Been here a few times now and I'm diggin it. Good diner food, good service, good prices. My husband loved the decor in the bar. It stopped him in his tracks as we were leaving. I'll definitely come eat again but I'd also like to come back to have a drink in the bar and stare at the walls for a while.

Located in Niagara falls NY this restaurant is a hidden jem I Went here with my mom and aunt she recommended they have really good food believe me you won't leave here hungry and they are reasonably priced the portion sizes are LARGE it's decor is aviation/sports themed the bathrooms are clean the staff is friendly and accommodating I got the buffalo flight it was 8 wings and a beef on weck celery, and carrots with blue cheese all for $30 and like I said, the portion sizes are large I don't recall being at any restaurant where the beef on weck sandwich was so large and loaded with roast beef the sandwich was really good definitely meets the buffalo standard, as well as the wings I got the kamikaze, which is their hottest flavor of sauce I will be definitely returning when I'm in the area again I 100% recommend

From the outside this place looks small, but once you enter the dining room, you realize this place has a good amount of seating. There's a cool bar on the left side of it too. Decor is old school but comfy. Our server was very quick and very friendly. She gave us a basket of 4 slices of fresh rye bread, it was very good with the butter. The menu has lots of items, including breakfast. She suggested they beef on weck or the fish fry. We went with the latter. It came out within 15 minutes. The breading on the fish was very dry and soggy. I rather have a crunchy breading, like a beer batter, but they don't offer that. The fish was thin but a long piece, it tasted okay. The fries, macaroni salad, coleslaw, and tartar sauce that came with it were made perfectly, and tasted excellent. All the staff here were very friendly, the way every restaurant should be.

The Navigator sandwich. Roast beef and mozzarella cheese on rye.

We've been going here for years. The atmosphere is relaxing, and they always play country music. The waitresses are super friendly. Lately however, for the price, the food could use much improvement. Seems like whenever I get something grilled or toasted, it is on the dark side.

Stopped in here with my mom after doing some shopping in the falls. This is a favorite spot of my moms so I've been here a few times with her. It's a fairly large place and has a small town diner vibe about it. Nothing on the menu really calls to me so I thought id give the wings a shot. I will say the fries are pretty darn good. The lemonade is true lemonade which I wasnt expecting. It's pretty tart. The wings were lackluster. They were OK but I probably wouldn't order again. The drums seems to not cook great and we're pretty dry. But the flats turned out much better. A single order is 8 wings which is less than most places. That didn't bother me as I usually don't finish a full order on my own anyhow. My mom got chicken fingers with no complaints. I suspect the breakfast is much better as a lot of people were ordering that mid day. I may try that menu next visit.

While staying in the area I looked at reviews for something decent and came across this place -…read moreGetting there around noon on a weekday, they were rather busy, so I sat at the bar and within a few minutes it was completely packed at the bar. Service from the bartender was great. He offered up some suggestions, which I needed because they have a large menu loaded with so many appetizing and amazing looking options. I started with their potstickers... They came out with a hard, fried shell and the dipping sauce went nicely with them. Enough to share, or even enough to enjoy and still have room for an entrée. My main dish was their Chicken & Waffle. This isn't some ordinary chicken and waffle, it's definitely an amped up version, made with unique and interesting ingredients, culminating in great flavors! The chicken was so large and very tender - it was amazing! The bacon and sauce on top went with it nicely, and the chive waffle was great with it! Each bite was definitely amazing! This was a great experience, I can see why they have so many reviews and such high stars, those are well-deserved stars!! Definitely recommend stopping in here!

The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which made it even more enjoyable. I ordered fried calamari along with single chicken wings tossed in an Asian sweet and spicy sauce--both dishes were flavorful and satisfying. The combination of crispy textures and bold flavors really stood out. What made the experience even better was the service. Our server was amazing--attentive, friendly, and truly great at her job. She made us feel welcome from the start. I always enjoy trying new places, and this visit did not disappoint. If you're looking for an American restaurant near Niagara Falls, this is definitely worth trying. We ended the meal with a delicious dessert, which was the perfect sweet finish to a great experience.

