Nice selection of cheese for a charcuterie board. Prices good. Would have liked a little more assistance in pairing and what goes with what.

The enchanted alpine is like Parmesan, Asiago and Romano had a baby it's good to snack on, got more today I'm going to use in pasta. The Gouda is very unique, like no Gouda I've had, delish. OMG and the pizza you pop in the oven . I had the pesto one super yum. Got the buffalo curds today, they have quite the kick. The garlic cheese curds rocks too. As far as I'm concerned, you can't go wrong! *My friend laughed at me when I busted out my card for the girl to stamp. Hey man, I'm 2 cheeses away from a free one!!

When looking at the name , I thought this place was in the town of Eden but it's about 50 minutes from Buffalo in South Dayton, NY on the Amish trail. While the place is small, they do have plenty of varieties of cheese and cheese curds to choose from. I purchased some tomato basil cheese curds and a brick of gouda cheese (which conveniently they were making fresh that day!) The prices were on par with other creameries I have been to. The gentleman who was working was very kind ... he recommended a good place on the trail to get chocolates! Once COVID restrictions lighten up, they hope to once again give samples of their offerings.

Ingredients: brie, prosciutto, Meyer Lemon fig jam, hot honey, balsamic, served warm on Miller's Thumb Bread. As it turned out, it wasn't that the honey was warm, but rather that it had a bit of heat to it, a new one for me. A marvelous blend of flavors, more filling than its size might suggest. The assortment of cheeses is unlike what you'll find elsewhere in Buffalo, one more tempting than the other. An interesting selection of crackers, jams, etc, that also seem unique to this place. Bonus: their takeout container is recyclable~ Not sure how long Amabel has been open, but sure hope it lasts and lasts!

No signature flavor (a special spread) or style (a special way to cut it) for the sandwich. The shelves and display case had expensive, so-called fancy food show products for sale and a small variety of cheeses. Service was acceptable, but be careful if you try too many cheese samples to taste what you want to perhaps buy. You get that look. We did buy a small portion of a cheddar out of courtesy, but I don't think its good for customers to be shamed into buying something.

This store was tricky for us to find because our GPS was off.  If you have trouble locating it,…read morejust go to Whole Foods and if you are facing the grocery store, the Buffalo Artisan Food Traders will be to your left, walking distance from the grocery store. You can also call the store and they will gladly give you directions. (I did this and they were so friendly on the phone). This place was loaded with lots of my favorite locally made foods - knishes from Bloom & Rose, M&M pickles, and cheese curds.  It basically is a spot where you can find a great majority of your favorites from farmers markets in the area.  I also suggest coming here if you are looking for gifts for those who are hard to buy for. Tip: You can place your order online and pickup.  We did this, but didn't get to the store until a few days later and it was not a problem. When we arrived, we just gave them our name and they handed over our bag.

I also like that they host outdoor markets outside their shop, and I've met many new local vendors this way! If you haven't stopped by yet, I recommend it. They carry a great variety of items in their small shop.
