The decor is simple and reminds me of the other "customize to your convenience" venues. The menu is almost overwhelming - between salads, bowls, wraps, soups, snacks, even desserts... My server (did not get their name) completed my salad from start to finish and kindly tolerated the brain fart I had when I couldn't figure out the difference between the Earth Bowl (only 16 g protein) vs the Earth Bowl with Roasted Chicken (a whopping 40 g protein). The Earth Bowl with Roasted Chicken has arugula, shredded kale (a nice touch versus huge, unwieldy chunks), quinoa, roasted beets, roasted sweet potatoes, sliced apples, Tajin-spiced pumpkin seeds, chicken, feta and homemade balsamic vinaigrette. It probably could have used more dressing than the server added, because it's a little heavy with the chicken and sweet potatoes, but the earthiness comes through, I feel satisfied and I would definitely order again. read more

Came in opening weekend to try this place out and we really enjoyed it! The line was insanely long, but it was worth it. I ordered the Peruvian Chicken Market Plate which is Lundberg Basmati Rice, Black Lentils, Braised Chicken, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Cacique Grated Cotija, Roasted Corn, Overnight Pickled Onions, Avocado Mash, Furikake Shake. They were out of sweet potatoes so they swabbed it for apples. I truly loved this plate! The sauce was amazing and made everything taste so fresh and delicious! For how busty it was we were able to grab a booth and I thought they were pretty comfy and had a great amount of space! I would definitely come back again in the future! read more

I've ordered here 3 times: First time, everything was excellent. I got the roasted chicken(with homemade balsamic) with rice and lentils and the sweet potatoes with mikes hot honey goat cheese. Absolutely loved the dressing! The meal didn't look like anything special but the taste was awesome! Figured this would be my new regular spot... Next time around, I got the same meal but I swapped for crispy chicken and honey mustard. I went to pick up and they were out of the sweet potatoes so I swapped for Buffalo cauliflower. It was good .. but my lentils AND rice were hard! The rice was hard in a way that it was sitting out and crusty! I barely got any dressing. I had ordered 40 minutes prior to closing and made a note to myself not to eat there at that time again. Lastly, I ordered the same thing but with ceaser dressing. Once again my lentils were hard and now my sweet potatoes were burned! It was literally blackened to the eyesight. With some pieces hard from being so burned. Why would you even serve this? I won't be coming back anytime soon. Waste of money throwing parts of your meal away. read more

Ordered online for a lunch to go. I was impressed with the large salad and friendly staff when picking up my order. Everything in the salad was fresh and I swapped a couple things with no issues. I will absolutely order again or go again to try other menu items. read more

Just Salad - Parm Crunch - Salad Near Me - Williamsville, New York

Stopped in on our whirlwind of weather, this past Saturday 4/18/26, to celebrate their grand opening. As part of their grand opening, warm bowls and salads were $5. From the moment I walked in , I knew it was a welcoming, excellent healthy addition to our Buffalo area. Fresh ingridents, friendly staff, loved how enough staff were working to get down the lines influx. Unique drink selection, rewards program, and a benefit when you reuse the bowls. Will return, and recommend to check this place out. read more

I'm soooo happy to have another salad place in Buffalo! If you've been to cava before, this is pretty similar. The line was out the door when I arrived but seemed to be moving quickly. I ordered on their app which I highly recommend because I could skip the line and just pick up my order on the side. Parking was decent even with the long line because of the large parking lot next to it. I did the create your own warm bowl and chicken noodle soup. I really appreciate the wide variety of fresh ingredients they offer. The chicken noodle soup was a great classic take. The ingredients were pretty fresh except I was a bit disappointed in the crispy chicken which was pretty cold and soggy. I took one star off just because of my crispy chicken. Also, I do find it to be pretty pricey. The price starts going up quickly when you do the create your own bowl. I paid close to $20 for it and felt like compared to the other salad places you can't get as many toppings without racking up the price. A great option if you're looking for a quick healthy bite to eat! read more

Just Salad - Build Your Own Warm Bowl - Salad Near Me - Williamsville, New York

Newly opened in Williamsville at Maple and Transit. Welcome to the neighborhood. Great concept, all salads. They have a long list of salads on their menu in addition to the option to Create Your Own. There are several meatless options and meat alternatives such as Impossible Chicken. Carnivores and Herbivores alike will have no problem finding something good to eat. Being a meat eater, I wanted to try the Impossible Chicken to see how the flavor and texture was. I would swear I was eating freshly cooked, deliciously seasoned chicken. We tried four different dishes with four different dressings. All were outstanding. I highly recommend everyone try this place, you won't regret it. read more

