Had a chance to have a full view of the stage & we were seated right away before an influx of people arrived. Staff were friendly & the band played do well. Very nice ambiance, classy but food is okay

Service was......not good. Young man was as trying very hard I'm sure but fell short. Bloody Mary and Spanish Coffee were disappointing and will not try again. Young lady had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch French toast. She enjoyed since she really likes cinnamon. Wife and son had the classic Benedict's. Ate every bite. I tried the EGGS SHAKSHUKA which was a disappointment. Tomatoes seemed to come straight from can with no seasoning and cilantro was scarce. Not too expensive but tomorrow I'll spend the money.

Located in the casino, Lucky's has a beautiful scenic view. The customer service was great, as soon as we walked in we were seated and served. My husband and I ordered an omelet, in which we added our own toppings. It was served with toast and potatoes. The omelet was fresh and flavorful. We then ordered the truffle fries and a side of pancakes. The truffle fries weren't as fresh as I'd like, they were a bit hard but hot. It tastes as if they weren't freshly out of the fryer but maybe reheated up. The pancakes had a cornmeal taste to them. They were decent. I gave it 4 stars because I didnt think this would be classified as a 5 star review just based on some of the food.

I love the ambiance here. It's modern yet intimate and I really like the booth style seating. Service was quick...a little too quick for my liking. There was one waiter that kept coming up to me asking if we're ready to order or if I was done with my food and I felt so rushed. The restaurant itself wasn't that busy either so I did find it a little annoying. Food was okay. I ordered the steak -- medium rare but it came out more medium and dry and it was SO BLAND. They offered HP sauce on the side without me asking for it and I'm so thankful cause there was literally no flavour to it. My friend ordered the salmon and it was surprisingly very yummy and moist with SO MUCH FLAVOUR. But the rice that came with it was questionable...tasted like congee rice lol. Portions for both are pretty good/decent sized. Hopefully their other food items will be better. They also have a live band in the evening but not sure if it's a weekend thing or everyday.

Really solid restaurant choice at fallsview casino! The location is right at the main entrance. The menu offers many choices for all tastes. Breakfast is before 2pm and the eggs Benedict was very tasty and very reasonably priced, especially considering things are generally priced higher at the casino. The salmon with mashed potatos was delicious and a big portion. The scallop was also good, but I next time I'll be getting the salmon again. Service was attentive and fairly quick. The inside is nicely decorated. Thanks, we'll be back next time!

Chick Pea Fritter Wrap.

I frequented this establishment for 3 nights in a row. Consistently great customer service from every employee I encountered. Polite, professional & personable at the same time attentive. I had the fish n chips, 2 large pieces of excellent cod. Quite a large portion. 1piece & I would have been satisfied, it was nice cuts of cod, with just the right amount of batter. The local craft brewers Niagara Brewing Company provides several great brews on tap. They also have a separate taproom you can buy cans & bottles for take home if you like. The Chick Pea Fritter Wrap is a new twist on the traditional falafel & I really enjoyed it! Open till 2 am, I really liked the staff & the food as well as the beer selection.

The fish and chips were one of the best I've had. We were walking from our hotel to the casino and this was the first place we came across and so we tried it. Everyone was very happy with their food as well as the service. If I'm ever back in Niagara Falls, I'd definitely come back here.

Mediterranean bowl was good. That salmon was not even good enough for cat food.

Horrid. Inedible salmon. I ordered Mediterranean Bowl and added salmon. The bowl was good, chickpeas were way too hard. My kid ordered a burger off of the kids menu, they brought out an adult burger. Son had steak and fries, under-seasoned and overcooked. Wife had falafel and that was good. Service was not good at all.

