I've found it to always be a welcoming and chill/quiet environment. I do grab & go as I'm always running errands when I visit; but, there is a loungey type area that looks comfortable if you wanted to hang out. One of my favorite quick snacks to grab here are the protein balls. They've always tasted good, but I think there could be more consistency. I've found them to not be uniform size or consistency despite having gotten the same flavor on different occasions. Sometimes they are a bit mooshed and stuck together. This could easily be resolved by using a scale to measure ingredients and also to scoop the dough and weigh before forming the balls. Just something to consider. Obviously it hasn't stopped me from buying them. I also recently had a peppermint Oreo protein shake and it felt like I was drinking a milkshake. It's nice to be able to enjoy a tasty treat without all the sugar & calories!