This Just Salad location just opened about a mile from our house. Actually never heard of them but was anxious to try them out. We decided to try a few different dishes. I ordered the Cilantro Lime Chicken Bowl and the Mezza Crunch salad. My husband ordered the Build Your Own market plate with impossible chicken and a Protein Power salad. All were excellent!! I'm a fan of chopped salad though sometimes the flavors blend together. Not the case here. I loved the homemade cucumber tzatziki dressing. Sign up for their locality progress. We already have a free soup with our next order. 2026-21 read more

I've walked in to order twice. No line. Service was fairly quick. Spacious and clean dining area. Seems like a lot of people takeout. At first, I was hesitant about the cost, but both of my salads were large and filling. Lots of options to choose from or build your own. read more

Haven't been there in a month or so because the take out order is always wrong. For takeout again today. Should have opened up the bag. Ordered two dressings on the side and got ZERO dressings which we paid extra for. Last chance JUST SALAD! read more

Yelp asks oh no! What could improve but you don't allow enough characters in this forum. Stopped eating here a couple months ago because it was so so and expensive when you add extra dressings because you need at least one extra. Which brings me to tonight's to go order. Yep. We ordered extra dressing and they not only forgot the extra dressing they didn't include any. We drove fifteen minutes each way so we weren't going back No phone number. Not surprised because it would never stop ringing. We complained on line and did get a quick response that they will credit the extra dressing. What about the missing included dressing. Never ever going back. Family friends will be notified and will also boycott. My Wife is eating a bowl of generic fruit loops we normally feed to racoons. Good luck paying the rent there with the declining business you will no doubt experience read more

Tastes good! I got the crispy chicken poblano and husband got the Miso Mission Salad. Both are really good! I might get light dressing next time as medium still seemed like a lot. It otherwise, I cannot wait to try all the other options! read more

Right through the front door we were welcomed, that was very nice. The people that were making the salads helped us figure out how the shop worked and how the salads were made. Yummy choices on the board, and very fresh fixings to make whatever combo you'd enjoy. We Loved our salads and ate every bite. Lovely juice drinks were offered, and the choice of the usual soda flavors as well. Thank You! read more

Great Food. Order bowls, salads, or plates. Fresh ingredients. Reminds me of Core Life.

This is easily one of the best chains in Buffalo. Ingredients are fresh and they have such a good selection for everyone. I love that macros are listed and everything is AFFORDABLE! One of the few places that are a great bang for your buck. read more

Ordered a salad for delivery, which they got wrong. I asked for buttermilk ranch dressing and they sent some green liquid that didn't look good. I asked for no quinoa and there was quinoa in it. The salad came close to $25, which was unreasonable considering the errors made. Taste was just OK. read more

Fresh salads made to order. Great menu with options for all. Service was good. The place is a bit noisy. Nice size lunch crowd but plenty of seating. Refrigerated drink selection. Tried the lemonade. Would have liked ice. Salad was crispy. Soup was nice and hot. Prices are reasonable. I'm usually hungry after a few hours after a salad but the serving kept me full. Be sure and try this place if you're looking for something new. It's well worth it. read more

1st time I went to JS, it was good. Today, terrible. The chicken and lentils were hard. Inedible. 1/2 the things that were supposed to be in the bowl were not available. I could barely understand what the server was saying. Not coming back. read more

Employees very rude stood first in line without even being noticed finally left without ordering This at the Williamsville NY STORE

Ordered online. Gave them 30 minutes to fill the order. Came in to pick it up and they hadn't even bothered to start the order yet. They've been open a couple months now. Figure this out people! Tried them when they first opened and wasn't impressed. Decided to give them another try. No more! read more

I ordered online ahead of time. Both salads on my order did not come with the chicken that they stated they came with at the price we paid. 12.99 each for just veggies. I'm very disappointed that they don't have a number to call for a refund or even to ensure that this doesn't happen again. read more

When we went in tonight for the first time there were 13 workers behind the counter. We stood there for multiple minutes before someone greeted us. As they took our order they were talking to eachother, messing around, and didn't seem to be paying much attention to the food. My wrap was good in the end but definitely an unprofessional atmosphere read more

The food is good but the workers don't know how to smile it's ight tho because they have poppi

Ordered a chicken caesar salad and paid extra for avocado. The salad was 95% kale with like 6 croutons and maybe three slivers of parmesan. It had no chicken on the CHICKEN caesar salad, and contained 0 of avocado i paid extra for. I have ordered this previously and it was very good, but this time it was very unpleasant. Other members of my party got correct orders though. Still very disappointing. read more

The food is amazing, have been there 3 times this week. I would give 5 stars... However today I ordered 3 salad bowls. One was the Crispy Chicken Pablano... it was perfect... except "NO CHICKEN" !!!!! So,.... That ruined my daughter's day. She was looking forward to the chicken on it. read more
