I must say I was a bit disappointed in our visit. They had a large selection of topping but not a big selection the base items. Their big sign says '4 desserts strong - Custard, Gelato, Sorbet, Yogurt. They had I think 6 yogurts, 1 sorbet, and zero custards or gelatos. I forgot to take a picture of the dispensers but only the 1st few had anything available. The rest were just there empty. Hard to tell if they're ever used. This is our go-to place when my wife and I want a mini date. The staff does a great job keeping the place clean, there is a lot of parking, the environment is always quiet, even when busy, and the flavors keep changing. At this point in time, they charge $.62/oz, but they do have specials on Monday (.36/oz ) and a 2 for 1 happy hour between 4 and 7 pm on Thursdays. Ew. The floors are so filthy that they make squelching sounds as your feet stick to them. The walls and machines are filthy and needs to be wiped down, same with chairs. The basic lack of regard for health and hygiene made me really uneasy, but I'd just had an MRI and i wanted a treat darn it. Sadly, the flavors tasted wildly chemical. The young lady behind the counter, howeve, was helpful and sweet. Walked in and instantly felt happy - colorful, clean and bright! The woman who was working today was very friendly and knowledgeable. The concept is that you grab a bowl, choose your gelato, custard, or yogurt (or mixture) of flavors available (everything is self-served), then choose your toppings (and there are a lot!). There's crumpled cookies, candies, flakes, shreds, chopped fruit, etc. Every syrup available (ok maybe not every.. but more than I've ever seen!), whipped cream, etc. lastly, you pay by the weight. This is one of the only frozen yogurt/ massive bowls and self serve toppings places that have survived the last few years (and that was even before the pandemic.) it is... fine. Apparently it is cash only, even though there's a Visa sticker up on the front door. One solid issue I do have is that the toppings are all in one toppings bar- chocolate, nerds, gummies, and peanut butter products. I do not expect the world to revolve around my child with allergies, but I do expect due diligence when providing foods that are easily cross contaminated. However, when we were there, it was a mess, and so I had to take over toppings distribution, which is frankly the only reason a kid wants to come here over an ice cream joint. The brand seems very eager to provide alternative to dairy. It would be nice if they just moved their allergy sensitive toppings to another area. read more

None of the flavors on tap instantly grabbed me so I settled on the strange combination of lemon Italian ice and vanilla bean they say makes lemon chiffon - and you know what? If you like to sing Swiss mountain songs while in Tuscany, then you might frequent a place named "Yodelitaly." This place is not that place. Similarly, if you open up a lamp & bulb shop just north of the Bronx, you might name it "Yonkerslighting." Well this is not that place either. And if you like to pay special attention to your special female place, then you might visit a boutique named "Yourlittlecl***y." But this place is most definitely not that place. Although if it had to be matched up with one of those places, it's in the same degree of "wonderful" as that last one. Almost. Nearly. Not quite. This is my fave fro yo shop in WNY. The chain is a local one, with not too many locations, and this one consistently has the cheapest and the freshest and the most delicious tasting fro yo. About 80% of the flavours are delicious, which is a lot more than you can say about most fro yo chains if you ask me. Their fruity flavours are luscious but it's their creamy milky flavours that really excel, and surprisingly so for me since I usually prefer fruit stuff. I come in here quite a lot (you can stalk me if you want), so I know the girl with the bright red hair and tattoos pretty well. She is super nice (and cute), so not only do you have excellent yogurt but you also have excellent and unusually friendly service. But then if you got to eat Yotality Fro Yo whenever you wanted to, you'd probably be super friendly, too. There is another good location up by UB North, and a few others in town (one on Elmwood I think which wasn't quite as good and seemed pricier), but for me this is the best one. The parking lot is a little stuffy and awkward, and Main St is a bit of a nightmare at certain times of day, but then trying to date 2 girls and 1 guy at the same time in the same tiny suburb of a Midwestern metropolis is a bit of a nightmare all the time (a friend told me... honest) so if you've done that, you can handle this. And if you work as a t-shirt counter, and you get temporarily distracted (by the server here), then your boss might yell out "yo... tally tees!" And you can think of this yogurt and go to your happy place. Unless your happy place involves recreational drug use, in which case I would not go there while at work if I were you. read more

