Mexican lager - A glass of yellow beer with a logo on the front is placed on a yellow table at a brewery. The beer has a thin layer of foam on top, and the glass is slightly wet with condensation. In the background, other patrons are seated, some wearing sports jerseys, and another similar glass of beer is visible. The setting appears to be a casual brewery or bar environment with a lively atmosphere.

Great atmosphere, quick service but if you aren't an ipa fan, your selections are relatively limited. I got the Mexican lager and maybe it was just me but it still had a pretty strong hop forward flavor to it. Drinkable for maybe one or two, but not a crusher. But if ipa is your thing , they got you covered.

Black & Blue Smash Burger - liked the soft roll to soak up the greasy goodness

Acoustics a bit loud especially if going before a game or show at the arena/ballpark, so probably better to leave your parents at home, but bring your loud kids, they will blend right in. I do like the concept of scanning the QR code at the table, ordering your food/drinks, and paying with your phone. Makes it less stressful timing-wise if you have somewhere to go right after. Also, you can order their merch (they have super cool shirts/sweatshirts) by scanning the code - easy peasy. Food was hit and miss. Our Black & Blue burger was missing the bacon, but didn't realize until we were heading out - oops. A bit too much pickled red onion, which made it super messy to eat. Also wish I could have customized toppings a bit more (e.g. blue cheese dressing instead of crumbles), yeah, I'm that person. They did master a spin on the pizza rolls with an Italian flair. That vodka sauce was dynamite. Also liked the dipping sauces for the fries (ordered the Dill Pickle Aioli). But the serving size was HUGE and unrealistic for a fry side or basket. Would like to see a smaller option with a lower price. Happy to see a kids menu; a family friendly spot before a Bandits game is a big bonus. Plus my crew was fully entertained with the arcade games that they spent all their hard-earned change on. Overall, good brewery spot with food. Worth a stop before an event downtown.

New location is open! - The photo depicts an indoor dining space, likely a brewery or restaurant, with several groups of patrons seated at tables. The ceiling is decorated with numerous hanging light bulbs arranged in patterns. The space has a modern industrial design with concrete floors and metal furnishings. Large glass doors and windows are visible in the background, allowing natural light to enter. The atmosphere appears lively and casual.

New location is open. Bar food menu available at this location. Great service. This place is gorgeous and there is space for events.

I'm a huge Other Half fan but unfortunately menu was heavily on IPAS which were awesome. Just wanted to try more stouts. But worth a visit to this brewery.

The image shows the interior of a brewery with large floor-to-ceiling windows allowing natural light to fill the space. A TV is positioned near the windows, displaying a sports event. There are yellow tables with stools around them, and potted plants are placed along the window ledge. A chalkboard sign and some cardboard displays are also visible, indicating the brewery's offerings and ordering instructions.

After a work event nearby came over to kill some time. I wish I did better research, so I won't be disappointed that all 8 of their taps are IPAs. It's a rather cavernous space, with some arcade games on one end. Basic metal tables and chairs. No A/C but they tried to keep some fans blowing. It was rather warm inside nonetheless, and I was sweating as I drank my beer. They do offer 4oz pours so great if you want a variety. A variety of IPAs, that is.

A chalkboard sign with a wooden frame features colorful hand-drawn lettering and illustrations. The sign reads "WELCOME to OTHER HALF BUFFALO" with decorative trees, clouds, and a background of red, white, and blue stripes. It is displayed outdoors or in a casual setting, indicating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors to the brewery.

I've been a big fan of this brewery for years now but I never had a chance to visit the original location in Brooklyn; or any location. I grew up in Buffalo but moved to Las Vegas years ago; I still visit Buffalo frequently to visit family. When I heard about the Rochester brewery I was excited and then a taproom in Buffalo even better. The beers were amazing ! From the super fresh hoppy IPAS on tap to the dark rich boozy stouts poured from bottles. The guy pouring the beers was great too! Now I need to get to Brooklyn!

