Ok. This place is a gem. They are a little off the normal Niagara path but totally worth the trip. We arrived 15 minutes early and were seated immediately. We had unbelievably good weight staff Matthias rocked . Everyone was amazing and super attentive.we got the coconut calamari and whipped feta and avocado dip. They were very tasty and would say try both. The portobello chicken and the blackened chicken Alfredo with the stars of the show. They had a tense creamy flavors and the homemade noodles just rocked the New York strips that were aged for 28 days had a very good flavor and were tender, but they represented what a good steakhouse should serve on any night. The creamy Caesar salad that came with a side with the steaks were a highlight. If you're looking for a good restaurant that's not overcrowded and people sitting everywhere right next to you. We stayed at the Marriott for our Niagara Falls trip. We enjoyed having free buffet breakfast for our 3 days there. Breakfast was decent. They had just about every item you could ever want for breakfast. The omelet station was the best item for breakfast. You were able to have it made to order with all the fixings of your choice. The premade eggs looked like they came from a powder, the chicken sausage tasted weird, and the honey dew tasted gritty. All the other fruit was good and they had many fruit options to choose from. They had a few pastry/muffin options but didn't taste fresh. Service was ok and the view from the dining area was pretty nice. I enjoyed my omelet breakfast and would return if I'm staying at the Niagara Falls Marriott in the future. read more

We were a group of 6 coming here on Christmas for dinner with reservations. Understandably they were under staffed on both ends of the restaurant. Our server was great and food came out at the rate as expected starting off with the appetizers and entrées to follow. For starters, we ordered the kbbq chicken wings and chicken bites. The sauce on the wings tasted nothing like kbbq, just regular bbq sauce with some spice to it. The chicken bites were nothing special, everyone was hungry by then so it didn't really matter. We each got our own entrees, one ordered steak cooked medium rare which did not turn out to be the case. It was more on the medium well. One ordered the chicken penne which was alright. Another ordered a full rack of pork ribs which turned out to be pretty tender and good. The rest of us ordered the black n blue smash burger, one with cheddar instead of blue cheese. The burger wasn't too bad, definitely very heavy though. The fries were terrible, very dry and bland. Price point, everything is expensive in Niagara including Milestones. For those that don't know there's a "L&F" (luxury fee) that they automatically slap on the receipt and it's mandatory - I think this applies to all restaurants within Niagara? Regardless, I don't think our entrees were worth the price but we were on "vacation" so I guess its alright? Lol read more

They were kind enough to sit 7 of us 45 mins before they closed. We enjoyed: - coconut calamari 3/5 sauce was different than traditional Mayo/tartar/marinara but surprisingly good! - M wings (Japanese mango bbq) 5/5 cooked perfectly! Juicy and tender and the sauce was tasty! - smashed black and blue burger 3.5/5 I wished I asked for it medium rare but nonetheless it was tasty. Love blue cheese! Interesting with the peppercorn sauce (snapped a pic of everyone's dish but my own ;( haha) - garlic fries, flavorful even without the appearance of fresh garlic - Spice shoyu ramen bowl w short ribs 3/5 def had flavor! - 7oz sirloin and 16 oz bone in rib steak comes with veggies and a quite a few potato options to choose from - portobello mushroom chicken 4/5 so good! Chicken wasn't dry and mushrooms were tasty. NOW FOR THE STAR OF THE SHOW *surf n turf 7oz sirloin topped with shrimp, scallop, lobster meat, lobster butter sauce 5/5 so so good! Unanimously the best dish of the night. Steak was cooked perfectly as well as the seafood. We enjoyed the carrot cake for dessert which was a wonderful choice! Moist and just the right level of sweet. We had to send 2 of our steaks back as they were medium well in comparison to medium rare, leaning more to the rare side we like. We definitely felt horrible to send it back when they were closing but steak is something we can't compromise on. The staff showed no sign of frustration in which we are grateful! Very disappointing. Looking at reviews I really thought Milestones was going to be the perfect place for us; elevated food but with options and not super formal. First time to visit the Falls (anniversary trip) and I wanted a view. We had a view of the River and that was about it, I could not see the Falls. (A major reason selecting Milestones as I was looking for a view). We ordered the coconut calamari which tasted like they pulled it right out of the freezer and heated it up. The calamari was unusually thick (think of shrimp). Made me question what I was eating. I ordered the burger and my husband ordered the Korean Chicken sandwich. He was happy with his sandwich, however my burger, again, tasted like they pulled it from the freezer and cooked it; it definitely was not fresh. However, the Parmesan garlic French fries were good. Service was good which is why I gave them 1 star, but I will not be recommending as I am super disappointed. read more

