Was in town visiting family and typically try to have a different pizza on each visit: I'm convinced all pizza in WNY is good, however, this place is fantastic! Pricing is more than fair in todays economy for what you get. Pizza is thicker than typical however is not doughy and rather tasty. The homemade red sauce is over the top; should be a staple ingredient served on all pizzas everywhere! I ordered The Italian 1/2 sheet, my only knock would be that the sausage was rather scarce. This place is nearby and per the reviews I've been wanting to try this place out for sometime now...well yesterday evening we finally did lol the pizza was pretty darn good, ordered a half sheet cheese and pep with their homemade blue cheese and yes while it was $17 it was worth it because the quality was solid ! Cheese and pep ratio was perfect, I'm a big sauce guy and I enjoyed their sauce and we have enough left over for the next few days. Cannot go wrong with One Pie Pizza. This is the go-to place for me and my friends while watching sporting events. It is a little pricey, however, you pay for what you get. The pizza here is delicious and the staff is super friendly! It's pickup only and the only pie I've tried so far is a half-sheet of cheese and pepperoni ($15). It was delicious! Classic Buffalo pizza with a sweet red sauce and they gave me a side of blue cheese to go with the pizza. The blue cheese was high quality and seemed to be made in house. The pizza was delightful. The squares in the half sheet were cut fairly large so you could get more out of it if you cut it a bit smaller if you're feeding a larger group, but all in all I was very pleased with the pizza. This establishment focuses on the pizza so it was the only option available menu wise. And I guess it's available until it's gone as I'm assuming limited quantities are available for their extremely limited business hours. One downfall because I don't decide to order my pizza until at least 10pm most times and they close at like 8?? And I do usually like wings with my pizza but could always get elsewhere however it's the convenience of it all... This time I didn't mind because I wanted to try their pizza. Very good pizza, is one of my favorites, however the sauce or cheese does not like my acid reflux very much so unfortunately not the best pizza option for myself unless I want to pay the consequences once said and done. If you love thick dough and unique sauce, this is the pizza for you. It had a bitter sweetness to it that I enjoyed...Not to mention you get a free side of homemade bleu cheese along with every pizza. I'm not a dipper but it was that good that I did it anyway. Best part of this place is that sales tax is already included in the prices listed on the menu so no change necessary everything is rounded to dollar amounts and no hidden up charges that I tend to have to figure out at most pizza places as I'm picking up and get a new total. read more

Favorite pizza place right now. Their toppings are fresh, their tomato sauce is sweet and chunky, their dough is chewy and delicious with a crispy edge. They are not skimping on quality to make bigger profits. I would recommend this place for pizza without batting an eye. I even love their blue cheese sauce, which I thought was super weird at first. Then I started grabbing a bag of carrots from Wegman's across the street and have never looked back. It's legit good blue cheese with chunks of the real stuff in it! Easily my favorite local pizza place now, after trying it once (and I have since been back more). My wife and I have been experimenting with as many pizza places as possible around us, a mission which usually ends in tears and regret, but this is definitely the winner so far! Great, friendly service, with an efficient menu (other pizza places take not: focus on the pizza -- you don't need an entire menu of other junk!), and always quality ingredients as toppings. The house bleu cheese sauce adds another unique element to the mixture. I hope they can grow and expand to maybe lengthen those hours and days they are open - they'd make a killing! read more

My new favorite Buffalo pizza place! I have had their pizza a couple times in the last few months. If you like "tray pizza" as I call it with the sauce all the way out to the edge, golden crust, and a sweet sauce, this place is for you. I do not have one style of pizza in Buffalo I favor, but I like this to mix it up. They are only open 3-8pm on weekdays, or until they sell out, and just focus on the 1/2 sheet sized pizza, so if you are looking for appetizers, wings, etc, they don't have it (usually). I have seen some specials they will run for gnocchi or meatballs, but those are not regular menu items. They have point system tied to your phone that sends coupons (I just got a $4 off pizza+1 topping, making it $12!) and easy location across from Dick Rd Wegmans next to Valu. I have ordered 3-5 pm and my pizza has been ready in 15-20 minutes. Their toppings are very fresh and plentiful. I've mainly gotten veggies as topping so far though, though got pepperoni once and it was great too, and I only eat pepperoni pizza about once a year. For the vegetables, they have fresh red onions and large covering of mushrooms. Would love to see red peppers as a topping/mixed with the green. Lots of cheese and the sauce is sweet, but not too much. The crust is cooked evenly with a buttery, golden finish thanks to the tray + conveyor ovens. They do only slice the sheet into 10 larger pieces which are very filling, but cut into 20 pieces, they would still be plenty big enough for a crowd. They feature a homemade "secret ingredient" blue cheese which they include one container with each pizza. I love blue cheese, but I have to say I personally don't like this. It is way too salty for my taste, and seems closer to ranch than blue cheese. I've tried it a couple of times, but I will pass. When I have said I didn't want the blue cheese, they were kind enough to offer me a pop. Not a big deal, I come here for the pizza! I totally recommend checking them out, One Pie is my "One Pie" in town for right now! read more

Ate this pizza many times while it was located in Depew (has now since moved to West Senenca). What can I say? Some of the best pizza in Western New York. Here's the kicker about the place, they only make pizza, nothing else. And you know what? I respect it. I wish the place also made chicken wings, but, I'm not complaining. Their dough is made fresh daily, and the ingredients they give to their consumers tastes quite fresh. The pizza sauce has a sweet and tangy flavor, with good creamy mozzarella cheese. And the pepperoni are delightful curl and burns. This is real classic Buffalo style pizza and it's a real best kept secret. Forget Bocce, La Nova, Imperial, or Jay's Artisan, One Pie is the best. Half sheet pizzas for 17 bucks. Worth the price. read more

If you sign up for their company card you get notifications once or twice a month for special deals with the purchase of a pizza. We scored some gnocchi with red sauce once and it was to die for. Updated! I had another pie from here and it was just as good if not better than the first! This pizza is addicting! Sooo as I have mentioned the blue cheese being so good...well this time I ate the leftover blue cheese on Pringles ( reduced fat! Don't judge me! lol) and then I proceeded to scrap the leftover out of the container with my finger. So. Good! Sweet, unique and delicious! If you don't like a really sweet pizza sauce this is not for you but I do so more for me. I've tried a lot of pizza places in my time and this ranks near the top of my list. It was unlike any I've ever had. The crust is golden brown and delicious, the sauce is thick, garlicky and sweet mmmm! Even the pepperoni is tasty! I love the free container of blue cheese as well. Passed this place for years, randomly decided to try it, they only have one size pizza, limited toppings and sweet sauce, makes decision making even easier. It's not conveniently located for me, however we order from there at least 3x a month. It's so good that I order wings from the pizza place by my house and pizza from One Pie Pizza... have to drive out of my way and make two stops as well as coordinating pick up times... so worth the effort read more
