Not like I needed a reminder, but One Pie Pizza Co. serves up an excellent, truly authentic Buffalo-style pizza. This time I ordered their take on a WNY specialty pizza: the chicken finger pizza. In short, it was fantastic! Since I'm a member of their rewards program, I received a "$5 off your next order" code and figured it'd been a couple months since my last visit. The coupon couldn't have come at a better time. I placed my order online on a Saturday around 4:15pm for a 5:05pm pick-up. I know, you lose a bit of the personability when you don't call the restaurant to place an order, but online ordering is so easy and quick, and I love being able to pick my pick-up time and know my order will be ready, and paid for, when I arrive. As of 07/2026, the inside of One Pie Pizza Co. underwent a remodel. It's not as spacious, but I think it opens up their kitchen more, which I'm 100% on-board with since that means more pizza and other goodies. The staff are just as friendly and courteous as ever, I'm glad that hasn't changed. So, for dinner, I ordered a QTR Sheet (six slice) from their "SUPER Specialty Pizza" menu - The BFLO Chicken Finger (blue cheese base) cooked "LIGHT WELL DONE", which is a choice between their homemade red sauce or blue cheese base that is topped with diced chicken fingers, mozzarella cheese, and Frank's (medium) sauce. The "LIGHT WELL DONE" option is for cooking the dough underneath a bit more, firming it up, making it crispier. I like a little extra cook on my pizza as, sometimes, the Buffalo-style dough is a bit too limp, almost soggy/wet, which makes holding a slice... challenging. haha Now, I've had a few chicken finger pizzas throughout the years and while I love them, they don't always love me back. They're typically very dense pizzas thanks to all the cheese (blue cheese base AND cheese blends on top) but I was impressed with how well One Pie Pizza Co.'s sat. Don't get me wrong, this pizza is absolutely loaded. When I opened the box, I was worried how I was going to pick it up as it looked messy, but as they say, appearances can be deceiving! I was impressed and didn't finish my meal wearing it all over my hands and face. Every slice was generously topped, the flavor was spot-on. Now, I love a cheesy pizza, but I really appreciate the constraint One Pie Pizza Co. showed with not going overboard with a "blend" of cheeses on top of a blue cheese base - The layer of mozzarella was plenty, a great flavor on its own. As with all of their pizza, this left me happy and full. With that $5 off coupon, this brought the price to under $20, an incredible price, especially in 2026! One Pie Pizza Co. remains one of my favorite pizzas in Buffalo. I'm glad I finally tried their chicken finger pizza, this was excellent. With how well it agreed with me, I'm pretty confident in saying One Pie Pizza Co. will be where I order chicken finger pizzas from exclusively going forward! read more

Excellent crispy crust. Go for bolder toppings. I had pepp with hit honey. I also had mush onion and that didn't hold up as well. Anthony Bourdain tip...I had to use restroom which is really only for staff. However it was super clean and nice and AB says if they keep it that nice you can imagine the kitchen. Well done One Pie! read more

Good pizza with ample toppings and a sweeter sauce. I highly recommend getting a side or two of their blue cheese with your pizza.

Ordered a vegan pizza and was advised twice they had vegan pepperoni. After getting the pizza home and consuming some, reached out again to find out they don't carry vegan pepperoni. Brought the situation to their attention and not only did they not accept responsibly, they did not offer a refund and they essentially called me a liar. Will never order again nor recommend them. Edit: They called and left a voice mail explaining they reviewed tape and reprimanded the employee. Refunded the whole check. While the overall resolution is satisfactory, it took for days of attempted communication, of which many of my attempts when unanswered. read more

First time trying One Pie Pizza. We ordered the ricotta, pepperoni & hot honey pizza and the chicken and waffles pizza. 1/2 sheet each. The crust is crunchy on the sides somewhat like a Detroit style with a chewy middle. The ingredients are fresh and compliment each other well. The garlic butter crust on the breakfast pizza stood out and definitely enhanced the flavor overall. The homemade blue cheese is excellent and I highly recommend picking up a few. The red sauce on the pepperoni pizza is sweet but also has a good amount of seasoning in it. The pepperoni is cup and char style. The hot honey wasn't very hot so I added red pepper flakes. The flavor itself was delicious though and I'd order it again. read more