Classy little place for late night food and drinks just outside the casino at Fallsview. We came around 11pm as it was one of the few fancier places open til 1am/2am that wasn't a gastropub. The decor in the dining lounge is classy and has very comfy booths. The other half featured live music if you're into that. Service was quick and very friendly. I got my Raspberry Bourbon Sour within 5 min of ordering it. It had delightful bits of muddled raspberries in the bottom and the liquor pour was definitely on the heavier side ;-). This place had great reviews on their cocktails and I'd say its deserved. I would've had more but Im a lightweight. We weren't super hungry so just ordered the Shrimp Diabolo and a Caesar Salad. On paper the shrimp sounded good and the taste was there but if the intention was to pick up a tortilla chip topped with the shrimp and guac, then Im not a fan of the tail being present. I'd have to cut it off or spit it out regardless. The bacon was also tougher to chew since it was dry. The Caesar salad was a good caesar. Well dressed, shaved parm, and bacon chunks. The dressing had the hint of anchovy that Im a big fan of. Generous size too and we sadly had to abandon a third of it.

Farmers breakfast. Too much to eat. Eggs, sausage, bacon, peameal, potatoes and toast. Also baked beans.

Amazing place to have breakfast when in Niagara. The portions are huge and the quality of the food was great. The service was quick and attentive. You can't go wrong eating here.

a band playing in front of a stained glass window

We went to check this place out as a little pre St Party's celebration, grab dessert, and get our night started after dinner. It was surprisingly not as busy as I thought it would be, but it was definitely welcoming after the few days we'd had. There was a little two man band playing, and the ambiance itself was overall chill and relaxing. We grabbed a little four person set up right near the stage, and the bartender immediately greeted us with menus and drink options. After ordering everything came back pretty quickly, and we were straight into laid back mode and sweet heaven! The desserts are big enough to share, and very decadent. It was much needed after the dinner we had thrown down just a little bit earlier. I'm not sure what this place would be like on a weekend, but I'd recommend a week night any time!

Lucky omelette with side of 3 egg whites.

Fast friendly service. Food was great and good size portions for the price. I got the lucky omelette without the fontina and a side of egg whites. Waitress was accommodating.

Doc Magilligan's Restaurant & Irish Pub - Fish & Chips always good

It was located in a shared parking lot with a motel so there was plenty of parking. The interior was decorated nicely and truly felt like an Irish pub. I had the Taste of Ireland which consisted of your choice of 3 different pies. I went for Shepard, chicken pot, and one other. Our waitress was friendly and attentive during our visit. She made some good beer recommendations and they had a good selection of choices. Right when we were leaving they even had a live guitarist begin playing Inside the restaurant. Great vibe and atmosphere all around.

Tasty Pub Fare, Great Vibes & Even Better Reuben Bites!…read more Doc Magilligan's is a cozy Irish pub with a solid menu, a great beer selection, and a lively atmosphere. We really enjoyed the live music--it definitely added to the vibe, though it did make chatting a bit tricky at times. That said, the sets were short and added a fun touch to the evening. We started with a few appetizers, and everything hit the spot--the cauliflower bites were tasty, the spinach dip was solid, but the star was definitely the Reuben Bites--absolutely delicious! For mains, my wife ordered the mac and cheese and loved the depth of flavour--you can really taste the leeks, which was a nice twist. I got the chicken parm mac and cheese and thought it was fantastic--the chicken was juicy, crispy, and perfectly done. The rest of our group was just as happy--my brother raved about the Chicken Pot Pie, and the Bangers and Mash were also a hit. Overall, a great Irish pub experience with comforting food, friendly vibes, and some standout dishes. Definitely worth a visit!

Cool Hand Luke's - Poutine

There were more than a few day drinkers hanging around the bar and patio, but no one seemed inebriated. To be honest, though, I probably wouldn't bring my kids here on a Friday or Saturday night. It was obvious we weren't locals and even more obvious we were there to eat (not drink), but I did not feel at all uncomfortable or out of place. Our server (a blond barkeep) was super duper nice. She was friendly, pleasant, and chatty. She definitely enhanced our visit! And the food was totally awesome! It was our first time having poutine and I'm not sure it was standard (it had shredded cheese instead of cheese curds) but it was delicious! Like really really really good. The burger was juicy and thick. The fries were totally yummy. Kid #1 said the chicken parm sandwich was good, and I thoroughly enjoyed my Philly cheesesteak. The prices were totally reasonable, too! Definitely a bargain considering the decent price for excellent food! For sure we'd visit Cool Hand Luke's again!
