cafe; it's a great little spot, reminiscent of its predecessor at the moment. The menu is pretty similar, but they are making small changes. I recently came in to have a Cortado and still find it to the one of the strongest and best in the city. The place is small, only a few tables (where old Cafe Taza was), but welcoming and truly an intersection of cultures gives you the feeling where openness and ideas can be shared. Look forward to grabbing a coffee here on occasion! read more

Great place. The sugar-free vanilla latte was great, better than Starbucks and one of the best I've ever had. Just wish they would do without the vegan milk upcharge! read more

Best cafe in Buffalo, vegan options & queer friendly to boot! Plus they carry narcan & fentanyl test strips, clutch.

Lots of shady characters always hanging around this joint. They have "recycled garbage" being used as decorations, and coffee was burnt-tasting... Taking the bohemian coffee shop vibe to an uncomfortable low. read more

This eclectic hole in the wall café was perfect for a COVID-style pick up. You can't go inside, so you order on the street, giving that really fun urban vibe in this hot weather. I got the Dirty Rich over ice and it was really good, reasonable pricing as well. The barista was pleasant, quick with the order and I was on my way to stroll along Allentown after I got my drink. Definitely great for a quick stop in the future! read more

I loved Taza and I love The Intersection just as much!! They have an amazing chai latte--my favorite in the entire city. The bagels are delicious too. Great little place to stop in before work or as you're passing by. Keep it up, y'all! read more

A great atmosphere and even BETTER coffee and muffins! Chia chihuahua is amazing! Great conversation:)

Great people and kind vibes. No one there is shady , shady people walking by , but that's a given for Allentown. some of the best conversations I've had w/ like minded folk. I hate these type of anonymous reviews , things are said that no one would say in person. Broadband badasses - telephone tough guy have no personal accountability and review on their own emotions . No one can dislike this place , unless your just a bitter person. This place is awesome. Deadheads unite ! read more