I love One Pie. The pizza is one of the best i've tried so far. I love the pizza here. Great ingredients. The employees are really nice and respectful. The ambiance is nice and One Pie doesn't get enough love, though it is on Clinton St (Which is a busy st.) read more

They have vegan pizza!! Pizzas here a sheet, half sheet, quarter sheet...they don't do round pizzas. They also don't appear to have a fryer, so no wings, fries, or fried apps. A half sheet has a full pound of cheese, whether it's vegan or dairy. Not sure what kind of cheese this is - doesn't look like anything I've seen before - but a solid option in South Buffalo/West Seneca if you need a vegan pie. read more

Tried this spot randomly and it was pretty good. A little pricey for 6 slices, but I guess that's everywhere these days. It was $25 for a quarter Pie. Ordered online and I was ready when I got there. We got the Allen Goat which is red sauce, chicken, goat cheese, bacon and onions I believe. Had a nice taste and blue cheese for dipping was decent. The bacon was good. I'd go back and try something different. What I thought was different from other pizza places was they dont have any wings. Not an issue, just an observation. They had desserts and other food for reheating available in the fridges inside that you could grab. read more

Two weeks ago I was visiting family and friends in West Seneca and had a craving for good pizza. One-Pie Pizza was suggested. One word describes their pizza - WOW!!! Being Italian, I've consumed my fair share of tomato pies, but One-Pie was without a doubt, the best pizza I had in years. Their store front was easily-accessible, clean and orderly (naturally, lots of Bills memorabilia). Service was extremely friendly. I've returned to Ocala, Florida and now have night time dreams of consuming another One-Pie Pizza with my cold beer! Nick C. read more

Pizza is as good as advertised. Blue cheese is OK but nothing to write home about like some of the people right leaving reviews. There's still nothing like Rooties for blue cheese. They jar their stuff and ship them out to local stores, and they still have the chunks of blue cheese in it.. these modern day pizzas in Buffalo don't remember what chunks are in a blue cheese. Pizza is fabulous. Kind of reminds me of the old Leonardi's Pizza that closed several years ago. I'm glad to have found a similar style pizza. read more

This is definitely on the list for pizza. Very, very tasty pie. The service is always excellent. The establishment is very clean and maintained so not much ambiance as it's take out but they are obviously BILLS fans and that's always a plus! Try the other items such as, salads and definitely the cannolis. I think you'll like this joint. read more

Something seriously off with this pizza today. The sauce, the dough, and definitely the cheese wasn't what it was in the numerous times ordered prior. The consistency of the cheese wasn't almost grainy. I'm not sure if they ran out of their usual ingredients or what. If this is the new norm it would be a shame. read more

I can't remember the last time I was at One Pie Pizza. It was definitely pre-pandemic. I was having a friend over and wanted to get this perfect pie. I called a couple hours ahead of time to place my order. I arrived at 5pm and realized that you do not go inside to get your pie, you drive up to the side window. The transaction was quick. They have raised their prices a little, but for a delicious pizza and one of my favorites, I'm willing to pay it. The 1/2 sheet pizza comes with one cup of homemade blue cheese, which is also delicious. My friend was drooling over how good the pizza was and commented that she had missed having a traditional Buffalo pie. This pizza has a nice sized crust, great pepperoni and sweet sauce. I wish they were open on the weekends, but I'm glad they finally opened during COVID. read more