I came home from Florida and needed some home town comfort food. So I took my family out for a yummy dinner. We had the wings which were delicious! I had the beef on weck which I love. It was good with only two suggestions one serve the jus with it like they do with the French dip. Second use the coarser salt on the top of the bun. Milestones is one of my favourite restaurants. I didn't try it for a long time due to a friend saying they didn't like it. I am now learning you can't just go off of someone's word (good or bad), you need to experience things for yourself. Every time I go, the service is always friendly. The mangers are always wanting to make sure your experience is good. Everything I have had has been most excellent. I would say the peach Bellini is my favourite drink and I adore the spinach dip. The food here is delicious. Located at the end of the road of carnival food and glam Milestones is an oasis from the bustle. We have had the steak sandwich, pork chop plate and butternut ravioli. A 5/5 in my book! We initially had reservations at a local winery, but due to it being much colder than we anticipated and not wanting to go anywhere, decided to try out the hotel restaurant. Boy were we impressed! I've seen reviews here saying not to expect a "5 star dining experience" - ignore them!!! The servers and host were all extremely attentive and caring. It was our anniversary so they made sure to seat us with a great falls view. The earlier you arrive, the better your chance for an awesome table. For our meals, we ordered a salad to start (perfectly delicious!), then I got the filet with mashed potatoes and my husband got the sea bass with chimichuri. The meat of the filet was so incredible, cooked to perfection and tasted soft and buttery. The mashed potatoes? Best I've ever had in a restaurant. My husband's entree was equally delicious, I kept stealing bites of the amazing chimichuri. For dessert, we opted for the ultimate cookie - it advertised as "double chocolate" but I would call it quadruple chocolate! So rich and decadent, I wanted to eat it all over again. This restaurant is in our hotel, Marriott on the Falls. We had breakfast as well as dinner through room service, and a couple bottles of wine. Very well done hotel establishment with good food and excellent service (the service is what really bumps it up to five stars). As a Bonvoy ambassador, I got free breakfast. Their breakfast does have a menu, but it's best to get the buffet, as the buffet is HUGE and has everything the menu contains. There is a hot buffet with eggs, potatoes, fresh fruit, bacon, sausage, and more. There is a juice bar, bagel bar, some charcuterie. There is an omelet station. For dinner, I had the Mediterranean chicken, which is grilled chicken, sriracha goat cheese, spinach, kale, chickpeas, red onions, grape tomatoes, basil oil, and balsamic. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned and the veggies were fresh and delicious. My husband had the ginger glazed salmon with grilled pineapple and Japanese inspired rice and veggies. It was tropical, fresh, and tasted great. Salmon wasn't fishy. Our appetizer, the spinach and artichoke dip, was cheesy and comforting. The dessert, ganache torte, was chocolatey, nutty, and scrumptious. The local Niagara region Sauvignon blanc, Trius, was citrusy, light, and wonderful to enjoy while watching the falls from the amazing view in our suite. The restaurant also offers burgers, pasta dishes (the butternut squash ravioli looked so tasty). Prices are as expected in a hotel, with entrees in the 25-35 Canadian dollar range, but the taste is good, and again, the service excellent. Here for the falls with friends and stayed at the Marriott. Did not want to walk anymore so we decided to stay put and we're glad we did. Seated promptly. Server very friendly and helpful. Two ordered surf and turf. Fantastic meal. Everything just perfect. Also ordered a big cheeseburger and a vegan meal. All perfect. Even had dessert and it was great too. Service just a bit slow. And I did not order two desserts just one. But the waiter interpreted my comments about the carrot cake as ordering it. But I kept it snd my wife had a couple bites and we boxed up the rest. Again server was nice but a bit slow and distracted. They were not overwhelmed. So I don't see any reason for the slow server. Otherwise I would have given a 5. Some on here mention the great views. Really not that great IMHO. Restaurant sits on the Mezzanine floor. The height barely exceeds the trees and the angle is south of the horseshoe. It's ok but other restaurants do have better view. read more

