First line brewing is centered around first line workers. My friends and I went on a Thursday so we could go for trivia. They have an option for customers to pick a type of first line workers (nurse, police officer, etc.) and they can buy a drink for them that can be redeemed on their first visit. There is a tally board with the types of occupations and how many drinks are available to redeem when you first walk in. We are nurses so we each had a free drink! The beer was great! My favorite was the Flyin' Hawaiian which is a Swedish fish sour. Anywhere that offers flights has an amazing beer rating from me! The option of trying multiple drinks lets me figure out my favorite from the place and allows me to try ones that I do not want a full glass of. The food was delicious as well! Definitely smaller portions for the price, but the burger was properly cooked and seasoned. The fries were fresh and hot. To start we had jumbo stuffed tater kegs which were 10/10. They didn't give you many, but they were delicious. Definitely would come again! read more

I came to meet up with some friends for Taco Tuesday specials. It was my first time here. Nice place with a theme that honors all first responders. First line is a brewery, whisky bar and restaurant with bar food options. Taco Tuesday had $5 margaritas and order of 3 carnitas or beef tacos for $13. I tried a lime margarita and carnitas. The tacos are sold on a flour tortilla but I was told they sometimes have corn shells. They were fresh out yesterday but the server was able to make me a plate of nachos instead. I appreciated the help and menu substitution. The carnitas was delicious and the portion was generous and plenty for a hungry person. The margarita was perfect, and strong. Service was very good! This place also has garage doors which open up to make this more of an indoor patio for nice weather. Some outside seating as well. read more

Saturday afternoon was our first time visiting First Line Brewery. We were seated immediately and welcomed by our very friendly server, Molly. She was so helpful and made sure to keep checking on us. We started with some delicious brews: Bitch'N Betty and Cold One. We also ordered a couple of Shareables: fresh cut fries, and Tater Kegs. Both were well prepared and very tasty. I wished there were more Tater Kegs in an order( only 5 and I had to share them). I loved the ambiance of this place, especially the big American flag. We bought a drink for a first responder (Pay it Forward), which we thought was a very cool concept. Keep up the great work! read more

Great staff! Fun place that is very clean and dog friendly. They are such dog lovers, our baby got a big bowl of ice water and a couple of biscuits. Great beer. Bitching Betty and Lasso are excellent brews. Food is wonderful too. Love the buffalo chicken sandwich with j fries. Pickles are a great appetizer too. Tater kegs 10/10 Amazing as always! Hot and crispy! Still my favorite! Black & Blue burger 8/10 Decent burger. Thin smash burger patty, cooked well done today, a little too much for my liking, but not bad. Not as good as last time. I think they forgot the aioli. The only thing I would change (aside from putting the aioli on) would be to make the patty just a little thicker so it stood a chance to be made medium rare. I do like that they separate on 2 plates when splitting with someone, makes everything easier. Garlic parm fries 9/10 Really good. A lot of garlic parm flavor on them. Subpoena colada - sour beer 10/10 Sour and a great flavor. Really like this a lot and wish I could get some cans for at home. read more

Came in for a bite and beer but the kitchen had just closed. It was 6:10 and they close at 7, so I would expect all other days it'd close an hour before closing. We tried the four IPA's and two were to our liking. They were really good too. I got a Dynamite (NEIPA) and he got In the Clouds (American IPA). Nice and quiet despite a few tables of people already eating. Two people came in and asked if their Goldens could come in. After confirming they were quiet dogs they said yes. Shoutout to the owner and his mother who own this brewery. My wife got the Swedish fish sour and I got the we the people. I love this place and all that they do in standing for what our country stands for. All the support for our first line workers and even blue collar workers. We had a bit of a mix up with the hostess when we sat down but the owner helped us out. We've been to this brewery multiple times and the beer and the place just gets better every time. I would love to see there beers in sorrows at some point! Thanks guys . read more

We ordered 10 wings... you expect a mix of drums and flats. I only eat flats. EVERY one was a drum! It reminded me why I dislike drums. We spoke with the waitress... she did nothing. I think it would have been appropriate to give us something off the bill. Disappointing considering the cost of wings On the good side, the seltzer there is very good as well as the rest of the food we ordered. read more

