Ambience was nice .. casual but classy place. They have a bar, 2 huge TVs, a pool table, and a dart board. Service was excellent. I enjoyed the music as well. The food was good, however, I ordered the blackened salmon and it was spicy. There was no mention of this on the menu. Also, the salad was served in cute bowls but they were small in diameter and it made it difficult to eat neatly. For example, you couldn't pour on your dressing and mix it up.. you have to put it on as you eat it because the bowl isn't wide enough. I had the house balsamic dressing with my side salad and it was delicious! I'd definitely recommend this. My friend was happy with his orange chicken. Always great to have an awesome restaurant downstairs when staying at a hotel. This restaurant is downstairs in the Wyndham Hotel. The first night my mom ordered the wings with hot buffalo sauce and I got the pepperoni flatbread. The wings were good, but wish it was cooked a bit longer. I forgot to request them to cook it where it is crispy so that is on me. The pepperoni flatbread was good. Yum! The next day I ordered a cheeseburger with fried egg and it was good. Cooked exactly as I ordered. We also tried the sweet potato fries and liked them. They are crinkled sweet potato fries and the regular fries are not crinkled. Everything we tried was good! The service the first night was interesting. There were not that many patrons and nobody spoke to us. We found one server who was very pleasant. She was very courteous and had excellent customer service skills. That changed our experience for sure. The next day we were greeted immediately and the server was excellent. Chill 443 is located in the Wyndham Garden hotel in Niagara Falls. We came on a Friday evening in November, and it was pretty empty. The name is very appropriate as the vibe of the place was very chill. They had couches, and a variety of different comfy seating areas, in addition to a pool table and a cool pong table which was free to play. This was the part I liked the most about the place. The food was pricey, not unexpected in a hotel and touristy area and it was fine. I had the chicken and waffles which came with sweet potato fries. I felt the portion was good, but the food was just ok, nothing I would be hurrying back to get. They seem to be on groupon-type sites especially during the "off-season." We had a coupon like that which definitely made it reasonable, but without that I definitely wouldn't be hurrying back, and even with the coupon there are so many great restaurants in NF that it wouldn't be my first choice if looking for a place to eat. read more

We sat at the bar while waiting for our hotel room to be readied. There were very few other patrons in the restaurant and no others sitting directly on the bar stools. The bar area was clean and well organized, the overall ambiance was very pleasant, and the decor was modern and attractive. Our initial bartender, Dana, was friendly, poured strong drinks, and prepared them well and quickly. The other bartender, Phil, was also super cordial and approachable. The manager was around but did not interact with us. Overall, our experience was positive, and we felt welcome and well taken care of. When I walked in I was confused on where to order or where a hostess was- went to a barista at the Starbucks (inside chill 443) and he seated me. Waitress was friendly. Brought me water without asking when coming to take my order. The prices are a bit high.. I ordered the chicken and waffles. Chicken was not seasoned.. the batter was greasy and not crispy. Waffles were good, bacon was thick cut.. meal came with maple syrup to drizzle over and coleslaw that I did not like.. had a weird taste to it and had no seasoning. I would not return. Parking was also confusing because the parking lot next to restaurant says "parking pass from Wyndham garden (hotel the restaurant is inside) or tow" so I risked it and was nervous my whole meal that I was going to be towed since there was no other parking lot in sight.. read more

This place recently opened downtown, in the newly opened Wyndham hotel, so a few nights ago we decided to go check it out. It was very "Chill"; the atmosphere was trendy and cool, and their food was great! They have a pretty good variety of food, and many items on the menu were vegan/ vegetarian friendly; they also had gluten-free options too! I had their Chill Burger, and another member of our group had their garden salad. Both were pretty good (she let me taste some salad). The staff was super friendly, and our server gave us some good recommendations on the food; and as as matter of fact, the manager even came over and chatted with us for a bit! He asked where we were from and, when we told him we were locals, he told us that they were/are currently working on these discount-type cards for locals, that can be used to get 15% off on their meals! He even gave us that discount towards our meal that evening, which was super nice of him! Another thing that was super cool was (at least to me) on their menu, they had a little thing that said how the straws and napkins that are served with drinks are all biodegradable! As someone who has is pretty eco-friendly and is one of those "crazy No-Straw people" I thought that was really awesome! This was our first visit to this combination bar and restaurant in a hotel. There are sofas, darts, a pool table and a table sized Pong! This food is a bit high in price which is what you would expect for a hotel restaurant. The quality of the food was good. I had the fish sandwich with coleslaw and French fries. My wife had a discount coupon which made it worthwhile, but without that it's not likely we'll be back to eat here. read more