Our family has patronized this Yotality a number of times, and always leave stuffed and satisfied. During COVID times, I am happy with the process Yotality has instituted to keep patrons more safe. Unless you are seated and eating, masks are required. Near the wall where you serve yourself your own frozen dessert from the machines, there are required plastic gloves. Your hand used for working the machines and scooping your toppings must be gloved. I found none of this to be an impediment to enjoying Yotality. Simply hold your cup in one hand, slip a glove on the other, and with that gloved hand build your masterpiece! There are usually about eight flavors on tap, always at least one plant-based vegan sorbet option. We have a vegan in our family, so this is a must for us. Then there are two islands of toppings, and a counter with syrups and sprinkles, with plenty of vegan options within there too. And if we're ever unsure if a topping is vegan, they have an ingredients book behind the counter. Ask the cashier, and they've always been friendly about looking up ingredients for any dietary restriction. As for me, I should restrict myself from the smorgasbord of candy and syrups, but usually throw modesty out of the window when at Yotality. My new method is to go candy-first. By putting candy into the bottom of the bowl, it better helps me eyeball a reasonable'ish amount, then top with frozen yogurt with the space I have left in the dish. Is this then a healthy portion? Probably not, but it feels like at least I tried. If you are in the mood for a bucket of candy with a little bit of frozen yogurt on top, then Yotality is the place for you too. read more

Who doesn't love a good frozen treat?! Whoever invented frozen yogurt shops is a genius in my opinion. Every time I go to Yotality, it's so clean, well stocked and the service is always great. They have lots of froyo flavors for you to choose from and the toppings selection is even more extensive. There are many froyo shops to choose from in Buffalo, but for some reason, I also gravitate to this location in particular because of how causal there environment is. Love it! read more

HOLYYYY MOLYYYY! I hadn't had frozen yogurt in YEARS and man, it felt like the first time. Yotality has a wonderful selection of a frozen yogurt, ranging from açaí sorbet, to strawberry, to coconut to salted Carmel pretzel. I decided to go with the salted Carmel pretzel frozen yogurt. Gosh that was amazing. They had a great variety of toppings as well, many of which you can't find in a regular grocery store such as bursting bobas, mini cupcake bites, and cheesecake bites covered in graham cracker. For the two of us I got a 1/2 container of ice cream and the person I was with got 3/4 of a container and together it cost 10 bucks. Not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. They did have a couple flavors that were done, but we went 15 minutes prior to closing so that's totally understandable. One of the best things about yotality is their variety of sauces/syrups. There were about 10 to choose from including hot fudge, Reece's peanut butter, strawberry, marshmallow, sugar free, caramel, normal chocolate syrup and more! The one complaint I do have is that there wasn't any whipped cream. Just a little dollop truly does make it the perfect ice cream. Soooo Yummy! read more

This is actually my first frozen yogurt experience since moving to the Buffalo area and I'm shocked it took me so long to pay Yotality a trip. Upon entering you see a large selection of frozen yogurt, custard, and even some sorbet along with two stations full of the basics and even some extras such as full cookies and red velvet dough chunks. Instead of being a grown adult I decided to fill my cup with roughly 6 different styles of froyo and probably half a pound of toppings until my cup was filled to the brim and I was able to sit down near the fake fire place. I really enjoyed the froyo itself and even though I didn't like it as much as say, a Menchies, it was still delicious and somewhere I will make a stop to in the future. read more

