    Beer Flight
    Beth H.

Stopped for lunch on a Saturday with my husband. The place was packed with a nice mix of customers - we had stopped for a beer once before on a Friday night and felt like it was a much younger crowd. I ordered a flight to try several of their brews and liked each of the ones I sampled. We split the Meatstreet pizza and Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich. The pizza dough was fantastic and the combo of the salty meats and chili-honey was delicious. The Chicken was also wonderful-I enjoyed the tomato jam and egg salad, which was really more of a thicker, eggy mayo. Even though it was crowded, our food was quickly served and piping hot. Our server was friendly, attentive, and we never felt rushed. I'd definitely go again - maybe try brunch with the girls, or the patio in the summer

Got the fried chicken burger and honestly it was pretty different from any other place you may go. It had a sweet topping and the chicken battered was flavorful but the chicken itself wasn't. The tater tots were really good and very crispy. Got their flagship beer and it wasn't bad either. The service was amazing and the vibes of the place was peak. Overall, a great experience and would come back again to try the double smash burger because I heard that was amazing.

Britesmith is absolutely lovely. Better in the inner when you can hang at the outside bar, but the staff, food and service is amazing year round. Thursdays during the summer, with music on main at other bars, the crowd here tends to be on the younger end and can get a little rowdy later in the evening, so come before 8 for dinner.

I've had good food here and okay food here. Recently I came and had the spicy margarita, cinnamon roll, breakfast sandwich and tater tots. You can't beat the house made ranch here, it's top tier. Cinnamon roll was huge and tasty, our group split one. The breakfast sandwich was so so for me. I could have done without the thick pork belly and I mostly removed it. Overall a big place with lots of seating. Outside is nice in the summer. Service was very good and our server was very attentive.

Used to like this pub but on Sunday they tried to overcharge me $22 on a $97 bill. I read the itemized receipt on paper, which was fine. Then I was asked to place my credit card in the device held by the server, adding the tip. It's a good thing I checked the total on the screen, because it was $22 more than the paper receipt. I asked why, and the server whisked the device away and returned several minutes later, saying that it was now correct. No apology or explanation. Also, take a look at the gluten-free pizza I was served -- several inches of crust surrounding a target-sized area with an ultra-thin layer of toppings. I've had it there before and it was more normally proportioned. The crust was also hard, under-cooked, and chewy. Other items were fine -- drinks, wings, mac & cheese. However, the billing experience and the gluten-free "pizza" will make me think twice about returning.

We went here for brunch and really enjoyed it. I loved my sour which was the dream island. I also really enjoyed the double smash burger. The special sauce had great flavor. My friend got the breakfast burrito and let me try it and it was also good. Our waiter was very nice and helpful when asked for recommendations on the menu. If in the area I would absolutely go again.

Came here during a Music on Main night and they were absolutely packed. Like good luck getting from your table to the restroom type packed. I sat outside with friends to enjoy food and drinks, and I ordered the wild mushroom pizza which was delicious, and I took home leftovers. I also ordered two Smitty's Quench beers and enjoyed them. Service was good. Our waitress checked on us occasionally and food came out quick. Overall I'd come back, but not during Music on Main.

The gluten free pizza was good, not great. The crust was not very crispy which I would have preferred. This felt more like a cheese pizza than a classic basil, tomato and mozzarella pizza. At least the crust wasn't made of cauliflower which is a plus for me. The sandwich was eaten by my dinner partner and she enjoyed it very much. We sat outside and it was enjoyable for that main reason. I had an Arnold Palmer (non-alcoholic) which was fine - nothing special. They did offer gluten-free beer but not also nonalcoholic / unfortunately I need both. They do offer a great brand of gluten free beer though - if you're looking for that. This is a Brewery with basic bar food with some interesting salad offerings, I was just more in the mood for pizza. If they had more gluten free appetizers I would have ordered that instead.

I've been here multiple times and it's always been enjoyable. This night was no exception. The Elote dip was excellent. The Caesar salad was big enough to share and the Lobster roll was delicious. We were too full for dessert but they have Affogato which I love. Service was great and it was busy as usual. Parking is not easy as it's street or after 5pm across the street is available. I love sitting by the window which overlooks the creek.

4/26/2024: Packed. There was only 2, or maybe 3 Servers outside for all the tables here (17-18 with people). Definitely understaffed. It took 8 minutes for a server to even come to our table after we were sat, another 7 for our drinks, 30 more minutes for our appetizers, and then another 30 minutes for our food. The entire dining experience was about 2 very long hours. Elote 10/10 Mostly sweet with a little heat. It was delicious, but I think $15 is very extreme. A whole bag of corn at the store is only $1-2. Korean Cheesesteak 10/10 Extra aioli , jalapeños on the side The short rib flavor was so so good. Juicy. And greasy too. You don't taste he cucumber too much but that and the kimchi adds another texture and a tiny crunch. The aioli is delicious. Not spicy at all. Fries had a great outside crunch and soft inside. Cooked perfect. Seasoned wonderfully. Special: Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza 9/10 Really good pizza. The pickled red onion was interesting, added some sweetness to it. There was no chive though. I got a little peek at the Maine lobster roll as it passed our table, it looked very lobstery, which is a good thing! Usually lobster rolls look very salad-y, this one looked like a lot of lobster pieces. Probably a good bang for your buck?

I had an amazing time here. Going in I didn't know what to expect but the small bites to the larger meals they have available made it a great place for networking or just to have a good night out on the town. Service was attentive and friendly which made time for waiting on the food fly by. Overall this establishment met my expectations for a nice drinking sit down location . In the Summer they offer more of a party atmosphere with the back patio being available with an outside bar right next to the river

Finally got to try Britesmith and it did not disappoint! We entered and were immediately greeted by the bartender and an industrial type of ambience. The bartender very kindly directed to a host that was outside in order to be seated (in which we were offered indoors or outdoors - chose outside due to the great weather!). The outdoor area is really nice, ample seating, heaters (if needed), and lighting for the nighttime. I don't remember our waiters name but he was nice and made sure we got our drinks refilled. My friend ordered the fried chicken sandwich, which had unique toppings such as a tomato jam and egg salad. He said it was great. I tried a French fry and the seasoning was nice too and not overwhelming. I ordered the white pizza and it was easily one of the best pizzas I ever had. I normally don't like tomatoes on my pizza but I ordered the pizza as-is to try them and I ate them happily. They were fire roasted and complimented the pizza perfectly. Me and my friend agreed we would happily come back here to eat again!

Great vibe at Britesmith. The Hazy IPA is tasty tasty. Love the outdoor patio with some covered areas near the bar, 4-top high seat tables with umbrellas elsewhere. Patio heaters galore for those cooler days. Great people watching. Slants to a younger crowd.

Do they have the high chairs (specifically the kind you can flip and set a carrier on)?

Yeah, it's a great place for kids. They were accomodating and there are enough items on the menu, even for picky eaters.
