    The Sting

Boy what a great find! We really enjoyed it here! I got the sting sandwich is was so good! My buddy got their chicken parm with pesto chicken cutlet again delish. We both had their chicken vegetable soup it was creamy and perfect and apparently grandma's recipe! Pricing was good and staff were super friendly! There is plenty of seating indoors and a large parking lot right outside. Great visit so glad we tried it!

Stopped in to get a quick sandwich. I ordered the sting which has chicken cutlets and hot honey and cheese. It was good, but it was pretty greasy for my liking. I guess I was thinking it would be a little spicier than it was, but it was on the sweeter side. Staff was very nice and welcoming. The place has a very welcoming feel to it. Will definitely be back to try more!

Wow! Talk about friendly staff! I found them because my GPS took me there instead of the business around the corner for my yelp elite bagel pickup. The guys working the deli counter asked their dad about where the bagel pick up was and he actually walked me there! We talked about me living in Chautauqua and places to eat there and here. I went in to buy some things from them and tip them well. The place was so clean and smelled amazing! All of the staff were beyond welcoming! I bought a banana pepper habanero hot sauce, 2 slices of take and heat lasagna, chips, deli meat, and a take and heat frozen pasta with vodka sauce and sausage. Wow! We loved everything! 2 huge slices of lasagna were only $24! I highly recommend them!

Excellent American deli. Clean and pleasant to sit & eat. Kind staff and delicious food. Muffuletta was tasty, chicken salad sandwich top-notch. Recommend the soup...whichever the day offers, it's good.

Sandwiches are amazing! They use some awesome bread. Friendly owners who always greet you when you enter. London Calling and the art corvalay are the regulars we get! Call ahead or pop in to order. They also sell great gourmet ingredients. Olive Oil is amazing. Great for salads and baking and dipping. Soups are homemade and fresh and some frozen if you are looking for a take home meal.

I'm…read morenot sure if that's accurate, but they are part of my experience with the market, and I love them all. Giordano is one of the best of the bunch, as they have all the cheese you'd ever want...and I want a lot of cheese. I want the funky bleu, the creamy brie, the sharpest cheddar you can find, the chevre, whatever you can find from a sheep, certainly including manchego, and all the olives they have in stock too. I want the cheeses with fun additions like truffles and pepper and meat and I also want the meat that hasn't been added to the cheese, because meat is good on its own too. All that said, the last time I came in I felt like I was bothering the staff there. I got curt, annoyed answers when I was curious about a cheese I wasn't familiar with, and we ended up leaving with about 25% of the amount of cheese I wanted to buy just because it's not fun to put together a cheese plate with people who aren't trying to help you. I hope it was an off day, because I'll be back again soon. After all, I have a cheese problem.

Though it was almost empty on a Thursday morning it was difficult to get to the cheese display because the only two patrons were pretty much sitting in the aisle gabbing with one of the workers. We had to squeeze around them since they weren't moving. Once at the cheese counter the smallish selection of cheeses were unmarked so we needed to quiz the burly guy manning the counter. He was gruff and almost rude in his attitude. Almost unhelpful. It is lucky we bought anything at all. If you wanted your purchase wrapped in cheese paper vs. plastic they charged another $1.75. Really? Definitely not the positive experiences we remembered from the past. Very Disappointing!

Our favorite was the aged mountain-style, very cheddar-like in sharpness, but maybe a little more creamy than it would be in a similar cheddar. It's about an hour drive from Rochester. There is a gravel parking lot, and you enter through the store (where you can buy cheese and other fun snacks). There is a stairwell or an elevator to get up to the second floor where the wedding was held. Props to whoever designed this place for adding multiple restrooms, which were decorated with cute cow decor and stocked with mouthwash, feminine hygiene products, mints, etc. The food was excellent. Cocktail hour included a spread of fruit, crackers, and many delicious cheeses that were more exciting than the normal cheddar cubes on an appetizer tray. For dinner, salad, pizza, and cauliflower wings were served with lots of sauces and toppings. Dessert was a make your own ice cream sundae bar. Old Souls Catering was responsible for all of the deliciousness. There were two levels of the reception space, and the ceremony and dinner were held in the higher area. The lower area was the bar/cocktail area and dance floor. It was a bit awkward going up and down the stairs every time a new part of the event took place (I have a sprained ankle). There is a wheelchair lift to move between the sections but I wasn't going to get a staff member to do that for me ten times with everyone watching. Overall, this was a unique venue and even had a cheese vending machine outside.