Inside a remodeled hotel called, Wyndham Garden Hotel. Is a new restaurant called Chill 443. Upon entering the restaurant, you notice how big the restaurant is. You have a lounge area, pool table, TV's and a dart board. You also see they have a Starbucks section, that is a mini restaurant in itself. As you would guess, a place like this could have you well entertained. So my wife and I are looking forward to dinner. Lily our waitress was very friendly and did a great job. We didn't realize until we got there that they close at 8pm. We were there at 7:30 and she still served us and gave great service. Lily gets 5 stars and the restaurant gets the 2 stars due to these reasons. 1st. I am a Stout drinker and I ordered a oatmeal Stout. When I tasted it, it was watered down. 2nd. My cheeseburger was very nice looking, but tasted meh. The bun was stale and I hate frozen beef patties. I like fresh hand pressed patties. 3rd. Bacon was gummy, how do you mess bacon up? I never knew it was possible, until this night. My wife ordered a fish fry, she was ok with it. But she prefers fresh breaded/battered fish and not the frozen pre-breaded fish they serve here. Menu Changed!!! so if ur staying at the hotel and after a long asa sribe..u just wanna chill in the restaurant with some food..Chill 443 isnt it! the menu has been cut down to 1 page like something out of "Restaurant Impossible"! It was pretty Bar Food! Not going to lie..the wings were pretty good as well as the burger/fries ! But thats pretty much it! Floor was wet due to "condensation" from the pipes overhead..BUT no signs in case u may slip (can we say lawsuit waiting to happen) AND yet they still sat people there! idk about u guys but I dont want "condensation" dripping in my food! The restaurant available in our hotel, good thing is, it is open till 11pm. We just tried one of the four days we stayed here in the hotel. Fish and Chips - was pretty good. The sauce which came with it wasn't that great. Ceaser Chicken Salad - Normal Salad with grilled slice chicken breast. Nothing to brag about. There is a Starbucks inhouse - a place no one cares for the customers. I suggest Starbucks to employ someone of their own if they want to take care of business. All the four days i had to wait atleast 10 min for someone to come and help me out. Though there are Chill443 folks walking around, no one wants to tend to the customers. read more

Got there around 7:30 p.m. and we were surprised to see that the restaurant (attached to beautifully remodeled hotel) closed at 8 pm. The hostess was very nice & welcoming and she seated us. It was a one-woman show, she was the hostess, the waitress and the bartender and she did an excellent job! I ordered a cosmo and it was perfect. For dinner I decided to try the fish fry but I opted for sweet potato fries instead of regular fries. The fish fry was a frozen piece of beer batter fish. It was criapy on the outside but the beer batter came off as I ate the fish so I wasn't impressed & the coleslaw wasn't good however, the sweet potato fries were delicious. After we ate and paid we walked around the huge restaurant and I see why they call it chill. You can literally chill out with a group of friends, play games order Starbucks and chill! read more

We had flatbread for sharing (Buffalo Chicken was very yummy), and the gluten free person was even able to have one because they had a cauliflower crust! Quick and dirty, this place is a disaster. Pros: Nice bar ambiance for a hotel, though I wouldnt go here just for the bar scene. Waitstaff seem to be mostly with it (ours made some minor mistakes, but otherwise wonderful and friendly, attentive) Now comes the important part- the food. The restaurant was maybe 25% full, and our order (for 2 adults) took more than an hour after placing it. Other tables were visibly waiting too. When the food did come out, one of two orders was for a different table (forgot to prepare one!) apparently they made a fish and chips for a to go order, which was supposed to be our fish sandwhich. They were able to recover quickly since they could just make it into a sandwhich. Problem was, while the piece of fish was large (nice, maybe twice the size needed for a sandwhich) it was also 80% fried or underfried dough. I literally had to ask my gf if they had put a large, squished meatball in her sandwhich when she cut it in half. The fish itself was there, and otherwise good, but how do you add an extra inch of dough on top? Wings app came out lukewarm, but otherwise fine and good. Got jerk style, and the sauce itself was edible and had some flavor (wasnt downright offensive) but one of the worst jerk style wings Ive ever had. Akin to a cheap supermarket marinade. Get another flavor, you will probably be fine. Simple side salad was fresh and good. Veggies were crisp and really happy I got it. Waitstaff isnt the issue here, it's the kitchen. They really need to get their act together. Too many other places doing pub food better than this to even justify three stars. If you are staying in the hotel, maybe you can make it work, but dont bother going out of your way to come here. read more

Went for the breakfast buffet and that was a huge regret. Only ate there cause we are staying at the Wyndham. This was one of the worst restaurants I have been to in a LONG time. We ordered a flatbread pizza.. it was like a frozen cracker with bare minimal toppings. We also ordered the Caesar salad. When you cut up the huge leaves of salad it was about the size of a side salad & for $13 dollars I guess I was expecting more then a side salad with 1 anchovy and a stale little crostini. If someone gave me a free gift card to go back I would give it away. The service was just as bad. Just a tourist trap in a hotel way overpriced with poor service and bad food. read more

I found a Groupon deal for here and came for a quick bite while at the falls around 2pm on a Wednesday. The manager and waitress were super sweet and gave us suggestions for attractions in the area. We ordered chicken strips with fries and a bbq flatbread pizza and it was plenty of food for us, we even took some of it to go.
