Tater tots beat expectations for a MN boy, and coleslaw was quite good. Ribs were fall-off the bone, if that is what you are looking this is for you. Me? I am looking for a little "tug" on my ribs. Even though they were falling off the the bone, they were surprisingly dry. Brisket rub was unique and delicious. The brisket on the other hand was so dry I needed liquid to get it down. The real test was the two young boys. We'd planned to split a chicken finger appetizer between them but our waiter strongly encouraged us to order sweet n sour chicken with white rice. What a great suggestion! The kids devoured most of the mountain of chicken and a good portion of the white rice!