We waited for a very long time not only to be seated but to be greeted at our table. We then waited a very long time to get the food, which was not that great. The food needed a lot of help to be considered editable. I ordered a dessert that did not have all the ingredients shown on the menu and the waitress had the nerve to question my judgment. So I'm supposed to pay for something that I'm not actually getting, how does that work. If you are in a pinch go here, if you have other options then follow suit! read more

The portobello mushroom chicken dish was delicious. We will definitely return another night. Returned last night. Good thing we had Julie the night before or we would NEVER go back. While the food was still good, Li was our server and we were completely neglected to the point that the manager cleared our plates and we had to literally wave her down to order dessert. Will NOT return based on that experience. They were not busy and she was completely unaware of our simple needs. Water was left empty. Asked to refill water. Great place to have dinner or lunch. We went on a Tuesday night 8pm and it was pretty packed. We were sitting beside the windows with a view of the falls. Quite relaxing to have that view while having dinner. The appetizers were delectable (fried shrimps and fried cauliflower). Rating: 4.2 out of 5 The steaks both filet mignon and strip loin were cooked to the requested doneness and was satisfying. Located inside the Marriott hotel, it was quiet on a Sunday evening. They had the most physical distancing measures I saw in Niagara this weekend with many tables closed off to ensure guests from different groups were far from each other. The service was a little slow considering it wasn't busy but the staff was great. A good selection of food including vegetarian options. The wham bam shrimp was really amazing, I highly recommend. I ordered the grilled sea bass which was cooked so well, I was very happy with my choice and would order it again! We also enjoyed the surf side salad and the veggie burger was very tasty. I would recommend ordering any seafood on the menu as the chef did a really good job with those dishes! I ate here on Thanksgiving Monday, and it was a perfect way to end our day trip to Niagara. Our server was Julie and she was such a delight! She apologized that she kept us waiting, but neither my partner nor I felt like we waited all that long considering the state of the pandemic we're living through and the understaffed problem that many restaurants are facing. Plus, I was just enchanted by the interior design of the restaurant and the magnificent view of Niagara Falls. I think because the location is further from the Falls there was no problem in making a dinner reservation for 6:30pm on a Monday holiday when my partner booked it 2-3 nights before our trip. They also have FREE PARKING! There is about a 10 minute walk to the Falls, but we happily used that $20-30 closer parking on the delicious meal we ate. We ordered the Seafood Pasta and a Chicken dish. Both very appetizing and mouth watering. I liked the pasta more because it was like a creamy marinara (probably a rose sauce) and still felt light vs. a heavier cream sauce that I'm used to getting at restaurants. The only thing I didn't enjoy was how salty the sauce was on the chicken, but was balanced nicely with everything else. Overall, my partner and I had a great experience! Next time, if I'm visiting with friends or family, I'm going to request one of the corner booths that looks comfy, cozy, chic and still has a gorgeous view of the Falls. read more

Went for dinner with 3 other people tonight. Service was ok, food was hot but slow to bring the main entrees to all of us. Food portion for the Mediterranean chicken was EXTREMELY SMALL , way overpriced! Also noticed they charge a PF fee if $5 on out bill, see the attached picture which according to the waitress it's a fee charged by all Fallsview restaurants. Crazy. The salmon automatically comes medium so be sure to ask for a little more cooked if you like. It was very good. The salmon is not wild caught. It was great flavor! My husband ordered the steak. This was disappointing. He needed steak Sauce to add flavor and it was pretty chewy. He thought it was a little less than average. The highlight was the cheesecake! Been to the restaurant twice during our stay in Marriott on the falls. A nice restaurant with great customer service and dining environment. Food is decent, all the materials is quite fresh too. It's a little bit expensive, however have to admit it gives you a chance to eat downstairs if you don't wAnt to move after checking in. I may consider going out to eat somewhere else if I wasn't offered 2 X $20 coupon with my room package. All in all, recommend if you just want to have a lazy break time. In terms of the dining experience the service was very slow. It took well over 45 min to get our food. We ordered burger with salad and tacos. Burger was ok but the salad was excellent! But the tacos lacked any flavour. Next time I would just skip the burger and tacos all together and get the caesar salad. read more