Shawn's Pizza Reviews REVIEW # 13 ONE PIE PIZZA CLINTON ST. BUFFALO, NY SCORE 8.4 Fun fact, One Pie only prepares for a certain number of pizzas everyday and once they are sold out, they close for they day. Dine in is not available at the moment as you must pickup at the window. This pizza is in my opinion. A pretty thick slice, the cheese was delicious but the sweet sauce is what did it for me. Everyone I was with had it rated it in the seven range, but I believe it deserves better than that. If you've never had it, definitely check it out! read more

My order: three little pigs My coworker recommended this place. The slight sweetness to the sauce on the pizza was nice. The local shop had cute decorations for Easter. I am not sure how they are making money, here. As far as I know, Crack costs well more than $18 yet somehow there is no other explanation how this pizza makes you an immediate addict for $18. Quality paired with simplicity really tickles my fancy. Throw pizza into the mix and I'm sold. This place focuses on one sized pies made with quality ingredients and multiple toppings to choose from. We got the cheese and pepperoni half-sheet from their menu which is another cool thing about this place. The rates are flat and tax is already included. What you see is what you pay. I wish every place did this! Upon first glance the pizza looked extremely delicious and I was not let down. I loved everything about it. Their thick sweet red sauce, charred pepperoni, tasty cheese and dough that seemed to be cooked to near perfection. The thin layer of textured crispy dough on the bottom gave stability to the entire slice as you ate and complimented every last bite down to the crust. Their homemade bleu cheese is also primo. Top echelon Buffalo-style pizza. I would place them on a top-5 list for pizza in Buffalo, if you like the thicker-dough Buffalo style. I normally prefer a thinner crust, but One Pie does thick crust the right way. The dough is thick, but not dense or gummy. It's light and airy with a slight chew, and importantly it's baked thoroughly. Additionally, the crust is not hard and is almost as delicious as the cheesy part, especially with the blue cheese dipping sauce included. The sauce is a bit sweet, but not overly so. Ample cheese and quality pepperoni. I have not tried the other toppings. You won't find wings, subs, chicken fingers, tacos or anything else except pizza at One Pie, unless you count the blue cheese, cookies and pop. Odd that they have great blue cheese, but no wings. Major downside is limited hours and no Saturdays or Sundays so don't count on getting their pizza for football games unless you buy it on Friday and reheat it on Sunday. I'm surprised they can make money without being open weekends and for football games, but if they can make it work, good for them. If your timing is just right and you can get one of their pizzas, I highly recommend. read more

This is one of the best Buffalo style pizzas I have had. I can't believe I haven't tried this place sooner. Husband and I ordered a 1/4 size pepperoni, well done. The cook was perfect. Lots of pepperoni. I really liked their sauce. We each got 3 decent sized squares, and I was full. The crust is thicker but not overwhelmingly thick, like some Buffalo style pizzas. This will definitely be a go-to as it is so good and less than 10 minutes from my house. read more

THIS PLACE ROCKS MY SOCKS. This place is ONLY pizza ALL the time! So make sure you prefer it a night you don't want to share your appetite with wings or chicken fingers! Their menu holds half sheets or multiple half sheets of pizzas. That's right! It's great for 2-4 people and we have leftovers each time! The slices are perfect size, the dough is lip-smacking good and the sauce is sweeter (which I LOVE LOVE LOVE). They also have a rad points system that gets you cool perks like 2liters and extra blue cheeses man! A cool neighborhood place with modern decor inside and friendly staff. This is my new favorite shop. I do hope they have t shirts because I'm a devotee as of now. read more

I typically don't post pizza pictures because I have already ruined them by taking a slice. This was the case. One Pie Pizza has an interesting concept. Half sheets only, and they sell till they run out. Fine by me. The crust is a perfect Buffalo medium thickness. The sauce is sweet, but does have spices in it (is that oregano?), and the toppings, pepperoni especially are fresh. Not to mention, they make a homemade blue cheese. When you go in, they have a rewards program. You just enter your phone number. After I did so, I got a text and already a $3 coupon on my next pizza! Also, their prices are super reasonable. This is a great addition to the Kaisertown area, and Buffalo in general! read more
