When I say I am not a cabbage girl, I 100 percent mean it. I hated it growing up. I'll eat the smallest sliver ever now, but when I ordered the corned beef dinner and tried the cabbage from here, it was OUT of this WORLD!!! It is only for a short time, but this deli offers a full course dinner for 21.99 that includes a hefty amount of corned beef, potatoes, cabbage, carrots, with a piece of bread, gf or not, and irish potato soup and a side salad with ranch. The potato soup was so delicious! The corned beef was moist and tender. It was such a good meal. Highly recommend for all your.St Patrick's Day needs and beyond. So good!!!

Great subs lots of variety! I really enjoyed my build your own sub and they've got a ton of different options of things to try! I also got a side of their potato salad which was pretty good as well. They have seating and parking available and prices were good.as well.

Gluten free never tastes THIS good! Growing up an hour outside of NYC, I often had what I call REAL deli sandwiches. Not since then have I had anything remotely close. And now, having to be gluten-free, to not only have GF rye bread, but have it taste SO good! The photo doesn't do it justice. Make your way to Lancaster's Broadway Deli!

Stopped in to ask: "Give me your best selling, most ordered deli sandwich, please!" Dude behind the counter thought about it for a sec and whipped up this monster of a sandwich! the Voodoo Buffalo chicken sandwich! On a Pretzel bun, this is one massive sandwich. At least 1/2 lb of shaved chicken. I believe bacon was on there. This was nested on top of some sourcream onion potato chips covering the bottom roll with a slice of (yancy's fancy?) hot pepper cheddar. Slice of tomato, lettuce, and a blue cheese kinda spread/aeoli? But wow, this thing was packed full of flavor. Very comfortable quirky atmosphere. Clean. A bunch of theater tickets and play bills under glass on the tables. Artist pictures all over the walls. I can see a tiny dinner theater or some short plays here, as long as they can be done with the limited space I will def come back and try another sandwich. My wife used to get platters from here all the time for her staff. Unfortunately, their palates have changed and just want pizza / wings? Weird. Anyhow.... stop by for a quick sandwich. This thing was GREAT! I give 5 stars NOT because my bill was $500, or the place was dimly lit, or micro-greens were strategicly placed on top with tweezers, etc... I did because the sandwich was great, the dude and I had some good conversation, and the place was CLEAN! Keep on keepin on!

I'm out in Lancaster for lunch and we ordered take out from here. WOW. I wish I lived 20 minutes closer because this would be my new lunch spot indefinitely. I ordered the Raspberry Smoked Turkey panini (award winning in 2015). I can see why. The perfect panini. I wouldn't think to normally order something like this but so glad I did - YUM!

Neat little place where you can listen to Broadway show tunes while enjoying your meal or waiting for your takeout ! When there craving their highly rated fish fry but they ran out at 4:30 ?? But while we were there we tried the panini's, very glad we did!! They were the size of a wide half sub loaded with meat and toasted perfectly! The inside of the roll was fresh and airy!

We went for Father's Day (sorry review is late)…read more It was pretty empty but given the holiday and it being a Sunday- to be expected. Our waitress was really nice and answered all of our questions. We sat outside because the nice weather in Buffalo is pretty short lived year round. The stools were not that comfortable but we had a lot of table room. We split an appetizer of onion petals (think like Outback blooming onion, but less battered, and more genuine). I had a Philly hoagie, my dad had the chicken finger hoagie (he thinks it really was more of a sub) and my sister had the white pizza. The food was delicious by all of our accounts. My only tiny complaint is the tray liner was ripping when I cut my hoagie because it was too big to eat with my hands, that I ended up eating some of the paper, comes with the experience right?! Good food and good company. :) My apologies for not taking more food photos, we dove right in, everything was delicious.

It's got a vibrant rustic-can, loud but comfy feel to it. The place looks cool inside and out, you just know this greasy spoon is going to have good food and it doesn't fail to provide it either! You can order anything and leave happy (from the apple pie to the pig, beef and chicken sandwich). They have booth seating, counter seating for one (or two) and offer outdoor seating with a little picnic table, shaded area and they also accept cash/credit. On the menu, there's pig, beef and chicken items, even a fish fry. They're great for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with or without friends/family. Known for their BBQ, in a variety of flavors, it's simply finger-licking delicious! I like coming here for breakfast mostly, love me some good home fries and a juicy steak. Portions are large and filling. I've also ordered take-out and picked up my order, the staff is super friendly and there's such an upbeat vibe to the place.

