Early June, we had a table of 5. In the beginning we had asked the waitress for 2 separate bills . She replied no problem. Food took an insane amount of time. At least 45-1 hour. I realize there's nothing else in the neighborhood but they should close the place down. Good was good. Sausage with breakfast wasn't breakfast sausage but it was good. Service was very slow. We were there at 6pm the day after the total solar eclipse. Honestly probably one of the worst service I've ever had in a restaurant--at least in a while. We were staying at the Seneca Resort and was very surprised to find the Koi and the Cascata closed so early (wild to me that they're only open from 5pm to 9pm; how do you even make money that way?) So our only choice was to either leave Seneca and find another place or the Three Sisters Cafe. What I don't understand is why there were SO many empty tables, probably at least 6-7 wait staff, and there was a line right by the hostess. At some point, there were THREE waitresses just standing by the entrance doing absolutely nothing. There was one woman who was just shuffling the menu. No one in the restaurant had any sense of urgency. My point is there was no reason for the wait. Once we were finally seated, the FIRST thing our waiter tells us is "sorry for the wait, the last guest had difficulty understanding English." Why would you think this is even remotely acceptable to say? He also clearly did not want to be there and never checked on us once after he took our order. The food was actually okay and halfway decent (had the spaghetti, chicken fingers, and pizza logs) and that's the only reason I didn't give this place a 1 star. When in Niagara Falls NY your options are limited to only a few places that serve many options. This place has it and one of fye only restaurants open at thr casino. We were seated right away. Hostess was not quite the welcoming committee but we were seated within a few minutes Waitress was awesome and busy as can be but did wait on us right away. Food came out quickly and was very good. Swift service? Where? Not at this restaurant. Our waitress was attending about five tables in her section. She would deliver something and disappear until the next time she brought something out. She never came out without a tray of food to check if we needed anything. Left me without water and soda in between the appetizer and our meal. We ordered the Pirogi's, very good. Beef on Weck for our entree, good but nothing special. The onion rings with their dipping sauce were amazing. The best thing we had there. For dessert we ordered chocolate cake, it was fine. We had lunch here the other day and the food was decent. I had a chicken souvlaki salad and my husband had a Ruben sandwich. I'm glad I ordered the small salad and not the large. It was huge! There were 2 large juicy pieces of chicken on top with plenty of olives, red onions, and feta cheese served over the salad greens. It was served with a side of pita bread. My husband and I met my parents for dinner at 3 sisters cafe located inside the Niagara Falls casino! I ordered the tuna melt and asked for it on sourdough bread! The tuna melt was so flavorful, and the bread was cooked to a perfect golden brown and had a really great crunch when you bit into it! It even came with fries and a pickle on the side! My mom ordered some chicken fingers and fries, which I had to try as soon as they came out! The chicken finger was so crispy and fried to perfection! We were seated shortly after checking in with the hostess, and had a nice corner table with plenty of space in the little patio area in the lobby of the hotel! The amount of food you get for the price was very nice, and the waitress was so lovely, and very accommodating, and attentive to anything we needed! We did not have a good experience here. It's severely short staffed & the male server we had was way too busy & in a foul mood from the get go "I'll get to you when I get to you, be patient!" Okay so we were visiting Niagara Falls in the off season and nothing is open. There were maybe like a few places to eat and nothing had good reviews. So my fiancé wanted to gamble so we decided to stop at the Seneca Casino and eat there. The only thing open was the Three Sisters Cafe. There was a line to get in but was it was quick. We got seated at the bar there was no tables available. We sat and got served by the bartender Jessica which was super awesome. Great personality. Good service even when the bar was packed. The waiter, although nice, was not the best at his job; first, I asked for vinegar for my French fries that came with my chicken wings appetizer and he never came back with it. She was kind enough to help split our bills when she didn't have to. Overall I felt the food was so so. I ordered the flat iron steak and garlic French fries. I know this isn't the greatest cut but overall it was poorly seasoned and needed a lot of steak sauce for it to be good. The fries were more Parmesan than garlic. This meal came to $19 and wasn't really worth that at all. We did split a few apps at the table which were small portions for the price of each. I was able to try the buffalo crunch roll which was good. We were at the restaurant about 2 hours. The food is pretty meh. We stayed at the hotel for a week, so we had breakfast here several times out of convenience. My husband like their breakfast burrito a lot, but everything else we tried was pretty bland. If you're only able to eat one plate full like me, the breakfast buffet ends up being more expensive than just ordering an entree. I'd also recommend passing on the buffet because it is FULL of flies. All our servers were pretty attentive and nice so can't complain there. The onion rings were huge and had a nice crunch to them. The Ruben sandwich which came with fries tasted delicious but I looked like it was deep fried. It was super greasy. We shared all the food between the three of us. It was a good and very unhealthy nighttime snack. My sister was telling me that she has had the turkey dinner here with all the fixins that is amazing. My favorite thing as this restaurant is the spinach artichoke dip! It's so creamy and it's served with soft, warm pits breads. I get that every time I come here. On this day I also ordered a burger, which was average. It was alright but nothing special. I also didn't expect much since it's not a burger joint. The stuffed pepper flat bread was not very good. It seemed overcooked and I really didn't like the balsamic glaze/sauce. I would come back to this place and recommend it to others. Coming back home after 4yrs being away and we were hungry my friend who works at the Casino recommend this place, so I can honestly say is doing the breakfast buffet was the cheapest and smartest cause everything else was separate.