Went here with a group of friends for some food and drinks on a late Saturday afternoon. Luckily we were able to be seated almost immediately! I had one of their burgers which were fantastic. Congealed together just slightly so it stayed together while eating and overall very good burger. I ordered the espresso martini (yes, I ordered a cocktail at brewery). To my surprise, it was FANTASTIC. I think I'd go back just to have another one of those! read more

Love their Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and fries my go to. Have one of the best home made seltzer's in the area . Love their Bitchen Betty blueberry beer with the fresh blueberries in it . The staff is always friendly. I am a first responder and love to see all of the memorabilia that that have hanging around . Love to see how they appreciate all the first responders , EMT, Police doctors , nurses ,military . The staff was phenomenal for a private party we recently had there. They went out of their way to make our event extra special. We had Lassos cater the food; it was delicious. Love this place! They have a great message, attentive and kind employees and the beer is tasty and well-brewed! The Hop Drop and Roll is similar to a Southern Tier IPA or Hayburner...so delicious. The Alpha Bravo Citrus has such a nice citrus note that is more prevalent than many IPAs. The Yabba Dabba Duuuude is actually really good. It looks like pear juice but man is it a tasty IPA, so don't be afraid of ordering it. Had the M.O.A.B chocolate stout and wow does that pack some intense flavors. Love it! We did not order food except for chips but it looked really tasty! Kudos to you First Line Brewery for a wonderful experience! read more

I had a great time with a friend here one afternoon. We sat at the bar, and David waited on us. He was very attentive and chatted with us frequently. I tried the Stew beer which was a New England IPA and it was fabulous. My friend tried the Bitch'N Betty and Peanut Butter Pie and she loved both. They even have a beer, called Beer! We did order some apps too, the fried pickles and jumbo stuffed tater kegs. Both were so delicious, but I'd highly suggest the tater kegs. They look like little kegs, bigger than normal tater tots and are packed with flavor and some sour cream on the side. It was larger than I expected inside and they do open the outside in the warmer months. Although on a busier road, it wasn't too hard to get in or out and they have a decent sized parking lot. Cute place right at streets edge with a front and back patio and upstairs area too. Beers are unique. The juicehead beer has kick of orange and would be a great brunch choice.Theu have a nice selection of handheld food and snacking items and a whiskey menu too. the Bitch'n Betty is a blueberry beer. This beer only got more of a blueberry flavor after the fresh blueberries sat in my glass for a bit. The open air garage doors make for a comfortable setting on a summer's night. read more

Stopped here for dinner on a Wednesday evening, the brewery wasn't very busy. We were greeted promptly and directed to choose whatever table we preferred. The hostess was pleasant and attentive. We were greeted promptly by our waitress who explained the beer choices (they serve only what they brew). I ordered a stout and my wife an ale. Mine was crisp and tasty. We ordered food as well, the menu is a bit limited, really designed just to complement the beer. I ordered a steak sandwich and my wife ordered a burger. Both the sandwich and the burger were ok, completely edible, just not outstanding. This is to be expected as their focus is clearly on the beer. The restaurant seats about sixty on the first floor and thirty something on the mezzanine. The surfaces are mostly hard making it on the noisy side. A great place to watch the street traffic with large overhead glass doors facing the street and private parking lot. Axe throwing was a one time thing outside so far. All in all not a bad experience, we might return, just nice to have another choice nearby even if we don't get there every week. read more

Awesome service, awesome set up, the staff gives back to first responders and the food is awesome. The PB&J beer and the tater tots are awesome. I highly recommend trivia night or when they have live entertainment. They also offer nights with a cigar company that comes in, absolutely awesome. read more