My server was great. She was super attentive and made sure my cup was never out of water. (I usually drink water when dining out) The place is def little so it gets packed quick. A couple booths and a couple tables. Maybe 10 total. Parking can be very tight in front so go to the back or side. I'll be back to try other things.

Gabrielle's used to be my favorite place in the Village of Lancaster. I supported them constantly…read more They have wonderful gluten free baked goods, as well as great breakfast sandwiches with a gluten free roll, if one so chooses. I will discuss three different run ins with Gabrielle's. First one - I went there in January to grab some sweets for a little crafting party I was hosting. I ordered both gluten free items and non gluten free items. The woman working, who was new, proceeds to ask me if she can put the non gf and the gf in one container. I said absolutely not. How can you not be trained on this, or not know not to do that. Why would I be ordering gf items, if I'm going to agree to put them in the same container. It defeats the purpose. Second time - Valentine's Day. My husband and I had a tradition of going to support Gabrielle's on Valentine's Day because they offered different gf items and a romantic atmosphere. This was our third time attending since living in the village. We arrived right when they opened, and they weren't opened yet, which was fine. When the owner unlocked the door, she wasn't very friendly. I let it slide, and continued to choose to visit Gabrielle's because I loved the baked goods and breakfast sandwiches. Third time - I stopped in on my way to an event to get a breakfast sandwich. It was about 10 minutes after they opened on a Saturday. It was quite busy there. There were roughly 2 or 3 tables occupied throughout my half hour stay.  Most notably there was a mom and daughter there. I'll get back to that in a minute. When I arrived, I was the only one at the counter. The same girl from the first not great encounter was making coffee behind the counter. That is fine. What wasn't fine, was that she didn't acknowledge me at all and I waited there awkwardly to put my order in for a good 5 minutes. Weird, that you wouldn't say, "Hi, it will just be a minute, as I'm working on another order,"  or something like that. The owner also came out of the kitchen during this time and took several Door Dash orders, but also didn't acknowledge me standing there. All I needed was a Hi, I'll be right with you. Something. I felt like a ghost. Fast forward, woman takes my order. It is for a gluten free breakfast sandwich. I sit down and wait. I wait for a solid half hour for my breakfast sandwich to be complete. During this time, the mother and daughter duo go up to the counter and say that they told the woman when they ordered that they needed to get everything by 9am, and it was 9am, and they still hadn't gotten their sandwiches yet. Why does it take a half hour to make 2 breakfast sandwiches?! They finally get their order and leave. The woman goes from the kitchen to the counter and is yelling to the owner, "If they wanted their food faster, they should have went to Tim Hortons." There was me and about 2 other tables present for that. I thought that statement was absolutely horrific and disgusting. Everyone who came through Gabrielle's and who goes to Gabriele's chooses to spend their money locally. To help a local family and support their business. To say that in front of customers, is abhorrent. I finally got my breakfast sandwich and left. I ruminated this for a while and decided against posting this review and emailing them directly about how this comment was unwarranted and not ok and the employee should be reprimanded. I received no reply back. This happened in February and it is now May. I have not received any acknowledgement regarding that my comment was received. I can only take it as the owner and employees don't care. Thus, I'm posting my review.   Not to mention that they claim to sell fresh bread on Saturdays, and there were a couple customers who arrived asking to purchase the fresh bread, and were told it was still rising and would be ready around 1 pm or so. What?! You would think they would be more in a hurry to get their bread out on a Saturday morning. That is when people want to eat fresh bread. It breaks my heart that I can't support this business anymore because the baked goods are so delicious, but I'm going to support other local businesses that value their customer base and are happy that the customers who walk through their doors want to support local.

It was a busy Saturday so there were a few people in front of us. We decided to get some things out of the pastry case and a couple chai lattes to go. Unfortunately for us with it being later in the day, the last of some of the items we wanted got taken before us but we ended up getting a slice of pumpkin roll, a cider donut, and a slice of carrot cake. The desserts were all so good. The cream cheese frosting was made perfectly and the cider donut had such a great flavor to it. The only downside was the wait for the drinks. The drinks took about 15-20 minutes to get to us. They were short on staff it seemed like so no worries but we had finished our food and were waiting for the drinks still.
