I do grab & go as I'm always running errands when I visit; but, there is a loungey type area that looks comfortable if you wanted to hang out. One of my favorite quick snacks to grab here are the protein balls. They've always tasted good, but I think there could be more consistency. I've found them to not be uniform size or consistency despite having gotten the same flavor on different occasions. Sometimes they are a bit mooshed and stuck together. This could easily be resolved by using a scale to measure ingredients and also to scoop the dough and weigh before forming the balls. Just something to consider. Obviously it hasn't stopped me from buying them. I also recently had a peppermint Oreo protein shake and it felt like I was drinking a milkshake. It's nice to be able to enjoy a tasty treat without all the sugar & calories!

Upon this happening, I wanted to make sure the owner knew what had happened with the order seemingly slipping through the cracks, so it wouldn't happen to anyone else. From initial contact, I received exemplary communication & customer service... which seems kind of hard to come across these days (unfortunately); lots of people seem to really not care. There was constant communication and care until my order was fulfilled and they even offered to deliver it to me. The protein balls were thoroughly enjoyed by all! They clearly care very much about customer experience & satisfaction. The second time I ordered for pickup, I ordered through DoorDash and everything was ready as ordered and on time. When I picked up my order, I also got a fruit smoothie with protein added. It was delicious. They use whole fruit (not syrups) and very clean whey protein, Naked brand. They also offer protein coffee, which I believe they use Javvy brand, as well as acai bowls, waffles, salads, naan pizzas and more. I will definitely be back for more protein balls & be trying out more of their items as I am able to make it there (they are located about 30 minutes from where I live). Support small business. When I asked for vanilla flavoring in my cold brew he suggested I try the lavender flavoring and I am so glad I did, it's SO GOOD! The lavender cold brew - how do I explain just how delish it is??? It tastes like what I feel like a yoga studio in the early morning would taste like - pure zen and happiness. I want one of these every day until the end of time. Next up, their sour dough. I am so impressed! Sour Dough is not easy to perfect and they have definitely done it! Like wow, whoever is baking this, start teaching a class. I'm so serious, I'm first in line to take it.
