Although there is some seating inside while you wait for your order. Also outside is a few small tables set up with chairs. We choose to eat out there. What a delicious juice shop! I went on a weekday morning while visiting the area and decided to order the Tangled Up in Blue Bowl, which is Pineapple, Banana, Blue Majik, Coconut and Coconut Milk, blended and topped with Raspberries, Chia Seeds and Raw Coconut. I also added Vanilla Vegetable Protein Powder and Honey Oat Granola. The size of the bowl was really big and it was absolutely delicious! By adding the Protein Powder and Granola, it was super filling. They also offer a ton of smoothies, bottled juices and so much more. I definitely would return to try more menu items if I'm in the area again. Also, if you're short on time, you'll want to order online as it does take a little while since they are made to order. I really love the smoothies here. They're super tasty and fresh. The only issue is that sometimes they're not blended all the way, so about a quarter at the bottom ends up being a frozen chunk of banana. What really threw me off, though, was the customer service. When I walked in, no one greeted me or acknowledged that I was there. I stood at the counter for a while while several employees looked over but didn't say anything. I actually had to ask if they were open and I could order a drink because I was so confused. The smoothie itself was delicious, but the overall experience felt a little uncomfortable. So I was in the nabe for my first haircut since 2019 at Beauty Bar on Main and after that I stopped in at Cup of Communi-Tea to replenish my stash. While my tea was being packed up, I moseyed across Main to grab my order, which was prepaid and all ready for me. Nice! Went back across (it actually took longer to cross that damn road than it took me to get my food--so trafficky!), paid for my tea, and sang in the car... "Thinkin' of you's workin' up my appetite, Looking forward to a little afternoon delight!" After 20 minutes or so, since I stopped at DeltaSonic along the way for a little pre-rainstorm super-kiss (don't worry, I have a garage aka car-hole), I was home, and hungry. Luckily, my bowl hadn't melted into a liquid lunch. So I took a bite and... "Sky rockets in flight, Afternoon Delight!!" Yes, the bowl lived up to its name and was delightful. My only issues were the staff (not being so friendly or welcoming) and the shop being super small inside. When I sat down to eat my bowl it became very crowded and people were standing all around me and it was uncomfortable. I also wasn't able to find a trash can and just took my garbage with me out to my car. Overall it was good and I would come back. This was my first time at Squeeze and I went on a Sunday afternoon. It was actually pretty busy and between waiting in line and for my smoothie bowl, I waited probably 20 minutes. Not a huge issue, everything is made to order. I ordered the Pink Cadillac bowl - Pitaya, almond milk, banana, pineapple & peanut butter blended and topped with toasted coconut, granola, blue berries, and raspberries and honey (it was supposed to be strawberries instead of raspberries however I didn't really mind). I absolutely loved how the peanut complimented the fruit. I didn't however, get much flavor from the blended banana and pineapple. Overall, I'm curious to try again. The bowl is pretty filling so I wouldn't mind spending another $10 on a bowl. I also would love to try a smoothie! read more

This is the only place I have been able to find an acai bowl in at least a 30 mile radius from my house. I was so excited to find one after months of searching and failed attempts, but I have to say after all that effort I was left disappointed. The acai was on the bland side and the granola and toasted coconut on top, while tasty, was a tad too crunchy and had a consistency resembling gravel. It wasn't bad per se, but at $10, I expected much more. I will say the fruit on top, strawberries and bananas, were perfectly ripe and fabulous, so they hit the mark there. This is a small place with very limited seating and significant noise from the blenders. Not really a place to hang out in. Was really excited for a quality smoothie after a workout, and this just did not meet the needs. It's never a good feeling to spend about 8 bucks on a smoothie, when you probably feel like you could make a better one at home. I asked what would be a good choice, and was recommended the twist-and-shout. So I ordered mine, and waited. In the time that it took to give me my smoothie, 6 other smoothies were delivered which seemed perplexing. I appreciate that they have options of bases (soy, almond, coconut, and apple juice), and I really appreciate that they said they'd double wash if I have an allergy. But I can't imagine washing would have taken that long. When I finally got it, the cup was pretty messy and was dripping everywhere. Also no acknowledgement for clearly making me wait. Now I know this smoothie has cinnamon in it, but there was so much cinnamon that I felt like I was drinking it. The smoothie tasted chalky and took a while to begin to be remotely enjoyable. My favorite smoothie has been Three Little Birds. It has cacao, cashew butter, banana, coconut and more. The coconut flakes make for a crunchy smoothie which is totally an acquired texture. They also offer pre-made salads for a quick grab and go and the juices are pre-made as well.