One of Boyfriend and I's favorite restaurants! This was our…read morefirst visit since they re-did the menu and went with itemized pricing, instead of the "five items for $85" menu they used to have. Of course it is more expensive to eat here now, but still worth it! Delicious food, especially the appetizers. We were sorry to miss our favorite, Kaileigh, but Julie was great and very patient with our table (lots of loud talking and we took forever to choose what to have, lol). TO Bestie joined Boyfriend and I for dinner and really enjoyed her first visit! We shared the goat cheese and beef tartare apps... omg... go just for the apps! Absolutely perfect. She had the chicken and I had their new mushroom pasta as mains. Very good. Boyfriend had a Caesar salad and some steak - I think it was a striploin - he didn't care that much for the steak which was a bit tough. He would definitely stick with the filet mignon next time. Great restaurant and absolutely one of the better dining options in Niagara Falls. Also 18+ so no children running around, and great atmosphere. Beautiful fireplace. All I would add is ambiance music or something (if there was any, we couldn't hear it).

Another great dining experience at Savor! Bringing the area fine dining at a reasonable price…read more We visited on a Saturday night at 5pm with a table of 3. Our server was super friendly and knowledgeable. The meal always starts with fresh baked bread service that is accompanied by butter, house pickles and either a hummus or garlic confit (in my experience). My mom is gluten free so she was bought her own dish with focaccia and a roll. She was over the moon about that and really enjoyed the focaccia. We all enjoyed every bit of our meal which included our choice if an appetizer, main dish and dessert from a prix fixe menu for $40. Some of our choices included charcuterie, arugula salad, tamarind shrimp curry, salmon and lemon meringue cheesecake. We left with our culinary needs satisfied and our stomachs full... we even had some leftovers. I can't wait to go back again. It's best to make reservations as they usually get fully booked. The menu changes each culinary semester as this is an instructional restaurant.

Assorted Bread: I'm not a bread person, but I enjoyed their bread. The standard roll was good, the Roll with (dill?) was good, and the one infused with brisket was also good. The dips/snacks that came with the bread were perfect complements to the bread. The pickles were confusing, but I enjoyed them on their own. Chef's salad: A good salad is underrated, and their salad was a case of basic done right. I enjoyed the blue cheese the most, since I haven't had it in a salad in a long time. It was a good mix of softer textures provided by the apple, cheese, and greens, while providing crunch via the nuts. Arayes: I'm expecting a crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside pita. I wanted a juicy and flavorful lamb, and I wanted the tahini + tzatziki sauces to be good. I got all that and was pleased. Shrimp Scampi: I was a bit disappointed by the portion size, but I had to remind myself that the lunch special was $16 and I had already gotten bread and a nice appetizer. The shrimps were big, and the flavors were light. I liked the fact that the dish wasn't oily. Some people might find it dry, but I like it. Jagerschnitzel: This was the best bite of the meal, and I regret not ordering it. The pork cutlet was very good, and the gravy helped improve the dynamics of the flavor. I've never had caraway spaetzle, but I must say that I enjoyed it, and the red cabbage didn't taste like cabbage, and it almost felt like a red spaetzle. It's a beautiful dish visually, and an even better dish when consumed. Dessert: I..... was not a fan. I thought it was too sweet. My companions liked it though. Ambiance: I felt very underdressed. The establishment definitely gave a white tablecloth environment where diners were pressured to buy a bottle of wine. I had to remind myself that it's a school, so the students needed to learn a certain standard. A standard that I could see. It might be better if there was music, but I'm not gonna complain about it. Service: Excellent. I could tell our wait staff was nervous. Who wouldn't be? I'm sure he'll do fine in the future. It would've been nice if our food arrived a bit faster, but I understood the need for pacing in these course menus.
