I do grab & go as I'm always running errands when I visit; but, there is a loungey type area that looks comfortable if you wanted to hang out. One of my favorite quick snacks to grab here are the protein balls. They've always tasted good, but I think there could be more consistency. I've found them to not be uniform size or consistency despite having gotten the same flavor on different occasions. Sometimes they are a bit mooshed and stuck together. This could easily be resolved by using a scale to measure ingredients and also to scoop the dough and weigh before forming the balls. Just something to consider. Obviously it hasn't stopped me from buying them. I also recently had a peppermint Oreo protein shake and it felt like I was drinking a milkshake. It's nice to be able to enjoy a tasty treat without all the sugar & calories!

My friend go the Penny Lane which was also good and very fresh tasting! I brought home the Easy Like Sunday Morning for my boyfriend who raved about the fresh taste. When we advised we were only planning to buy 5-10lbs, they said we could only buy the pre-picked ones (which were more expensive and much smaller). Cost aside we were looking to actually pick our own but oh well. The owner seems nice but maybe it's customer base is not the U-pick type Ended up going to the Smith Orchard Cider Mill about a mile away , which was really nice

They clearly care very much about customer experience & satisfaction. The second time I ordered for pickup, I ordered through DoorDash and everything was ready as ordered and on time. When I picked up my order, I also got a fruit smoothie with protein added. It was delicious. They use whole fruit (not syrups) and very clean whey protein, Naked brand. They also offer protein coffee, which I believe they use Javvy brand, as well as acai bowls, waffles, salads, naan pizzas and more. I will definitely be back for more protein balls & be trying out more of their items as I am able to make it there (they are located about 30 minutes from where I live). Support small business. The toppings bar is absolutely the best in Western, NY with anything that you can imagine (except for radish slices). Our food was ready in just a few short minutes and all was to our liking. My husband felt that the birria was a little bland and I thought the beans were a little too soupy, but considering the spread we ordered and the excellent service that can be forgiven. There's good energy here. It's also been cool to watch them grow from a food truck in a parking lot to a full restaurant. A big part of what makes this place work is Ivan( the guy at the counter). His charisma sets the tone, keeps the team buzzing, and gives the whole place its vibe. Even if the food were a star or two lower, I'd still stop in once in a while just to support him.

The fries were thin cut and tasted good, but she prefers a thicker fry as do I. The wrap was made with real, thick sliced turkey breast, not lunch meat, which was very exciting for me. It was moist and delicious. My other friend had not complaints about her Cluck Norris sandwich. Whether or not you are gluten free, I would recommend Kith & Kin for some good quality eats & baked goods! She LOVES cream and the pup cup here is her favorite. It is quite a big size so I usually ask for a small portion of it. She particularly enjoys the peanut butter drizzle on top and likes to sit outside at the picnic tables with us to enjoy it.
