Servers are attentive and helpful, tables are cleaned up quickly to sit next group. Food 4/5 Food was delicious, my favorite being the biria tacos and the 10oz steak. It came with sauces and salt to further enhance the flavour. The consommé for the tacos were full of flavour as well.

But the single best thing was the nice Moose & Squirrel Bar. Bartender was nice. Discussing beer options, I got the Brimstone, which was a solid beer. I'm not a big beer or even drinker in general, but Canada has some great beers, and Brimstone was no exception. Still, I'm loyal to Molson, my favorite, which will be mentioned 2 reviews from now. All I know is Molson is a lot more expensive in the US now thanks to our President who likes to put his name on everything: so I name what they are, TRUMP Tariffs. This is apropos as today is Election Day in the US as I write this. Brimstone beer was a solid choice. They had several beers on tap, various other beer, wine, & other choices at the bar. You could even get Starbucks at the bar too, which is cool. Although if I lived there, I'd go for Tim Hortons or others for coffee, but still cool. Bar area is an open area adjacent to the lobby of the hotel. It was very clean, some baseball on TV in there, which was nice, although wasn't overly invested in Detroit Tigers & Chicago White Sox that night. Overall, going to a great hotel bar was a highlight of the trip, one of many including of course Niagara Falls itself.
