I got the plain lager and it was hoppier than a lager should be. That's the thing, all their stuff is very hoppy and IBU levels aren't shown on the menu. Is there really that much difference to need 17 IPAs? Have a few other styles. They once had something brown, I don't remember if it was a stout, porter, or brown ale, but it was good and not overly hopped. Something like that should be on the menu all the time in addition to a few other styles. They could still have 10 IPAs available. I noticed my previous review indicated 12 ounce pours. The only option was"Vodka drink" when I pushed it, it said I needed to go to the bar. They had a couple of cocktails premade, but all with whiskey and gin. It just felt like we had an odd amount of super polite attention, that others were not getting. When I took a hard look around, I realized everyone there were dressed similarly, were polite, composed, quiet, having fun, and smiling. They looked like they all came straight from the same church. That's when it hit me, this is a community place with deep roots. They probably don't get many different types of people here.
