This place isn't cheap.... 52 cents an ounce.... and those ounces add up QUICKLY!But, the stuff is fresh and healthy... so I guess it's worth it. It's brand new, so it's very clean and bright and inviting. There are five or six yogurt dispensers against the wall and each has two flavors that can be twisted into a cup on their own or swirled together. And, of course you can put many, many different flavors in your cup (but beware...you're paying by the ounce!) I decided to be a bit of a "purist" so I got a chocolate/vanilla twist. Then it was on to the toppings. There are so many to choose from..... sauces like chocolate and caramel and marshmallow...... tons of cookies and candies and sprinkles.... jars and jars of all different kinds of nuts..... and MY FAVORITE: a whole bunch of fresh fruits. After overcoming my Fro-Yo skepticism (people put gummy bears in this stuff, I can't reconcile that texture clash!) I decided to overcome my fears and try it myself...you know, without any gummies of any kind. I kept it simple. Vanilla bean frozen yogurt with cake/cookie/brownie/chocolate type toppings. I was delighted with the variety of toppings I had to choose from, and, how many seemingly endless combinations I could have been happy with. It should be noted that I walked in knowing that I would be paying based on the weight of my happy dessert; it should also be noted that I expected to find the price a bit steep (haven't we all gotten a little carried away at the wegmans food bar and ended up with a $13 salad?), but I was actually surprised at how totally reasonable the price was when it came time to put my sweets on the scale and cash out. This place also has a little rewards card that results in discounted deliciousness if you're enough of a frequent flyer, which I imagine I will be. All in all, I'd say this is like coldstone with less guilt. Friendly service, clean environment, options to satisfy basically any possible sweet tooth craving. I absolutely love FroYo, but I especially like it from Yotality over White Rabbit. There is way dreamsicle whenever I come here.

As a past manager of Yotality in Williamsville, NY, there are a few things I would like to bring to the attention of all current and future customers as well as current and prospective employees. 1.) Broken Health Codes - The district manager, Gina, has often allowed yogurt machines to go uncleaned for multiple weeks resulting in illness for several customers. Her reasoning was that the company did not have adequate funds to pay employees to clean them on their once-per-week cleaning schedule. The longest that I had witnessed these machines go uncleaned was three weeks and, despite my protests, Gina did not allow me to clean them as the extra labor cost would not fit the owner's (Gene and Suzie) budget. 2.) Potentially Harmful Chemicals - The yogurts contain two questionable, possibly harmful, chemicals; first, Polysorbate-80, a synthetic, is used to promote even melting for aesthetic reasons. The second chemical, carrageenan, is an extract from seaweed that recent studies show to be carcinogenic. Customers and employees regularly complained of gastrointestinal discomfort, bloating, gas and diarrhea. 3.) Denial of Breaks - Employees were not allowed breaks even when working 8-10 hour shifts. Despite complaints by my staff and me, the owners, Gene and Suzie, refused to allow breaks as it would require an additional employee to cover the vacant cash register and this would raise their labor expense. 4.) Negligence - The restrooms, air cooling system and yogurt machines were neglected despite customer complaints. From May to June, 2015, the mens restroom was out of order and the owners, Gene and Suzie, claimed that they could not afford to fix it. The AC was also broken for over two months; customers complained regularly that "it was unpleasant", that "their yogurt was melting before they could eat it" and that "they had hoped, on hot summer days, to come in and feel refreshed but were uncomfortable and would likely not return." For the record, with the thermostat set to 68 Degrees F, the temperature in the store ranged from 78-85 Degrees F daily (May-July, 2015). Gina informed me that I must not tell customers about the AC being broken but, rather, that it was our yogurt machines heating the store. Despite my efforts to reason with my employers, Gene and Suzie were not willing to fix the unit. On a single occasion, after I explained this to a group of unhappy patrons, one customer called Gina directly to discuss the lack of cooling; Gina reprimanded me for this. On several summer days, the lack of AC caused the temperature within the walk-in refrigeration unit to exceed 49 Degrees F. (Note that the temperature required for the yogurt to remain fresh is 39 Degrees F) 5.) Lack of Maintenance - There are 120 labor hours per week that the owners, Gene and Suzie, can pay for. When these hours were close to being exceeded, the district manager, Gina, halted cleaning and maintenance and, consequently, the store became dysfunctional and employees were blamed directly for standards not being upheld. 6.) Unpaid Labor - To ensure that the store met NYS health codes and that customers would be satisfied, I worked, on average, 5 hours per week, unpaid, either by staying later than permitted to clean the store front or by coming in earlier than permitted to clean the yogurt dispensers. When the district manager, Gina, discovered this, I was harshly reprimanded and my employment threatened to be terminated due to "the potential of a law suit should I get hurt while working off the clock". The following night, I called Gina and informed her that I was projected to exceed my allowed payroll time for the week but that the store needed more cleaning. With this, Gina insisted that I leave the store as it was. As scheduled, I arrived the next morning and began my unfinished work but was interrupted by Gina who, shortly after entering, told me that I was "terminated based on the state of the store that was observed when she came in". Furthermore, regarding unpaid labor, as manager I was responsible for placing orders, making the employee schedule and communicating with Gina off the books which totaled to an additional 5 hours per week of unpaid labor. Overall, I worked approximately 10 extra hours per week without pay. 7.) Wage Discrepancy - During my interview for the position of full time store manager, I was promised an hourly rate of $10.50. Upon receiving my first pay check, I was surprised to find that my hourly wage was only $10.00. When asked, the district manager, Gina, informed me that I would have to wait 6 months for my rate to be increased. I wish all who choose to eat or seek employment here the best of luck. While it is not a terrible dining and work environment, it is far from an ethical and healthy one. Service could be better, not very prompt and a kind of rude. Atmosphere is nice and very clean.

