It was really quiet, the employee didn't say anything to me at all not even hello which I thought that was rude. My pomegranate plunge smoothie was sitting on a pick up shelf in the back of the restaurant/store. So I just took it and left. It was pretty clean inside, a nice looking little place. One of these days I'll go in there and sit and have my smoothie and maybe get something to eat. It cost $9 for one large Smoothie. That is a lot of money. It's not like it's huge. It's just not even a normal size large cup for pop. Anyways, the smoothie was very good. So far now I've had two from them and I've enjoyed them both. I prefer the location on Delaware by Linden.

After a winter storm forced Red Otter to close one afternoon last month, my mom and I made it a priority to stop by at the very next opportunity and it definitely did not disappoint. The space is big, bright, and welcoming, with an impressive variety of books, games, and of course coffee options. I ordered one of the seasonal lattes and absolutely loved it. What really sets Red Otter apart, though, is its heart and community building. I love that they donate a portion of their sales to a worthy organization each month showing that they're clearly community oriented and that they even host a book club. And of course the otter mascot and branding makes my heart melt! So cute! So, all in all, I must award a very worthy five stars without hesitation. I cannot wait to return, especially during the summer months! I'm so happy to see a place like this thriving in Kenmore!!!

Parking is the only issue here, I park around the corner and enjoy a little walk, good to get those steps in especially after a meal anyway. Calling ahead is highly recommended. I like sitting in the indoor patio area to soak in some sun and watch people walking by.
