If you're looking for cool live music off the beaten path, this is the place. I came here for the…read moreVindy's show in June and had a nice time. There is mostly standing room for the venue, with some tables on the main level and a small balcony level for tables. I think everything was still walk-up service at the bar for that night. I didn't get any food and only had water to drink (stay hydrated!), but it looked like a pretty expansive menu for drinks. I was a little wary about the immediate surrounding area, since the streets immediately around the venue were cobblestone. This made it kind of hard to walk, when it wasn't super well lit. I was also confused by the parking arrangement in the area, since it seemed like the garage had some access restriction and the parking around the backside of the building also had confusing signage. This is not a criticism of the business whatsoever, just an important note for the other aspects of your visit.

Large drink menu and very reasonably priced (considering it's downtown.) Perfect pre-game spot. Limited food menu so don't come for a real meal. Also came to a silent disco here in the past. Versatile venue downtown. Owners do a great job with the spot.

I could not judge the space as a concert hall. My estimate is a capacity of 400-500 chairs, in rows of 14 the floor, plus the balcony. I was there to see Judy Collins, who still has a wonderful voice. (She is 87). A friend asked why she was not performing in the Mary Seton room at Kleinhans Music Hall. I think the acoustics are better here, as are the slightly padded chairs. It is certainly more intimate.

We parked right across from the venue. The venue is located in a refurbished church and the highlight for me was seeing all the fixtures including pews and glass stained windows still in tact. Getting in was easy they just checked our ids and scanned our tickets. Short walk from the entrance to the actual music area. There is a floor standing room area you can watch the music, as well as two elevated seating areas. The seats were pews and very roomy. It was nice to be able to sit and enjoy the show free from the crowds. The sound quality was mostly good but at times I found it was very loud and hard to hear what the musician was saying. Didn't get any drinks or use the bathroom, so I can't comment on this aspect. Overall, I thought this was a great venue.

The food was good. However, they did not replenish the food quickly at all and seemed a bit out of sorts. I had a romaine leaf in a champagne flute with some very good Caesar dressing for a salad. A Nice beef carving station. Pasta that I could not eat as it wasnt gluten free but they did have things marked very nicely.Gluten free which I really appreciate. There is no potato or vegetable offering. So I just had a lettuce leaf and 2 thin slices of beef (ebough for a slider sammie), a small scoop of goat cheese topped with some beets which was super yummy but no crackers or anything with it. Andd could not eat the dessert. The bartenders were super nice and took very good care of us. I would say go and try it and ask about where to park if u plan on a med sized event. And make sure there is enough food and ask about dietary restrictions.

The space is set up and decorated beautifully! So many different spots to take pictures or just hang out. And then the actual banquet area was very spacious and looked very elegant with the string lights, tablecloths and cloth napkins. Everyone who walked in couldn't believe how great the space was. The food was also fantastic! We just had a regular dinner buffet with baked chicken, roast beef and sides, but everything was very tasty! The star of the meal was the chef selection of mini desserts! Everyone raved about it and everything was absolutely delicious! I could have eaten those lemon bars all weekend. The thing that put everything over the top was the courtyard. Everyone did not see it as soon as they came in but once they did venture outside, no one wanted to come back in. Good thing the program part of the banquet was already over. We took wonderful pictures. The fire pit was lit, and everyone just wanted to stay for as long as possible. I only wish we could have stayed past 10. The only downside was the A/V. But i think if you are bringing your own speakers and things, it would be fine. All in all, I would absolutely, unquestionably refer this space to anyone looking to have an event. We had around 120 people, and we were in the larger room, but even the smaller room looked great when I peeked in.

I cannot say enough good things about The Terrace at Delaware Park. We had our wedding there June…read more28th. Selecting this venue was the EASIEST and BEST decision we made during our wedding planning process. We rented out the whole facility and it was well worth it. You get to work with Kristina and Joey to plan everything along the way. The two of them and their teams are remarkable and made planning and executing our big day so easy. We had a waterfront ceremony, followed by a cocktail hour in the restaurant level where they passed our signature drinks and served delicious appetizers. Our guests LOVED the patio for our cocktail hour and there was plenty of space for everyone. The food was incredible and they pride themselves on not serving traditional banquet food. We selected the filet, chicken Milanese, and seasonal vegan dish as our entrees and our guests loved them. The staff was amazing working with our day of vendors. Whether it was helping set up our tables, genuinely wishing us the best on our big day, or the bartenders literally running to help get a stain out of my wedding dress, their staff is amazing. The Terrace truly has it down to a science for weddings and events and I would recommend them to anyone considering!