This is a quick update. Friend wanted to get a treat and they suggested this as they hadn't been and we didn't have a lot of time the other day. I tried a two different flavors (Peanut Butter and Chocolate, not swirled). Both had very little actual flavor and more of the weird after-taste I experienced the first time. I thought last time the after-taste I had before was somewhat from the sweetened coconut I had as a topping, but it was pretty similar again so I am guessing it was the froyo. Chocolate and PB are pretty basic flavors I think, especially compared to the cake batter I had last time which is open to interpretation (which I was generous with). Texture still not as creamy as I would expect from frozen yogurt. I paid mainly to eat the toppings and didn't want the frozen yogurt... ended up chucking most of it after a few too many less than flavorful spoonfuls. I like the large selection of toppings, but when it comes down to it, the frozen yogurt has to stand on its own. read more

Have been coming here a long time and most recently about a month ago. It's seems they get ride of several toppings including fruity pebbles. Which are the only reason I go there because I get ice cream and fruity pebbles and that's it. When I asked the girl if they were just out and would be back she said literal "IDK"... and told us to throw our ice cream we had out if we didn't want it. Love this place! We are regulars here. I've tried many of the flavors but my favorite so far is Strawberry. Cake batter is a great go-to, and the sweet vanilla is also great. Still waiting for them to have Red Velvet. And the toppings...lot of delicious sugary treats to choose from (and healthy toppings too, if you're into that kinda stuff on your froyo). read more

This was my family's first visit to Yotality on Main Street in Williamsville. We were visiting the establishment after attending a church service and were with multiple families. We all purchased our ice cream and sat down to eat. It was 9:01. At 9:03 the employee Ashley said "okay guys, it's way past closing you need to leave." All of the customers (about 15 of us) looked at her like she was joking. She then began to get very rude and threatened to call the police on us. We were all families with young children and were shocked by her behavior. My children were frightened by her rantings about being kicked out of school and not caring if she gets fired etc. It was very bizarre, rude and uncalled for. Unfortunately we will not be visiting this establishment ever again. read more

Didn't try the food, so don't ask me. But I will say this. A) the water bottles have a giraffe size neck on them and are hard and thick enough to be softball bats. B) the audacity of a place in which you grab your own cup, serve your own ice cream out of a machine, get your own toppings and weigh yourself out to have a tip jar baffles the mind. This place is hands down better than froyo. Plus, I just live much closer. It may be 52 cents an ounce, but that frozen yogurt is delicious. I've been here twice, each time with different friends. Both times, I'm sure I got the red velvet, which is just wonderful. They always have delicious yogurt, great selection of toppings, and friendly cashiers. On a whim I came here on a beautiful summer day mostly because I was in a mood to spend $ despite having very little, and because I wanted to try out this new froyo place in Buffalo. I cautiously sampled three flavors: Euro tart (plain flavor), Belgian white chocolate, and vanilla, none of which was satisfying. Normally I always end up choosing the original flavor, be it at Pinkberry or Yogen Fruz or Redmango, as it goes perfectly with both fruits and chocolate. However, the plain flavor here was very watery and lacking in that tangy yogurt taste. Even worse than Redmango original flavor, and Redmango can't compare to Yogen Fruz or Pinkberry original flavor. But, they do have the mango popping boba, which I think is the most delicious topping on earth. So I'll give it 3 stars. Given a choice I'd choose Yogen Fruz, but this location is the most convenient by far. With the mango popping boba everything will be ok. read more
