Those were both delicious so I had to go back and got a smoothie. I had the cookies and cream smoothie and it was so great. Never did I think something so delicious could be healthy! It had the all of the taste of a usual cookies and cream milkshake but with healthy alternatives instead. SO GOOD! I also got a couple of cashew cups as well which are definitely as good as if not better than a peanut butter cup. I love the vibe here too. It feels like a nice spot to post up and work while having some great drinks and snacks. The service here is super fast and they are very knowledgeable about what they are serving. I love this little shop and will definitely be back for more.

I am basing this review on two orders for pickup. It's gonna be long, so buckle up! haha…read moreThe first time I ordered for pickup through text messaging, and, well, it wasn't great... I showed up at the time that was confirmed and there was nothing for me. The staff member apologized and said she would make the order, but there weren't the proper supplies to do so. Upon this happening, I wanted to make sure the owner knew what had happened with the order seemingly slipping through the cracks, so it wouldn't happen to anyone else. From initial contact, I received exemplary communication & customer service... which seems kind of hard to come across these days (unfortunately); lots of people seem to really not care. There was constant communication and care until my order was fulfilled and they even offered to deliver it to me. The protein balls were thoroughly enjoyed by all! They clearly care very much about customer experience & satisfaction. The second time I ordered for pickup, I ordered through DoorDash and everything was ready as ordered and on time. When I picked up my order, I also got a fruit smoothie with protein added. It was delicious. They use whole fruit (not syrups) and very clean whey protein, Naked brand. They also offer protein coffee, which I believe they use Javvy brand, as well as acai bowls, waffles, salads, naan pizzas and more. I will definitely be back for more protein balls & be trying out more of their items as I am able to make it there (they are located about 30 minutes from where I live). Support small business. Most places never say how many calories things are, but it is so important to me while being on a deficit so I really love that, and the açaí base is only 100 calories so it really just comes down to which toppings you add. (Would love to see calorie amounts for some of their other stuff so I can try more from their menu!) The açaí bowl was delicious and had fresh ingredients!

It was located ten minutes away from the hotel where I was staying. After work on a Monday, I headed over to this place. I got there at 6:30 pm. This place has awesome hours. It was open from 7 am to 7 pm. This studio is located in a plaza with Wegmans anchoring it. You can't go wrong getting something to drink before or after grocery shopping. There were plenty of parking spots in this plaza. I parked fairly close to the main doors and walked in. I was the only customer in the store when I walked in. I met Brandon, who was helpful, friendly, and personable. I wanted a tea, which is normally what I tend to order first at any nutrition studio before I dive into shakes. The decor was cool. It represented the area nicely with the Falls prominently painted on the wall. I went with the Nerds tea. Brandon said that it was one of his personal favourites. Cool! This place offers teas in two different sizes. I'm used to the larger size, so I got it. It took him practically no time to whip my tea together. I looked at protein balls in a nice bag. They looked like cute cookies. He let me know that his wife pushed a dark chocolate flat chip into each protein ball. I decided to get a bag. I had them going home the next day. I loved the peanut butter in each ball, with a sugar-free dark chocolate on top that was so good. We had a nice chat. He and his wife moved up here from Ohio a few years ago. They have two studios in the Buffalo-Niagara area. The other one is on Transit Road, near the Kohl's that I like in Williamsville. His wife works at that one. They have three kids that are 3, 6, and 9 years old. He would like to have a studio in Toronto. He has yet to find the right person to run that show. I like that they are in tune with the market. He and his wife had planned to visit Montreal this weekend for Herbalife training. I paid with a credit card. I also tipped. Done! I let him know that I was leaving the following day to head home. I was going to try squeezing in one final visit. I did. The Nerds tea was tangy. It tasted exactly like Nerds candy, but without the sugar. It was delicious, and got me through shopping and dinner! The following day, it was spitting rain. I dropped by before heading home. Brandon recognized me, remembered what size of tea I liked without asking, and went to work on my Niagara lights tea. It consisted of cotton candy, grape, and blue blast flavours. He asked me when I'd be back in the area. I had no idea unless there's another concert that I'd like to attend or I feel like coming over the border to check things out. He said that he looked forward to my stopping by again. Likewise! This studio also has tea kits and acai bowls. I like the former when I'm on the road and feel like making my own tea in my hotel room. The latter intrigued me. I'll need to try one the next time I'm in the area again. This studio supported all my tea cravings and needs. Brandon was awesome, providing great customer service and delicious teas. He was a delight to chat with. I'll be back when I'm in this area again. (153)

It was really quiet, the employee didn't say anything to me at all not even hello which I thought that was rude. One of these days I'll go in there and sit and have my smoothie and maybe get something to eat. It cost $9 for one large Smoothie. That is a lot of money. It's not like it's huge. It's just not even a normal size large cup for pop. Anyways, the smoothie was very good. So far now I've had two from them and I've enjoyed them both. I prefer the location on Delaware by Linden.
