You know that moment when you walk into a place and immediately lower your expectations? Don't do that here. At first glance, it looks like a basic ice cream shop that also happens to have a kiosk where you can order burgers, hot dogs, and fries. We figured it would be a quick, decent lunch before heading back to the falls. Instead, we got the tastiest surprise. These burgers came out hot, fresh, and perfectly smashed with those crispy, caramelized edges that make smash burgers so addictive. Then came the real MVP: the spicy Flip Sauce. I would happily put that stuff on just about anything. The rest of the family stuck with the regular Flip Sauce and promptly started dunking their fries in it like it was liquid gold. Speaking of fries, one order was plenty for our family to share--which left more room for ice cream. Because yes... they have ice cream too. Naturally, we had to "sample" it for quality control, and it was the perfect ending to lunch. My only tiny complaint? Bottled sodas instead of fountain drinks. That's it. That's the list. Moral of the story: don't judge a restaurant by its ordering kiosk. If you're spending the day at the falls, eat here. read more

After a long day checking out the Falls, and park, this place sure hits the spot! Small location, with limited inside seating, but there are tables outside. I did think it was pricey but with it being a tourist area, it's expected. Everything is ordered separately, so no combos. Burger and fries were good and next time I'm in the area, I'd stop by again! I wouldn't order the onion rings again tho. Soda refrigerator was broken when we visited so we had to ask for a cup and ice which was no biggie, but should be fixed. Service was good. Friendly staff. This place is good and the service was very efficient. Many customers were not. The menu is small but it took some customers longer than expected to order. You could see the frustration on the faces of the cashier. Perhaps they should consider handing out menus. The issue may have been the height and font of the menu I enjoyed my burger and my daughter loved her hot dog. The Cajun fries were spicy but good. We ordered a triple chocolate chip cookie. You can pretty much pick whatever toppings you want which is great 'cause not all people like everything on their burger. Not just that, you get to pick how many ounces you want your patty to be. Food took a little bit to get ready but they were fresh and hot! Flavor was just okay, we both had better burgers in California. The fries weren't salty at all but I heard you can ask them to add salt for you. There's also an ice cream parlor beside it and I've heard it was pretty good. A great little spot right next to Niagara Falls State Park on the American side. After you are done walking around and taking a million pictures (extra points for not also including two dozen other people in them), it's a wonderful place to have a bite, relax and make further plans. They make buns in the house and prepare burgers to order! Fresh of the fresh!! All the toppings are free, so you can really customize your meal. The menu is simple and straightforward and I bet you'll be satisfied. There are fries and bottled drinks too. You can also have some Hershey's ice cream or milkshakes here, which is awesome on a hot day. There are a few tables inside and several more outside under umbrellas. I'm a little torn. They make their own brioche rolls, which are great. The burger was very fresh and juicy and did not appear to be preformed. But why make your own buns and have such fresh, all natural burgers just to make processed American cheese the only option? I do like that they don't nickel and dime you on toppings. I had mayo and sriracha and they gave me a LOT of sriracha on one side, and mayo on the other side so even though the heat didn't bother me too much, the flavors didn't meld very well, especially with the American cheese. I should have stuck with ketchup and mustard. I think I would have enjoyed my burger a lot more.