This place grew on me the second time around. The first time I went, it was near their grand opening and I found it kind of loud, small , and none of their beers blew me away . I noticed they started a Wednesday trivia night , so I arranged for a few of us to check it out! We all had a pretty good time ! I ordered an Apple pie hard seltzer and it was pretty damn tasty (and only $5 a piece that night ) I ended up having a couple of them . The trivia set up was fun and relaxing and that Wednesday had the perfect noise level. Our server was attentive and willing to hand out samples of some of their beers to try first. There was a very strong odor when we first came in , maybe the barely/hops .... But it reminded us of a farm . Nothing a couple drinks couldn't dull! Didn't try anything from the food menu this time around, but someone in our group won the $25 gift card for coming in 1st place for trivia , so perhaps next time? BTW, yours truly came in 2nd! Cool little brewery in Orchard Park, nice selection of beer and not a bad deal for a flight of 4 for $12. Very good food, got the spicy Jalapeño burger and it didn't disappoint. Nice TV selection and they even have the hatchet throwing option. Friendly service and quick food making. Definitely stop in this cool Southtowns spot. read more

I really like the energy in here. Staff is welcoming and accommodating. Lots of community involvement for sure. Cops, firefighters abound, offering to help keep this growing business during time of struggle (2020-2021). The music has been a nice change of pace... lots of country in an otherwise suburban setting. Beers have some work to do. Lots of what seem to be additives in many of them?? Though I really enjoyed the "Mr. Nice beer"... advertised as a NEIPA (w/ pink guava pineapple and lemon notes) but drinks more as a "tropical drink melting in you hand"... name that tune? I didn't get to try their food. They just started up with their kitchen but I did look at their menu... standard fried food / burger pub joint. From the looks of it, there is good interest in keeping this business alive as new renovations are moving ahead nicely. read more

The vibe is great, but I'm not sure about the drinks! The lemonade seltzer pictured is not carbonated. We let the server know and she said that's intentional. If you're interested in alcoholic lemonade it's for you, but for our crew, not so much! Also they say they serve Pepsi but it didn't taste like it at all so not sure what's going on there! I had some pickle chips those were alright. The menu says fresh fries and they are frozen ones. The live music was great and good atmosphere though! read more

Family is in town and my son and I are veterans as well as first responders. This is the place to visit for good beer, good food, great service and just a great feel. It's just a friendly and cozy joint. Everyone is just fantastic. You should visit if you haven't done so already. And they also have a Bourbon Bar. read more

Great place and very welcoming for all different types of people. Really awesome that they included a Covid friendly outdoor space and we were warm the whole time. Beer was great, we started with 2 flights to try everything. Landed on a really good beer called Bitch'n Betty which tastes just like a blueberry muffin and We The People which is a light blonde ale. Ordered the pretzels to start and they were served with a spicy mustard and a beer cheese, everything was individually packaged including silverware. They were really good. Ordered the chicken club sandwich and the cheesesteak hoagie for dinner. Food was good, not like out of this world, but filling and tasty without feeling like I had so much I wanted to pass out. Left plenty of space to enjoy more of the delicious beer. Awesome vibes and they donate a portion of their sales to a charity for vets or first responders every month. Also all first responders get a dollar off each drink which is cool. Really cool and chill vibe and really conscientious staff who knew their stuff and were very friendly. read more

Not my favorite. Saturday night I asked for a draft pilsner or lager or ale without fruit or candy flavor and all they could offer was one IPA. The owner/bartender explained that's what everybody wants. Well not this body. A shame too. Nice people, comfortable space, good vibe, but I wasn't happy with the product. read more

If your gonna go there, you might want to bring some ear plugs. The music is EXTREMELY loud! It's really not needed. The place isn't that big. Good selection of music however...country. My husband wanted to get a 4 pack. Our waitress told us some bologna about not doing 4 packs. But the group of people sitting in front of us, got a 4 pack to go . read more

Sourdough pretzel appetizer came with two significant portions of a beer cheese dip and a sweet ground mustard, but the single pretzel served was no larger than your hand. Korean BBQ chicken sandwich - over cooked, dry chicken, with tough, stringy edges. Smash burgers were reported by my dinning companions to be lacking flavor. Again, not terrible but the quality and quantity doesn't justify the asking price. It's tough to find good places in the south towns, especially with vegan options, which was one of the features that attracted us to give Wayland another try tonight. But there are certainly some better, and more reasonably priced places to go.
