My wife heard about this place on social media, so we decided to check it out. Coincidentally, this location was one of the first businesses I visited when I moved to WNY over a decade ago. Back then, it was a shawarma shop, and over the years it turned into a few different places--including another Yemeni coffee spot--before becoming what it is now. I wish this new place nothing but the best. The staff was friendly, the space was very clean, and the variety of hot and cold beverages was appropriately priced. They had a HUGE selection of sweet pastries and baked goods, along with some savory items. I also used the restroom, and it was easily the cleanest I've seen in a while--no exaggeration. Even though I usually stick to Yemeni-style coffees and teas, I decided to try something new. I had the Pistachio Latte, while my wife ordered the Mofawar. I was surprised they didn't offer pots of Mofawar, which we're used to seeing at other Yemeni coffee places. The only option for a medium pot was with the Adani tea. That said, the Mofawar was delicious, and my Pistachio Latte was hands-down the best I've had. It didn't have that artificial pistachio flavor you get at that famous coffee chain that rhymes with Scarshmucks. Instead, it had real pistachio bits mixed in--such a nice touch. We also ordered a beef and potato fatayer, which was good too. So, would I visit again? Absolutely. I can't wait to come back and try more of their offerings!

We found Mokha Reserve by driving down Hertel Ave and decided to stop in. The cafe is clean and the staff member was friendly and inviting. We ordered a Mofowar, an Adani Chai, and a Biscoff cheesecake. All three were excellent (although the chai was a bit sweet). I do recommend this cafe. The cafe ambiance is what a cafe should be, combined with Yemeni cultural aesthetic. A very nice place with good products and exceptional service.

I didn't taste the saffron at all in my Saffron Honey Latte. My friend got a strawberry smoothie and was very disappointed. It wasn't bad coffee just not up to par. The place is clean, and the service is good.

Tiramisu and Nutella Lattes, mango fruit pastry and raspberry croissant.

Finally found the viral Tiktok fruit pastries! We had the mango one; a raspberry croissant, the Tiramisu and Nutella Lattes. Very good. The mango had real fruit pieces. The croissant had raspberry preserves inside and was heated. The Nutella Latte, taking a sip Nutella was coming through the straw! Not just flavored. All were very good. Only reason for 4 stars is a little pricey.

If I could gatekeep one Buffalo spot but also want it to thrive forever, it's Jam Parkside…read more This place has become my go-to for slow mornings, creative resets, and "I need something that feels like a hug but tastes elite" moments. The vibe is cozy but elevated: natural light, warm tones, the kind of space where you can journal, edit photos, or have a soft life catch-up with a friend. Let's talk orders: Rose Matcha -- This is the drink. Lightly floral, perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and somehow both calming and energizing. It feels grounding without being gimmicky. I may have even gotten my boyfriend hooked to matcha off of this drink alone Cupid's Latte -- Seasonal but unforgettable. It's sweet without being cloying and tastes like a cozy little love letter in a cup. The kind of drink that makes you romanticize your entire day. Sausage, Egg & Cheese Breakkie Sandwich -- Absolute classic done right. The sausage is flavorful, the egg is cooked perfectly, and everything melts together in that satisfying, messy-in-the-best-way breakfast sandwich experience. It hits every time. Chocolate Muffins (and baked goods in general) -- Soft, rich, bakery-level good. Not dry. Not overly sweet. Just the right indulgence to pair with coffee while pretending you're being productive. What I love most is that nothing feels mass-produced. It feels intentional. The staff is always kind and efficient, even when it's busy, and the quality is consistent. Jam Parkside isn't just a coffee shop, it's a ritual. A reset button. A soft, delicious pause in the middle of a chaotic week. If you see me there with a rose matcha and a breakfast sandwich, mind your business. I'm thriving

The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly cool, the kind of place that makes you want to linger for hours with a good book and a great cup of coffee. My fiancé and I each ordered one of their specialty coffees along with bagels, and everything was fantastic. After a less than stellar experience at Tim Hortons earlier in the trip, Seven Hearts completely redeemed our coffee expectations. It was exactly the aesthetic and experience I had been searching for. What really made it special was how quickly it felt like a place I could make part of my routine. If I lived in Buffalo, this would absolutely be my go to coffee shop. Before leaving, I picked up a couple of honey sticks and a bottle of their house made lavender syrup to bring home. Now I get to enjoy a little taste of Seven Hearts, and Buffalo, with my morning coffee for a few more days.

Stopped in here to kill time before an appointment after seeing the high ratings, but unfortunately…read morethe experience didn't live up to them. Most of my rating is based on the service. Upon entering, no one greeted me, and I felt rushed while looking over the menu. When I asked questions, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee rather than being helped. I ordered the blueberry lemon bar matcha and hoped the drink would redeem the experience, but it was disappointing. The flavor combination didn't work well in a matcha drink, and it left a strange aftertaste/coating in my mouth. I also specifically requested no dairy (asked for oat milk) yet it still came topped with cold foam, which upset my stomach. It looked cute, but for nearly $9, it wasn't enjoyable. I had originally planned to order food as well, but the overall atmosphere and interaction felt so uncomfortable that I decided to just take my drink and leave.

I was thrilled to finally make to it Cafe Bewilderment for lunch yesterday. First and foremost, the Monocle Building itself is stunning with immaculate vibes. Once we found Cafe Bewilderment, I was, in fact, bewildered. It's beautiful, it's wild, and it's a place I already know I'll want to return to again and again. The setup is simple: order at the counter, grab your table marker (a very tiny tree stump - how fun is that?), and your food is brought out to you. All of the employees were friendly and the gentleman at the register helped me decide between the Lox Sandwich and the Hot Honey Burrata. He recommended the lox so I went with that. The Lox Sandwich was more of a lox toast than a sandwich, but whatever it was delicious and surprisingly filling. My mom ordered the Bewild BLT and ended up taking half of it home, so I'd say hers was also filling. To drink, I ordered a hot latte with lavender and cardamom. It was so, so good, and the presentation was chef's kiss. Honestly, though, the decor is mesmerizing. Everywhere you look there's something interesting to admire - even the bathroom. I really, really, really want to come back to try more of the menu as well as their cocktails. Something tells me Cafe Bewilderment is just as magical in the evening as it is during the day!!!

Many of the Sunday Specials had been sold out by 10:30 am, felt a little early to be sold out with the daily specials but ok. The sandwiches looked terrific! Next time I'll have one of those. Great addition to Hertel.
