Turkey Sandwich
Carolyn C.

We love Chris' so much every time! Today we were sat quickly and our orders came out fast despite it being quite busy in there. Waitress was very friendly. The panko chicken, strawberry, and pecan salad slaps every time! My fiancé had the turkey sandwich with garlic mayo, and he really enjoyed it. The only downside is that it's not open on the weekend at all and hours are very limited.

Everything was really yummy but WOO the portions are big! I ordered the steak sandwich personally and it was heavier than I was expecting. The sandwich was packed with a hearty portion of steak, onion rings, lettuce, and tomatoes. It usually comes with a side of chips but I swapped it out for a side salad. Note: substitutions are an extra charge. Otherwise, the staff were all super friendly! Only thing is the food took a lil while to come out

Really generous portions!

If you're looking for a great sandwich, this is the place! You can dine in or take out. The dining area offers table service. While the prices may seem high, the amount of food and its superb quality makes it reasonable.

This was easily one of the best turkey sandwiches I have ever had! At first, I thought this place was a little pricey but everyone at my work raved about it. And boy, do I get the hype!! First of all, the sandwich was easily the size of a sub and the GIRTH on this thing. Thicc boii. It was delicious. I cannot wait to try something else!!

Hawaiian Chicken Salad on jalapeno cheddar bread

Busy place for a weekday lunch. I ordered a sandwich to go. Went with the Hawaiian chicken salad on jalapeno cheddar cheese. Chips are ala carte. I got a bag with my sandwich. This was a good size sandwich. I forced myself to eat the whole thing when I could have easily saved half for later. Everything was fine with it, except I didn't see any cheese. Menu states all sandwiched are built with cheese. Oh well. Not a deal breaker. You do get a lot of chicken salad. The bread was soft, but maybe too soft for this type of sandwich. Didn't really taste a difference with it being a jalapeno cheddar bread. I would go back to try some other meals.

Fontiella jerk turkey burger, with Cajun mayo!
Michele M.

You know, I tried the infamous Fontiella jerk turkey burger with cajun mayo and see for myself all the chatter! Welp, it IS all that and more. The moistest turkey burger I've ever had. Not to spicy, thick patty, and cooked to perfection. Also, I got the cajun chicken salad on croissant for backup. No backup was needed, but I'm glad I did. The chicken salad was a flavor bomb piled into a very soft, fresh croissant! These sandwiches are delicious! I can't wait to try others. They are only open 11 to 2, advise order early, they stay busy!

Came here this week and enjoyed a delicious fish taco and side salad. Portion sizes were huge! Food was great. Our waitress was friendly and food came out in a reasonable amount of time during the lunch hour. This is a great spot for takeout, or sit down if you have some time.

This will definitely be on my list the next time I'm in Buffalo and so should you! What a diamond in the rough. Follow the google map directions and you get right there. A cute place on the inside. Very nicely decorated. The service was great. Our server was friendly and took great care of us. The FOOD! OMG! The best sandwich I have ever eaten. Take a look at the pics. The Cajun fries were great and sweet potatoes were cooked perfectly. The sandwiches were a flavor combination to enlighten your taste buds. I ate every bit of it. The two sandwiches featured in the photos were different flavor profiles but both were dynamite for taste! Thank you for a great lunch. See you again one day.

This place makes maybe the best sandwiches i have ever had. Fish tacos are amazing as well. Sandwiches are hige and loaded with super fresh ingredients. I have never eaten there but dining room looks comfortable. Coworkers and I order to go often and everyone is always amazed. Call early or you may not get through ro order.... highly recommend it. So much deliciousness for the price!

These fish tacos will make you believe in God.

Can't help but continue to get the fish tacos but when I look around to other tables - everyone's food look straight out of a magazine.

Amazing food. Plan for a 1.5 - 2 hour lunch even when not busy. Ridiculously and unapologetically slow.

Massive menu of burgers, spanning a range of style from thick to smash, flames to griddle, and even typed of meat or non-meat. Quite frankly, if you can't find a burger that calls to you here, you must be very difficult to please. It was a Sunday, and the general area was thumping, this place was about half full and the vibe was relaxed. They're not on the absolutely main drag of Clifton Hill, and honestly, I would hope that benefits them both in price of rent and who might find it easy to wander in. There is paid parking nearby, cheaper than most because to get down to the falls is a bit of a hike. The hike back will be pretty far uphill, but we made it no problem. I love that the sodas come in a giant measuring cup, not much need for a refill, but they do give them complimentary if you ask for one. We started with standard poutine as an appetizer, it was really tasty. Nice flavor on the gravy, and a large amount of cheese curds. Instead of getting more fries as a side, went for a caesar salad. Was surprised to see bacon on it, but I definitely didn't hate that. It was quite good. I got a double smash burger with a nice thick onion ring on it and their version of burger sauce, as well as a spice relish to kick things up a notch. First thing, my patties were smashed very nicely, and there was a clear crispy crust on them. Bravo, I was pretty impressed, and the flavor was robust. I loved the spicy relish, and the bun also complemented the meat well. It was a big burger, and I was thoroughly satisfied. The service, maybe could have been slightly more attentive, but really just took awhile to take our order. Once it was taken, we had no complaints. Very friendly, everything was accurate, and like I said... big drink cups means not a ton of need for refills. I would come back here again on a future visit to the falls.

Very nice girls and we had a party of 6 to accommodate and everything was perfect! For the food, I ordered deviled eggs which were just the perfect egg yolk to mayo ratio. Not overpowering and had great seasonings. The burger was clearly the star of the meal. Lots of options to choose from - bbq, mushroom, black bean, etc. I would like to come back to try more. They also had a fun cocktail menu. I didn't try them but people in my party did and they were very fun and colorful!

A new location and a new look. Off The Wall Sandwich is a sparkling clean and colorful restaurant…read more With vibrant wall art, and striking lighting, the interior has an energetic vibe. This is a busy spot for classic American favorites: burgers, sandwiches and wings. From my previous experience, I knew it's worth checking the menu beforehand. For someone who is trying to make healthier choices, but not salad, this might be a good idea. I remember the last time I had the Classic Grilled Cheese Melt. This time, to avoid beef, bacon, or fried chicken, I decided to substitute a burger with grilled chicken breast for an additional $1. The Frenchie was my choice. I asked for the included Bison dip on the side and added Grilled Cremini Mushrooms for another $1. I simply couldn't find any ready-made combinations that suited my taste. All the burgers, melts and sandwiches come with your choice of fries or tater tots. We waited longer than expected for our food. The restaurant started filling up after we arrived. There were a lot of takeout orders while the dinner rush was starting. They should have a parallel system in the kitchen to keep the dining room moving at its own pace. Anyway, my sandwich was good. The chicken was perfectly grilled. The mushrooms and onions were flavorful, and the provolone cheese was melted and delicious. It's good that I asked to have the Bison dip on the side. We enjoyed the mountain of fries and onion rings (we really liked the breading on the onion rings). The Mac and Cheese was basic, but classic and very tasty. Unfortunately, our feedback on the Steak Hoagie was not so good. It wasn't as expected - a juicy, Buffalo-style, meat and cheese sub. My partner said that too much spice rub made the sandwich salty and dry. It wasn't the experience of dripping, shaved steak covered with lots of melted cheese, grilled peppers and onions. There was none of it. It was dry, smallish and disappointing. Our server Kimora took good care of us. She was smiling, and made our stay very pleasant.

Friendly employees. Nice atmosphere. Most importantly, sandwiches were delicious!read more
