The reason why I have to deduct it from the four-star smoothie level and give them the 3 stars as for the same reason as one of the other reviewers. I had just been served with my drink on my second visit here and was in the process of sharing it with someone - standing pretty much right next to the kiosk - and they were about 5 minutes from closing and somebody showed up and asked for a smoothie literally just after she had finished making mine (she walked up as the girl handed me my smoothie), but the girl said they were closed. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal to make one extra smoothie and it was still five minutes before the posted closing time, and I do mean 5 mins (it hadn't turned to 55 past the hour yet on my phone). Since others on here have the same experience I can only imagine that this is a very regular occurrence so make sure you get here at least 15 minutes before closing time. If not for this I'd give 5.