Indoor - The image shows a large, open brewery space with high ceilings and exposed structural elements. The interior has extensive windows allowing natural light, arcade games along the back wall, and various seating options including yellow tables and stools. Patrons are seated, and the space appears casual and modern, with a concrete floor and industrial design elements.

A great addition to their other locations. However the bartenders were saying that this is just a temporary location, and they'll be in the building next door next year. This temporary location is open and airy, with tables to sit at and some arcade games to play. They have so many great beers, it's hard to pick just one. So a flight is the way to go! Lots of IPAs and less of others, but that works for me because I'm an IPA gal. We got there before the Sabres game was over and glad we did because it filled up quick!

Hanging with the boys. - A man with glasses, a beard, and a black cap sits at a table in an indoor setting, wearing a black T-shirt and jeans. He is surrounded by three dogs on leashes: a small fluffy dog with a purple bandana, a white and tan dog, and a brown dog with a colorful bandana. There are tables and chairs around, and a large TV screen displaying a baseball game is visible in the background. The setting appears to be a casual venue, possibly a bar or cafe, with natural light coming through large windows.

Very austere, minimaliat set up inside. Metal tables set fairly far apart. Flat screen showing sports, and old fashioned arcade games that now cost $1 to play. I must be getting old, I remember when they were 25 cents! Floor to ceiling windows are nice, and there is a large outside seating area. Dog friendy inside and out. Bathrooms are in trailers, so be prepared to have to walk outside to go. Hopefully, they're planning to move those inside before winter. Beer is usual his selection of Other Half brews, priced a little higher than other local breweries, 'cause they're Other Half and they can.

the inside of the building - The image shows a large indoor space with high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and metal framework. Glass walls and windows surround the area, allowing visibility to the outside. Several people are gathered, some standing and some sitting on chairs, near a makeshift counter made of wooden pallets. The space appears to be a public or event venue with a casual atmosphere, featuring industrial design elements and bright lighting.

Good place if your favorite beer is an IPA. But if you're looking for some other beer, go elsewhere.

I really wanted to love this since it's such a cute space but the drinks are terrible and the service wasn't much better.

Came here for dinner the other night and I realized I had never left a review after coming here…read morebefore. So this one will make up for all the other nights too. This spot has always been a favorite of mine. It really makes the one end of Main Street in Williamsville. We started out with the pretzels and elote dip. The chips for the elote were great too and the dip was a great way to start the meal. The pretzels were soft and chewy and I really enjoyed the mustard they used. I couldn't decide on the main part of my dinner and kept going back between a pizza and a burger. Ended up going with the Nashville Hot Chicken pizza and I was very happy with the choice. The pizza had some heat but nothing too crazy. The wood fire pizza itself was cooked perfectly. Very good and I will definitely be back for more of their pizzas. I also ended up getting a piece of cheesecake to take home and it was great! Very sweet and creamy. I have never seen a rectangle piece of cheesecake before, but maybe that's the secret to why it was so good. We will definitely be back for more here. We love coming here with friends and it is a good spot for dinner or a double date.

This review is long over due, but better late than never, right? I was in town for a few days and a…read morefew coworkers and I planned to grab dinner here one night. Why this place? Well, they were on the list of Yelp Buffalo's top places to eat in 2025, so of course we had to give them a try. The space itself is really beautiful. Nestled alongside a river with a cabinesque vibe. Stone exterior, with wood floors, exposed brick, and large fermentation tanks on the interior. It's really quite cozy. As for food, our table shared one of their tasty dips - the elote one to be exact. Elote is delicious on its own, but in dip form with pickled red onions, fire! I could eat an entire bucket of this stuff. When it came to my main course I ordered what I call the basic girl dinner, a caesar salad and fries... but here I went with the tater tots because I was told they are heavenly. My salad was a good portion size and exactly what you want when you order a caesar. As for the tots, the amount you get is insane and they were in fact, fried to a crispy perfection. They definitely hit the spot. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal and I can see why Yelpers in Buffalo rate this spot so high. If I lived nearby I would definitely be a frequent flyer.
