Pizza was not bad and I enjoyed the crust. The appetizer was fire and my favorite was the pretzel bites and fries. The website advertised the food making it look very good but it didn't match the photos. Despite that, since I came got a company dinner, this was pretty good. The service was excellent and attentive. Overall, a pretty good spot with lots of parking.

Signed up for a drink mix class and one of the owners ran the class, Ashley. She was super nice and we made 3 different cocktails. We also were able to order food for the event and I ordered a Detroit style deep dish pizza, it was delicious! We had a lot of fun at the class and look forward to the next one!

I've heard great things about Brazen so I was excited to try them out. The restaurant is pretty large with indoor seating as well as a nice patio with a fire. There were a lot of different beers, sours, IPAs on tap. I wish they had more cider options. I ordered the Goat'chella pizza which had goat cheese, candied pecans, caramelized onion jam, and topped with honey cinnamon arugula and it really hit the spot! The service was spectacular. Our waitress came around pretty frequent and made sure we were doing ok.

Good beer, great food, excellent service, and loved the atmosphere. I was deciding between two of the beers that I hadn't tried before and was able to get a little sample of both to make my choice easier! Love this! Flights are also available if there are more than two you want to try. The menu includes some go-to standbys and some creative options that appeal to my foodie side. I got one of the current specials - a grilled cheese sandwich with brie, apricot jam, pumpkin spiced bacon, and arugula. It was sweet and gooey and tasty. Fries were a bit overly salted to me and had a weird flavor that I couldn't place. My beer choice was the Señor Hefe (a Hefeweizen, probably easy to guess), nice and light for the summer. The parking lot is not large so if you're going on a busy night, go early. Indoor seating is at comfortable spacious tables or at the bar - sit at the bar if you're here to watch a game, as the tvs can be a bit hard to see from further back. One of the tvs had closed captions on (hooray!). There is plenty of outdoor seating available too, to take advantage of the times we have perfect weather. This is a family friendly place too, I saw a lot of families come in with young kids. Noise level felt like... medium-high. Loud-ish but still very comfortable to hang out and read a book while enjoying my beer and food. The large list of beers on tap is up on the wall and easy to read even from across the room - thank you for this! Pricing is on par with similar breweries. Overall I had a great afternoon here and would happily recommend this place.

We really enjoy coming here. From a nice break of cooking midweek to a relaxing Sunday brunch, we really feel comfortable here and especially like sitting on the covered patio that has heat bars for when it's chilly out. The lot can be packed, but they have a lot of seating options, so most times we haven't waited long for a seat, if at all. We love their variety of beers available and their wait staff is super friendly. Matt has been our server many times and is just wonderful! Their food is delicious and we usually walk away with leftovers for lunch the next day. The grounds are large and include outdoor game areas and plenty of places to let the kids roam while waiting for your meal. Overall, just a great place!

We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and were impressed with the size and structure of the building, with its high ceiling, wood beams, and small white lights. We went to the bar to check out the many offerings and were happy to see that beer, cider, and seltzers were available. We ordered a Tailgate Water Lager, which had a nutty flavor, and an Apricot Kumquat Cider. We sat down, and while we looked over the menu, our server, Robert, stopped by to answer our questions. We decided to order the Margherita pizza with a gluten free crust, and an order of cajun fries. The pizza was fair, and the fries were good, albeit salty. We loved the venue, and the outdoor patio seating, with heaters and fans. Dogs are welcome on the patio, which is awesome.

We enjoy coming to Brazen and have been many times but I'm a little concerned because the service has been off a bit lately. We had a few errors in our orders, like one beer in the flight being wrong, and minor things like that. The food is good but could use a few tweaks to take it the next level. The chomp wrap is ground beef in a tortilla. It needs some salsa and maybe some sour cream or something else to give it a step up. I often get a burger here but the burgers are overcooked by design and they don't offer options for how you would like it. I understand a few people like them well done but burger lovers certainly don't. The restaurant itself is spacious with a huge bar area and covered, heated outside seating.

First timer at Brazen Brewing! Great experience with my service experience with Lindsey. B was amazing, It's so hard to come by good servers, I was lucky enough to get her :) she recommended me great food and drinks Food good was great 9/10. Atmosphere 100/10

I went to enjoy a nice outdoor experience and checked out this brewery and really enjoyed my burger and my brew. For my meal, I had the Brazen burger, which was delicious and was essentially the cheeseburger on the menu but with caramelized onions and house sauce added. Came with fries, of course, and those were yummy as well. I was going to get one of the cocktails, but since this was a brewery, I opted for a brew instead. I got the Super Basic Peach, which had the taste of those peach ring candies in a sour ale beer form. I got some to-go because this will likely be my summer drink this year, lol. Overall, it's a really nice space with a beautiful outdoor area as well. looking forward to my next visit out there, rain or shine.

I'm also told they're partnering with revived hot dog brand Mister Sizzle to boost their food offerings in the near future. Not a whole lot to say, but they aren't trying to be much more. Not much of a nightlife in the outer exurbs of Buffalo, but this charming little brewpub certainly more than compensates for that.

Cool outdoor patio but if it's a hot day, the indoor space just doesn't provide comfort. I want to be on board with everyone else about this place, but I didn't like a single beer in the flight that I ordered & some aspects made me uncomfortable. It is definitely a local pub, with the 10 people that were already there. Everybody was watching when we came in, which, if you've ever experienced this you know it's uncomfortable and makes you feel like an outsider. The owner was nice, but he definitely was buzzed when he was trying to have conversations with us. This is just not a place. I would feel comfortable coming back to. The bartender was amazing though. She was super fun and friendly and made the whole experience worth going there.

They only had about 1/2 a glass left of that and offered to give him another full glass of another kind. Actually turned out that was his favorite so we'll need to go back when they have more available. We sat outside in their back patio area. A few more people arrive but was still pretty quiet though I'm sure that changes later. No music playing but a nice day to sit outside. It might be my new favorite cider especially when summer rolls around. I also ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and it was so good! It came with sweet potato fries which really stole the show for me. They had good flavor and went perfectly with the sandwich. My wife also got one of the pizzas which looked really great too!
