Very cute cafe that has ready made meals, salad to go and serves lunches. Ingredients are local, fresh, organic. I got a chicken salad to go. The portion is huge. I had half of it for dinner and saved the other half for lunch the next day. Very fresh and delicious salad. I want to go back for lunch one of these days. I stopped in here to get my east aurora bagels order and left with a delicious sub, a great conversation with the owner, and potentially a new meal prep program to boot! What a great place and to know you're helping a local business makes it even better. 716 fresh locally sources product wherever possible to support the community and they make all kinds of subs and pre-made meals for pick up or delivery kind of like a local hello fresh. We ordered food for our Bills party from 716 Fresh using our Independent Health savings card. We ordered a Bills Mafia package (feeds 15-20) and sides of their homemade Mac n cheese. The food was just okay. The package came with a chicken finger and a pizza Stromboli, beef on weck sliders, potato salad, assorted bags of snacks, and a plate of m&m cookies. The potato salad portion was huge, and it was pretty good with large chunks of skin-on potatoes. I did add more flavor to it because I found it to be a bit too sour. The Stromboli was just okay. It was more like a filled French bread with everything but the bagel seasoning on it. If I knew it had that seasoning, I wouldn't have ordered it. The seasoning somewhat burned on the top when I cooked it. The beef on weck was pretty good, but only 6 rolls were provided. I had a few extra rolls on hand, so I stretched the roast beef to feed more people. They did provide a container of au jus, and the flavor was good but heavy with rosemary. The mac and cheese had a lot of butter in it. It tasted great (because everyone loves butter), but it wasn't very cheesey. Cookies were standard, and the chip selection was great. I wouldn't get catering again, but I wouldn't mind trying their other prepared meals. read more

We have tried seemingly all the meal prep companies, and we feel 716 Fresh stands hands down above the rest. Fresh salads and prepared meals are always fresh, and portions are great. Have yet to try the Deli sandwiches made Fresh behind the counter, but they look great and have plenty of variety. Staff is super friendly. Tasty (mostly) single serving meals that are heat and serve for the person on the go. I have had meals from similar businesses and have not enjoyed them nearly as much . They have tasted too bland and the portion size had left me feeling hungry . Not at Fresh 716 .... They have selections that change weekly that are creative and the healthy substitutions (such as whole wheat pasta or brown rice ) pair well with the entree and the dish is still full of flavor . Prices are reasonable as well , $7-$10 for most entrees and you can opt to get a larger size for $1 more . I give the customer service a two thumbs up rating , my order is always packaged nicely and is ready at my pickup time (pickups are Sundays from 8-9am and 1-2pm). I am proud to say I'm a loyal customer of Fresh 716 , especially on the weeks where on I am on the go and struggle with preparing healthy meals. read more

I had such an amazing experience at 716 fresh! Not only is the atmosphere homey and quaint, the customer service is superb! You can tell cleanliness is a high priority. The food was full of flavor, and there were many options to choose from. Whether was a prepared meal, or a deli sandwich, meals had exceptional taste. There are also many options to choose from! One of my favorite meals Hass to be the balsamic chicken and roasted peaches. I also enjoy the protein bites. One thing that I would highly recommend to any new customer is the healthy smoothies! The food is bland and not good at all. The cook is not a good cook,if they can't cook chicken right! Found a hair in my stuffed peppers..so not sure they wear hairnets as it was a beard hair.. or from someone's head! My chicken tasted old in the stuffed peppers, and was bland! No salt! No flavor! Would not recommend this place to anyone as it was expensive and not good quality for what you get?? 2 stuffed peppers...is not a meal. Even if your trying to eat healthier.. I could get a salad at Wegmans for half this! And be more full then what you get here for $7. Or more. The overall place is not recommend as it's super claustrophobic inside and small, does not feel like a restaurant more like someone's house...which is not a good thing. Decor is terrible could use a update..and tables are sticky. Drinks were not that great either.. dessert balls were gross.. basically everything here is not good. Go to Wegmans or another health food place..you get way more and don't pay as much. read more

The hubbs finally decided to take the plunge back into healthier eating. He wanted to try a meal plan service, and it must've been kismet that I happened to see 716 Fresh scroll by my Facebook wall about that same time. It was about a week before his birthday, so as part of his gift I set up delivery for a 9-pack of meals. Online ordering is pretty easy. For meal plans, you order in 9, 15, or 21-meal increments. The default is to receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but you can fill out a form to request alterations. The hubbs prefers to receive just lunch/dinner options, and prepare breakfasts on his own. You can pick up, but the convenience of delivery, especially with the way of the world right now, has been great. Ordering is open from Sunday to Wednesday, and your food is delivered to your doorstep the following Sunday morning with your menu and nutritional information for the week. It is totally socially-distant, you get a text when our food is outside waiting. The food is mostly frozen, with a few fresh options. The hubbs told me to give five-stars for the quality of the food, as it has all been delicious, high-quality meals. There are chicken dishes, salmon dishes, vegetarian dishes, some salads, some wraps, all tastefully seasoned. They come in plastic containers about the size of a rectangle Chinese take out box, and are generously filled with a proper portion of protein, usually some carbs, and lots of healthy veggies. Really everything has been very satisfying for the Vice President of our home. ;-) One tip--foods can be microwaved, but we prefer to use our portable HotLogic ovens to heat frozen entrees. If you don't know what a HotLogic is, and eat from frozen regularly, you are missing out! Look it up! If you're considering an healthy meal service, consider 716 Fresh. This Sunday will be our third delivery. We plan to stick with the service at least a few more weeks so my husband can continue to right his health-course back to fit.
