Loved the atmosphere here! I sat on the patio with my dog Stella. She was very welcomed by all the nice waitresses! Our waitress was Kaitlin and she was so sweet. She brought out a water bowl for Stella and gave her lots of love. I started with a flight of beers. I had the pretzel for my appetizer which Stella loved it too. Then for my dinner I had the tiki bowl. Everything was perfect perfect portions and ratios to all the food. I even loved the jelly donut beer so much I bought a growler. thanks for the great service and we both will be back!

Legitimately the worst crab cake I have ever had. It required a steak knife to cut it. Food here is normally great but this was not.

The whole experience was made possible by great bartenders, beer specials on Buffalo Bill game time and good food! Excellent taco tray and greatly improved from the sloppy one we had at least a year ago. The game vibes and friendliness was great!

Went for brunch with my cousin since I have gone before and really enjoyed their breakfast pizza. This time it wasn't as good as I remembered but definitely we both still enjoyed although I probably would try something else next time. Our waitress, Nicole, was great and had a wonderful sense of humor. The place is so big and cool looking too. If you haven't checked it out, you should. I definitely will come back again.

NYBP is a true American lifestyle eatery. Spacious, breathable, lively and friendly. I love the pretzel and burgers. Entire staff is friendly but KD, Mike and Sally are all amaizng. They make good drinks and make us feel special. Highly recommend.

The food at NYBP is always great! Such an array of choices and I've yet to go wrong. We stopped in since it was WNY Restaurant Week. Couldn't beat the deal they had. My absolute favorite app there is their huge Mozzarella Logs. (One is already missing from the photo.) They are so delicious. My friend recommended the Buffalo cauliflower, and she didn't lead us astray. Tasted like a good Buffalo boneless wing. For my entree I ordered the seasonal Beef Birria bowl. A good amount of spice. Lots of ramen. The beef was so tender and had so much flavor. Of course we also had some beer and dessert Our server was great. He was so personable, made great suggestions, and cracked some good jokes. We will definitely be back!

This review is for the bar only. We stopped in for a drink on a Wednesday around 5 pm. Our bartender, Noah, made us feel very welcome, and helped us decide what to order. He gave me a couple of samples of their beer, and I decided on Dublin the Fun, which is a tasty Irish ale. Since it was burger night, which offers a five dollar discount on their burger platters, we decided to order the Boss Burger, and for an upcharge, I got the sweet potato fries with brown sugar cream cheese sauce. So decadent! My husband ordered the truffle parmesan fries and they were also incredible. We were able to order a gluten free bun, which sealed the deal. Fun place, friendly bartenders, good food and drinks, and excellent service will have us coming back for more.

We had a great experience at New York Beer Project! The place is huge with such a fun, energetic vibe perfect for a night out with family or friends. I ordered the Time Square Burger with the truffle Parmesan fries, and wow 10/10! The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The fries were crispy with just the right amount of truffle. One small downside: someone in our group ordered the Nashville Chicken Sandwich, and unfortunately, half of it was mostly just fried batter with very little chicken inside. Kind of a letdown compared to everything else. That said, the rest of the food, drinks, and atmosphere more than made up for it. Definitely planning to come back soon!

The shrimp tacos I ordered hit the spot! Very nice. My friend had the Nashville chicken sandwich with fries. It tasty and a good choice. We waited 20 minutes for a table on a weeknight. Which I hear is normal for this place. It's probably the most "happening" restaurant in the south Lockport area. If you're a beer lover, you'll like all the choices. I'm not one. Wino! The noise level is loud out of control. Very hard to hear your fellow diners who are sitting right across from you. I might go back in summertime when you can sit on picnic tables outside and not lose your hearing.

Ask the Community - New York Beer Project

    Do they have dart boards?

No, at least they didn't have any the last time I was there a couple of months ago.

Does NYBP have a kids menu?

YES. There is a children's menu on the kid's place mat. My kids go back and forth ordering off the kids' menu and the adult menu. Boys ages 7.5 and 12 - both love going to the Victor NYBP.

Hubs and I came for dinner with four friends a couple weeks back and though it was a splurge, I have no regrets. Everything I had was delicious. We had: Focaccia Roasted Carrots Wagyu strip Rhubarb Panna Cotta Pineapple Pavlova I also had a Freakin' Beacon mocktail. Everything was SO GOOD. That focaccia was like no other focaccia I'd ever had but was delicious; crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. The steak (med rare) was perfect to me, hubs thought it was a tiny bit too rare for him. It was super tender and easy to eat, perfect char. I couldn't eat the chimmichurri it came with as it has Thai basil (not usual in chimmichurri, but I'm allergic, and the server was very good about asking about allergies) but honestly, it didn't need it. That steak stood on its own. Both desserts were delicious, but to my surprise I think the pavlova was even better than the panna cotta (and I love panna cotta). The portions were very generous and I was pretty stuffed by the time I got home. Our portion of the bill was over $200 (hubs also had some cocktails and the steak alone was almost $90) but it was so good, we'll want to come back when we're in town for sure.

There is seating at a small bar, under a pavilion area and picnic tables on the lawn. I visited on a Wednesday night for $.50 wings, which can be ordered in multiples of 5. When I walked up to the bar to order, I saw they had dry rub salt & vinegar wings on as a special, so I didn't bother to look at the actual menu; I knew I had to have the salt & vinegar. I also got an unsweetened tea to drink, but they have a full bar available for your drinking pleasure. The bartender who took my order was very nice. After I ordered I was asked where I was going to sit so they could bring my order when it was ready. Despite the bar being quite busy, my food was out in a reasonable amount of time. My wings were fresh, hot and oh so flavorful! They also had a perfectly crispy skin and moist and tender meat inside. I've had salt & vinegar wings before, but some of them, I kinda questioned, are these actually salt & vinegar??? haha... I assume they must have been tossed in the seasoning rather than dry rubbed. Dry rubbing them as Open Air does makes all the difference.. they were so salty & vinegary! I will definitely have them again and recommend them to anyone who loves salt & vinegar as I do!
