Absolutely delicious and unusual! This comes plain on the bun but cheese and bacon are add-on options (not needed, in my opinion). Regular Smashburgers are available too if you aren't into the spiced version. Burgers come with a generous bag full of seasoned fries, and I hope these are offered as a separate side dish in the future because they are very good and I would definitely get extra. On the day I visited, freshly made cannolis were also available - these are huge and excellent, and I strongly recommend these too. I got a set of three: Vanilla, Lemon, and Chocolate Chip. There is a great selection of juices and lemonades available and I really appreciate the full ingredient lists for these that are posted on the ordering window (super helpful for those with allergies!). Juices are made right here at this location since the owner has his own juice company too. The strawberry lemonade is especially good. There is a small covered patio where customers can stay out of sun or rain while waiting for food - there is not currently seating but maybe there will be later in the summer. Everything was cooked quickly and the owner is super nice. There are some interesting buildings nearby to admire and neat local art on walls to walk around and discover.