The fact that I can actually go over there and get myself a dessert for about $10 in this day and age is impressive to say the least when the dollar doesn't go too far. I only come out here whenever I'm near Transit Road coming back into the city but it is definitely worth the trip out. The service is normally pretty good. There's only one person a lot of times, but to be honest with you, I'm not that surprised with how small the place is. I would definitely recommend going there for a nice sweet treat. I would go back as this is the only frozen yogurt place close by for me. The first frozen yogurt place I went to while living in Florida was Menchie's frozen yogurt (there is one that is in Canada). Anyways, there was frendly service, but in the second visit the person checking us out was also trying to check out and keep up with her FaceTime conversation with her friend. Sadly Menchies's had little sample cups with little spoons so you knew what kind of flavor you were getting and if you liked it. The service here didn't look like they even offered such a thing so it was basically good luck hopefully you enjoyed the flavors/flavor that you picked. And Menchies had such a better inviting atmosphere and layout. Inside Yotottaly looked bland and a rush paint job on the walls and lots of empty space especially near the front entrance. Menchies was super colorful inside. I will be back as my kids love the frozen yogurt and picking of your own toppings. But I definitely do prefer Menchies over Yotottaly. read more

We've never seen that before, not even in the 12 years that we went to frozen yogurt places in San Diego, CA. There might be a place like it, but we never found it. My husband and I also liked that there was an island of chocolate toppings in the middle of the room and then an island of other chocolate and fruit toppings. We also liked some of their unique toppings like toasted flax seed, waffle cone square shaped pieces and a locally made graham cracker dust. This froyo place is cute and fun. This Yotality is a summer staple - we live right down the street, so hot nights often offer too much temptation to resist some frozen yogurt. They have extensive flavors and different types of frozen desserts, including ice cream, froyo, gelato, and sorbet. There are two toppings bars and a bunch of syrups on the counter, as well. Try not to show up right at closing time. We've ran down the block only to find the cashier had closed the shop down early. On that note, service is pretty vanilla (oh, froyo puns!). Don't let this place fool you - it is hardly healthy (though probably still more healthy than ice cream, and with a possibility of being healthy -- it's just really hard when you have peanut butter cups staring you in the eyes). But it sure is delicious! And fun! And not too cheap.. They only offer one size of cups, which is probably to promote more $$. You can fill it up as much or as little as you want, but the bigger cup definitely asks for more. A smaller cup would have been great! There are at least 12 different flavors of frozen yogurt to try. I tried the Blueberry Tart, White Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and Wild Strawberry. The blueberry and strawberry were by far the best. White chocolate didn't taste much like anything, and the peanut butter was only mediocre. Wanting to try so many flavors is part of what adds up the ounces -- they charge 52 cents an ounce -- but I did realize after we left that they offer tiny little cups to taste test the flavors. That probably would have saved me a couple bucks had I known that in the beginning. There are also many, many toppings to choose from. I started out choosing the light ones.. (coconut flakes, peanuts..) but after a while it's impossible to skip all the delicious, heavy toppings. The fresh fruit is the worst! But it's actually very fresh and good. Everything from captain crunch to mango "bubbles" is available. The service is pretty good, considering they don't have to do much of anything since everything is self-serve. The atmosphere of the place is pretty fun, though it could be better. There's very bright, hard lighting and not a ton of space. I just moved here from a small town in CA. In that town we had 3 similar yogurt places, all of which I went to way to many times. Regardless, this yogurt was just bad it was icy and didn't taste good. It was hard to find a flavor I liked even though they had several flavors to choose from. Word on the street from other ice cream owners is that Yotality uses corn syrup to make their yogurt. This place is also the most expensive yogurt place I have ever been to, it cost almost $20 to take my family here, CRAZY. Most yogurt places are around $.30ish per ounce and expensive ones are $.40, but $.52 and ounce is crazy for bad yogurt. Yotality is new and nice looking inside and it does have great toppings so that is why I gave them 2 stars. However, I will never go back even if peer pressured. It's brand new, so it's very clean and bright and inviting. There are five or six yogurt dispensers against the wall and each has two flavors that can be twisted into a cup on their own or swirled together. And, of course you can put many, many different flavors in your cup (but beware...you're paying by the ounce!) I decided to be a bit of a "purist" so I got a chocolate/vanilla twist.
